Definitions
- the present invention relates to a safety gear for Lifts according to the preamble of claim 1.
- roller guide shoes For guiding the car in elevators with guide rails used on the car guide shoes are used, the either as roller guide shoes or as Gleit Entrys Cincinnati are configured.
- the first case are Rolls usually with so-called two-dimensional or three-dimensional guidance provided on appropriate Guide surfaces of the guide rail roll.
- the second case Slip the Gleitbeläge with little play along the Guide rails so that they are the car during the vertical conveying motion a guide in the Lend horizontal plane.
- Physically separate from the Guide shoes are safety gears on the car attached to this relative to the Move guide rail.
- the known devices of this type work in the Way, that when exceeding the allowable Maximum speed of the car or at Overspeed the safety gear by one Speed limiter linkage is mechanically operated.
- Conventional safety gears are triggered only at overspeed or during control work (typically twice a year). Conventional safety gears are particularly of great disadvantage when the car is at the height of a floor and slipping when loading or falls uncontrollably.
- the present invention has the advantage that they are an excellent way of intervention of the safety gear at operating states below the overspeed allowed, what in the known safety gear not is readily possible. Conventional safety gear will never fall below the normal operating conditions Overspeed operated, which therefore also the early Detection of a possible malfunction of the safety gear impossible.
- Another advantage of the present invention is in that they are also called a multifunctional brake and Guide device for elevators can be used because it represents a device which is in one and the same Execution three otherwise separate to a car too can replace the functional assemblies used: they are a guide device for the car, a Safety gear and a settling device.
- the position of a braking element of the safety gear is controlled changeable.
- various Positions of the braking element can be the safety gear into different operating states, each of which assign different functions of the safety gear are.
- a determining the positioning of the brake element Mechanism allows it in a normal state Brake element of the guide surface of the guide rail keep away. In this normal state unfolds the Safety gear no braking effect. This normal state of Safety gear is adequate for a normal one undisturbed ride of the car.
- the position of the Bremsisses can be controlled controlled so that the brake element, the guide surface on the guide rail touched and in addition to an abutment like that is positioned that the braking element between the Guide surface and the abutment is not trapped. In This arrangement is the brake in Brake readiness, i.
- This position of the Brake elements is called brake position. In this position the brake element is blocked and the safety gear is in the fishing position, in which another ride of the car is prevented by the fact that the Guide rail between the brake element and a Retaining element of the safety gear is held.
- This safety gear can be used as a settling device or as Abloisêt be realized by the Safety gear at a stop in the state of Brake readiness is offset. Should be under this Prerequisite of the car to be additionally charged, so that the supporting elements of the car are stretched and extended the car lowers, so would the brake element relative to Safety gear moves. As described above, the Catching device are brought into the catching position, when the car is at a defined minimum lowers. With a suitable arrangement of the abutment can Thus, a slipping of the car can be prevented, if the car due to an overload by one not tolerable level is threatening to fall.
- This safety gear can also be used as a guide device for serve the car along the guide rail.
- the Retaining element of the safety gear is in fact such arranged that it in the normal state of the safety gear as Guide element for guiding the car along the Guide rail acts.
- Guide element for guiding the car along the Guide rail acts.
- guide elements can the range of motion in a plane perpendicular to Direction of travel of the car arbitrarily restricted become.
- a suitable Design of the safety gear a guide for the Car along the guide rail functionally in the Catch device to be integrated.
- Such a leadership will in conventional elevator systems usually with the help separate guide shoes independent of one Safety gear realized.
- the combination of a Safety gear and a guide device or the Integrating a guide in a safety gear is Particularly inexpensive and brings a beneficial Weight and space savings with it.
- the safety gear allows a realization in a particularly compact Shape.
- the holding element and / or a or more guide elements and / or the abutment as Part of the walls of a housing for the safety gear be educated.
- This housing can also be in one piece be built and provides the basis for a simple Modular structure of the inventive safety gear.
- the actuating mechanism for positioning the Braking elements can be done in a simple way with the help of a Electromagnets are realized. By a suitable Specification of the current flowing through the electromagnet Forces can be varied with the help of which Brake element brought into the respective desired position can be. Such an actuating mechanism can easy way to be electronically controlled.
- Fig. 1 shows a base plate 1, on which a catch housing. 2 and a solenoid 3 of the safety gear firmly mounted are.
- the catch housing 2 has an area with a through two legs 4 and 5 formed U-shaped cross-section, wherein the inside of the leg 4 with a leadership and Brake pad 6 is provided.
