Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de produire un corps moulé (1) pourvu d'un moyeu concentrique (12) à partir d'un flan (11). Ce dispositif comprend : un plateau outil rotatif (2) sur lequel repose le flan (11), un rouleur presseur (4) pouvant avancer axialement et/ou radialement, ainsi qu'un rouleur suiveur (7) conçu pour former le moyeu (12) autour d'une tige outil (3) disposée de manière concentrique. Le rouleau presseur (4) comporte, au niveau de la face orientée vers la tige outil (3), une surface de pression (6) à côté de laquelle se trouve la matière du flan enlevée par pression. Le dispositif selon l'invention est configuré de façon que la surface de pression (6) s'étende de manière inclinée par rapport à l'axe central de la tige outil (3), et plus précisément, vers l'extérieur à partir du flan (11).
