Description

The present invention relates to a segmental arc plaster having a laying unit with a circular arc-shaped concave inner side, a circular arc-shaped convex outer side and end sides.

Today, the natural stone segmental arc pavement still determines important residential areas in many cities, which are characterized by particularly high urban design quality. However, the medium- to small-format natural stone pavement used in the segmental arch design is no longer able to cope with today's traffic loads. City planners therefore often fight in vain for the preservation of the cityscape embossing segmental arches, as they are held against the low resilience of this patch.

A concrete segmental paving with a technical shape that can withstand today's traffic loads can therefore be an essential contribution to preserving the character of historic urban quarters. Requirement is however, that the plaster also fulfills the urban design task and is not recognizable at first sight as an ugly concrete imitation.

It has been developed a variety of concrete stone elements for segmental arc plaster. However, these clearly always show a resulting from the manufacture of finished parts schematic pavement. Especially in the direction of the road continuously running in zigzagged joints and occurring in surfaces cross joints make the plaster recognizable as a faux, which is not suitable for use in urban development demanding areas in question. Furthermore, the concrete segmental paving blocks developed so far leave something to be desired with regard to their load capacity.

From the DE 10 2013 015 212 A1 is a laying unit for a segmental arc plaster known. In detail, a wedge-shaped laying unit of the same circular segment-shaped paving elements, which form positively from adjacent stacks of the circular segment-shaped paving elements is described. These paving elements can be divided into two or more sub-elements. Further, a paving element may comprise a composite system having composite portions spaced apart on the side surfaces, the spacing of the composite portion centers being of a particular size.

From the EP 2 801 661 A1 For example, a floor covering panel is known which has corresponding composite sections. These composite sections but are not arranged over the entire installation unit of such floor tiles at equal intervals.

The EP 2 236 669 A1 also relates to a segmental arc plaster. Here is quite generally mentioned that the paving stones basic elements are provided with composite sections, with nothing being said about the intervals at which these composite elements should be arranged.

The present invention has for its object to provide a particularly resilient and sophisticated design segment arc plaster.

This object is achieved by a segmental arc plaster according to claim 1.

On the inside and the outside of the laying unit projecting composite sections are arranged, which cooperate with corresponding composite sections of adjacent laying units, so that between each juxtaposed laying units a corresponding toothing effect is achieved, which forms a displacement protection of the individual stone elements against each other. These composite sections are each arranged at equal distances from each other, so that adjacent laying units can be offset from each other when creating a segmental arc plaster. This has the significant advantage that zigzag lines passing through the laying units can be avoided that results in a design sophisticated pavement.

A composite portion may consist of a composite unit or a plurality of composite units, which may be formed, for example, as composite strips.

Despite the intended composite sections, therefore, the invention provides the possibility of a juxtaposition of juxtaposed laying units. This is achieved in that the composite sections over the entire length of a laying unit, both on the inside and on the outside, are arranged at equal distances from one another, so that corresponding laying units can be offset from each other in the grid of these distances. This would not be the case with different distances between the composite sections, not even with an arrangement of composite sections related to the individual stone element.

When creating a segmental arch patch, appropriate laying units are lined up. The laying units are offset in the lateral direction to each other, so that there are no continuous zigzag lines in the laid pavement.

The individual stone elements of a laying unit can be of different sizes. Also adjacent laying units may have different sized stone elements. However, it is essential in the invention that the composite sections over the entire length of the laying unit in are each arranged at equal distances from each other, that is, regardless of the length of the individual stone elements. Only then does this give rise to the possibility of displacing the laying units laterally relative to one another in order to achieve the corresponding approach to a natural stone segmental arc plaster (no more schematic laying).

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the laying unit has four stone elements. However, the invention is by no means limited to this embodiment.

In the present invention, the composite portions are preferably formed in the form of vertically extending ledges. The vertically extending composite strips do not have to extend over the entire height of a stone element of the laying unit. For example, they may extend only over the height or a part of the height of the base, while on the side surfaces of the stone heads no composite sections longer exist.

The composite sections are preferably formed approximately half-round in plan view, so that preferably results in a linear or point-like contact with the stone element of an adjacent laying unit.

It is preferred that the composite sections of the laying units in the assembled state not or only Touch lightly so that appropriate grout fillable joints remain.

