The invention has for its object to develop a paving stone set, which allows a simple and accurate installation of curved paths between concentric circular arcs, wherein the individual stones have an offset from one another in the tangential direction.
This object is achieved on the basis of the features of the preamble of
The paving stone set according to the invention is characterized by a longitudinal center line which has at least one change of direction, wherein this lies within the edges of a stone of the stone set and wherein preferably this stone of the stone set is at least 5-sided. This results in at least one stone of the stone set another contact surface, which allows an offset of two adjacent stone sets. This means that the at least 5-edged stone of the stone set has contact with two stones of an adjacent stone set. This offset formed in the circumferential direction also affects the other stones belonging to the adjacent stone sets. This results in a stable stone formation in which forces acting on a stone are reliably distributed to several of the surrounding stones. For the purposes of the invention, an offset means that a stone with one of its side faces has at least contact with two side faces of adjacent stones. Such an offset is preferably provided in the circumferential direction in the invention, so that the stones associated with a circular path do not counteract the stones associated with an adjacent circular path in the circumferential direction let move. Such an offset thus also causes the exact adherence to the intended installation pattern.
The paving stone set according to the invention for laying a paving surface is designed so that a longitudinal center line passing through the stone set at least partially has a course deviating from a radial, the radial being formed by a beam emanating from the center of the circles delimiting the paving surface. By such a bend or such a bend in the longitudinal center line of the stone set a toothing or overlapping of the stones of a stone set is achieved with respect to the stones of another stone set. For the purposes of the invention, a longitudinal center line means a continuous line which runs equidistantly to the side surfaces of the individual stones extending in the longitudinal direction of the stone set, the stone set being considered in plan view.
The paving stone set according to the invention has a longitudinal center line which lies in different radials in an initial region starting at the inner circular arc and an end region ending at the outer circular arc and is formed in a middle region connecting the initial region and the end region by a line connecting the radial lines. At the transition from the radial to the connecting line and the connecting line to the radial kinks occur in the longitudinal center line, which cause a Veratz adjacent sets of stones in the circumferential direction.
The invention provides to bring adjacent individual stones of the stone set over the entire surface in contact. This makes it possible to create a similar trained stone set flush.
According to the invention, a section-wise or continuous increase in the width of the stones of the paving stone set continues provided, wherein this increase takes place in the longitudinal direction of the paving stone set from a curve-inside transverse side to a curve-outside transverse side. For the purposes of the invention, the width means the distance between two points arranged on opposite longitudinal sides of the stone set, which points lie on a straight line running perpendicular to the longitudinal center line. Alternatively, it is also provided to use as a measure of the width of the arc length, which has a circular arc which extends concentrically to the pavement surfaces bounding circular arcs and connects the longitudinal sides of the stone set.
An advantageous embodiment of the subject invention provides to build a paving stone set of two, three or four individual stones. As a result, the composition of the stone set is clear and it is no laborious sorting of the individual stones required before laying, as they can be distinguished without problems.
According to a particular embodiment variant of the subject invention, it is provided to set the individual stones of the paving stone set in the radial direction arcuate, s-shaped or snake-shaped together. This results in a soft installation pattern that has no long, straight, the laying pattern dividing joints.
A modification of the inventive concept provides for the paving area to be formed alternately by approximately 180 ° from each other twisted stone sets, wherein the orientation is preferably changed after each set of paving stones. This makes it possible to lay with the provided for the formation of a curved paving surface paving stone set an approximately straight paved surface.
According to a particular embodiment of the subject invention, it is provided to lay the stones of a paving stone set in a circular segment section, wherein the circular segment portion is formed of adjacent segments and wherein a paving stone set extends at least through two segments. As a result, a toothing or an offset of the curved surface forming individual stones is achieved.
Furthermore, the invention provides to form at least one stone of the stone set pentagonal in plan view or as an oblique quadrangle. Such a stone allows to connect with a side surface approximately tangentially to the inner or outer circular arc and to point with a second side surface opposite the first side surface in a direction deviating from a radial direction. As a result, a deviating from a radial course of the longitudinal center line of the stone set is effected without overlapping the stone with the inner or outer circular arc.
According to a particular embodiment, the subject invention, the inner and outer stone of the stone set, which border the circular arcs defining the arcuate paved surface, form in plan view as pentagons and preferably between the pentagons to arrange at least one centerstone, which in plan view as a trapezoid is trained. As a result, both the tangential connection of the inner and outer stones to the Ensures circular arcs, as well as an increase in the width of the paving stone set to the outer arc out.
A particular embodiment of the subject invention provides to form a stone set of four individual stones. This is particularly useful when the stone set for the interpretation of the area located between two tram tracks use, since the individual stones then have a surface which corresponds approximately to the surface of conventional paving stones and so harmonizes with possibly laid outside the rails stones.
Furthermore, it is provided to form a stone set of several part stone sets, wherein at least one partial stone set to the outer circular arc portion at least partially tapers or has a constant width. This makes it possible to create countless variants to the laying image.
An expedient embodiment of the subject invention, preferably with a stone set to effect a change in direction of about 2 °. With such a change of direction in the stone set, it is particularly well possible to design areas between tram rails.
For the cohesion of the paving surface formed from the stone sets, it is advantageous if the stones of a stone set are interlocked by cams formed on the side surfaces and / or if the stones of adjacent stone sets are interlocked with each other. Such a toothing causes the distribution of a load acting on a single stone on all surrounding paving stones.