In a specific embodiment, the composite sections are each formed from pairs of composite units which engage in the juxtaposed state of the laying units.

In still another embodiment, projecting portions are disposed between adjacent composite portions that do not protrude as far as the composite portions. With these projecting portions, therefore, composite portions of an adjacent stone element come into contact, so that the mentioned linear or punctiform contact results.

Likewise, the provided composite sections can serve both as a displacement safeguard to make the laid segmental arc plaster loadable, as well as form a certain laying aid.

It has been stated above that both on the inside and on the outside of a laying unit, the composite sections are arranged at equal intervals. In order to determine the distances between the composite sections, the procedure is, for example, that the opening angle of the corresponding circle segment arc of a laying unit is divided into a plurality of equal partial angles and that in the middle of each partial angle on the concave inner side of the laying unit, a corresponding reference point for the composite system set becomes. Therefore, by drawing a parallel line to the center axis of this circle segment arc through the corresponding reference point, the corresponding reference point on the convex outside is found. These reference points can then be used to arrange the composite sections. In this case, the intersections of the central axis parallel with the joint center axes instead of the inside and outside of the laying unit can serve as reference points.

In general, the intersection of the central axis of the joint with the respective partial angle central axis can also be used as a reference point for the application of the composite sections on the concave inner side and the convex outer side.

Preferably, the distances of the composite portions from each other on the concave inner side and the convex outer side are equal.

In a specific embodiment of the invention, the composite sections are arranged on the convex outer side of a laying unit at locations corresponding to the intersections of the convex outer side with straight lines extending through the composite sections on the concave inner side and parallel to the circular segment central axis of the laying unit.

In particular, the distance of the composite sections on the concave inner side corresponds to the length of the end sides of the laying unit.

Furthermore, composite sections may be provided both on the end sides of the laying unit and on the end sides of the respective stone elements.

The laying unit can be composed of stone elements that have only a single row of stone heads. However, preference is given to a laying unit in which the stone elements have a plurality of Steinkopfreihen separated by dummy joints, wherein at least two Steinkopfreihen are provided from the inside to the outside.

Further preferred is an embodiment in which the laying unit is divided into a plurality of step-like stone elements separated from each other and has staircase-shaped end faces. In this embodiment, therefore, two composite systems are used: on the one hand, the composite system, which is formed by the composite sections on the concave inner side and the convex outer side, and on the other hand formed by the step-like graduations composite system.

As already mentioned, corresponding composite sections can also be provided on the end sides of the laying units. This also applies to the end sides of the individual stone elements, so that composite sections can also interact between adjacent stone elements. Even if the end sides of the laying units and stone elements are stair-like, composite sections can be provided on all surfaces of the Abtreppungen. In these staircase-like gradations is preferably in each case a stairway section the stone elements associated with the end sides of a Steinkopfreihe.

Yet another embodiment relates to a laying unit which, by fanning two or more laying units on opposite sides, has end faces corresponding to a different number of laying units. With such an asymmetrically designed laying unit arcuate pavement can be moved to the left or right, with "normal" laying units and asymmetrically formed laying units can also be installed alternately. Particularly preferred is a laying unit which has on one side a double end side as long as on the other side.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic plan view of a laying unit for a segmental arc plaster. The laying unit 1 has a circular arc-shaped concave inner side, a circular arc-shaped convex outer side, an upper side, a lower side and two end sides 3 extending approximately perpendicularly to the inner side and outer side 3.

Jeweils zwei Verbundleisten bilden hierbei einen Verbundabschnitt 10.The laying line 1 is composed of four stone elements 2. Each stone element 2 is provided on its inside and outside with composite sections 10 formed in the form of vertical composite strips. Here are each two composite strips arranged side by side. Two composite strips each form a composite section 10.

The composite sections 10 are arranged both on the outside and on the inside at equal intervals over the entire laying unit 1, regardless of the length of the individual stone elements, stone heads 6 and dummy joints 11th

FIG. 2 shows a schematic plan view of two juxtaposed laying units 1 for forming a segmental arc plaster. The corresponding circles or circular arcs are shown with the central axis 21.

FIG. 3 shows a schematic plan view of another embodiment of a laying unit 1 for a segmental arc plaster with two Steinkopfreihen. The laying unit 1 also has a circular arc-shaped concave inside, a circular arc-shaped concave outside, an upper side and a bottom. Here, however, the two end sides 3 and the ends of the stone elements are formed step-shaped.

Both on the convex outer side and on the concave inner side composite sections 10 are arranged in the form of vertical composite strips at equal intervals.

FIG. 4 shows the structure of in FIG. 3 shown laying unit 1 in detail. As mentioned, the laying unit 1 has four stone elements 2 joined together. Each stone element 2 has a base 5 and the base upwardly projecting stone heads 6, which are separated by dummy joints 11 from each other. Each stone element 2 has two rows of stone heads 6, wherein the left in the figure stone element 2 has a total of five stone heads 6, while the remaining three stone elements 2 each have six stone heads 6. In this embodiment, the composite portions 10 are arranged only on the stone heads 6.

The in the FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrated laying unit 1 is merely exemplary in nature. Any division into stone elements can take place if at least two stone elements are present. Also, the size of the stone elements and the number of stone heads may be different. Important is the stepped configuration of the end faces 3 and the opposing surfaces. 4

FIG. 5 shows a schematic plan view of several juxtaposed laying units 1. The laying units. 1 are arranged laterally offset from each other, as indicated by β. It can be seen that both the concave inside and the convex outside of each laying unit are formed by a part of a circular arc which here has a radius R and a center M. The lateral displacement possibility results in a structurally advantageous pavement.

FIG. 6 shows a plan view of a manufactured segmental arc plaster, which is formed of three juxtaposed rows of laying units. As mentioned, in each row the laying units are offset by amounts β, so that no continuous zigzag lines are formed between adjacent rows of laying units.

FIG. 7 schematically shows two rows of laying units, indicated by arrows the corresponding offset.

On the inside of each laying unit 1, composite sections 10 projecting at equal distances from one another are arranged, to which composite sections 10 arranged at equal distances from one another on the outside are assigned. The arrangement of the composite sections is according to FIG. 9 hereby as follows:

The in FIG. 5 shown opening angle of a circular arc segment with the radius R is divided into several partial angle 20, for example, here equal partial angle 20. The intersection of the bisectors of each partial angle with the concave inner side of a laying unit or the corresponding joint central axis forms a reference point for the arrangement of a composite section, so that in the example chosen here various protruding composite sections 10 are provided on the concave inner side of a laying unit or a stone element 2. From this reference point, a line is drawn parallel to the central axis of the circular arc segment. Where this line intersects the convex outer side of the laying unit or the corresponding central axis of the joint, the second reference point for a composite section is located on the convex outer side of the laying unit.

In this way it is ensured that composite sections are arranged both on the inside and on the outside of each laying unit at equal distances from the end sides. Due to this arrangement, the individual laying units can be offset from each other in the lateral direction, in spite of the arrangement of the composite sections, for example by the amount β, so that there are no continuous zigzag joints between adjacent rows of laying units.

The composite sections may be those in FIG. 8 have a shape shown in plan view. In FIG. 8 the center axis of a grid (partial angle 20) is indicated, on which a reference point for the composite system is arranged at the intersection with the corresponding central axis of the joint.

With the laying units described here, a particularly load-bearing segmental arc plaster can thus be produced on account of the proposed composite system, which also satisfies very high design demands, since a mutual lateral offset of the individual laying units is possible.

FIG. 10 shows a schematic plan view of a fourth embodiment of a laying unit, in which case the individual composite sections are not shown. This laying unit 30 is in this case formed by fanning out two "normal" laying units 31 and 32, so that the resulting asymmetrical laying unit 30 has on the left side in the figure a conventional stepped end side 3, while on the opposite side a twice as long end page is formed, which is composed of two usual end sides of the left side. Also this end page 3 is stepped.

The formed laying unit 30 is thus wider on the right side in the figure than on the left side in the figure. By juxtaposing these laying units, an arcuate segmental arc plaster can be laid thereby. With the in FIG. 10 shown laying unit can be formed a left bend. It is understood that the invention also covers corresponding laying units with which legal sheets can be created. Also, when laying alternately "normal" laying units and laying units of FIG. 10 to apply.