- the safety gear is in one Elevator system mounted on a car and thereby to a Guide rail 30 (see FIG. 14), which is used to guide the Car is used, adapted so that a Guide flange 31 (see FIGS. 4 and 14) of the guide rail 30 between a brake element, which in the present case as Fangrolle 7 is formed, and the leadership and Brake pad 6 is located.
- the guide and brake pad 6 touches a Guide surface 32 of the guide flange 31.
- the leg 4 forms together with the guide and brake pad 6 a elongated retaining element for the guide flange 31.
- the other leg 5 is arranged obliquely and thus represents an abutment for the fishing reel 7.
- the car braked against a direction of travel can be, is the space between the leg 5 and the Covering 6 against the direction of travel narrows so that the Fang roller 7 between the leg 5 and the guide flange 31 can be pinched.
- Fig. 1 in the present case, the space between the Leg 5 and the guide and brake pad 6 upwards rejuvenated.
- the safety gear shown in Fig. 1 is Therefore, suitable, a drop in the car counteract.
- the electromagnet 3 is a lever mechanism. 8 operated, the pivotable about a parallel to a Longitudinal surface of the guide and brake pad 6 and vertical to the direction of movement of the car arranged axis. 9 is stored.
- the position of the fishing reel 7 in mentioned Gap can be changed depending on the operating state, preferably in that the position of an axis 10 of the Fang roller 7 along a guide 11 of the lever mechanism. 8 is changeable, for example by rolling the axis 10th along the guide 11th
- the catching housing 2 is preferably formed in one piece, otherwise, the leg acting as a holding element 4 and acting as an abutment leg 5 so rigid connected to each other, that when jamming the fishing reel. 7 the leg 4 together with the guide and brake pad 6, pulled by the leg 5, from the opposite side against the Guide flange is pressed.
- the lever mechanism 8 has, for example, a part, which serves as a suspension 12 for the fishing reel 7.
- These Suspension 12 includes the guide 11, in which the axis 10th the fishing reel 7 is movably mounted.
- the guide 11 can be designed as a groove or as an elongated recess.
- the electromagnet Around To operate the lever mechanism 8, the electromagnet has 3 a with the free end of the lever mechanism. 8 connected tie bolt 13, which by means of a with the Electromagnet 3 generated magnetic field in his Longitudinally moved relative to the electromagnet 3 can, as indicated in Fig. 1 and 6 by double arrows.
- the base plate 1 with the catch housing 2 and the electromagnet 3 shown such that a first Area with the u-shaped cross section between the two Legs 4 and 5 and a second area with an L-shaped Cross section and a surface structure 14 of the Guide and brake pads 6 are clearly visible.
- the surface structure 14 has an X-shape created profile.
- About one with the base plate 1 connected support 15 on the de Fangrolle 7 opposite side of the leg 5 can be used in the Brakes act on the leg 5, of the base plate. 1 be recorded.
- the electromagnet 3 is a Arranged spring 17 and is the electromagnet 3 of a Triggering device electrically controlled.
- the tension bolt 13 can be moved and the free end of the Lever mechanism 8 against a restoring force of the spring 17th be deflected.
- the lever mechanism 8 to a corresponding adjustment angle about the axis of rotation. 9 pivoted and the position of the fishing reel 7 in the space controlled between the leg 5 and the guide flange 31 changed.
- driving is the Electromagnet 3 energized and the tension bolt 13 against the Spring force held in an upper extreme position, so the fishing reel 7 away from the guide flange 31 to hold.
- Fig. 6 the operating state is sketched, in which the Elevator undisturbed drives (normal drive) and the catch brake in normal condition.
- the electromagnet 3 is energized and the lever mechanism 8 deflected so that the Fang roller 7 without contact with the guide rail 30 is.
- the axis 10 of the fishing reel 7 under Effect of the weight at the lower end 27 of the guide eleventh the lever mechanism 8.
- Fig. 8 corresponds to the same Case, but at a wear of the leadership and Brake pads 6, for example, 2 mm in the area 21.
- Fig. 9 serves to explain the operating state in which the elevator stops and the car was loaded and up as a result, under the elasticity of the Suspension or the suspension means has lowered, whereupon a Movement of the safety gear relative to the stationary Guide flange 31 of the guide rail 30 occurred.
- the axis of rotation 10 of the fishing reel 7 has a new one (in Fig. 9 by the lowest point of the axis of rotation 10 defined) position 22 taken opposite is offset to the direction of movement of the car.
- the Equilibrium position is characterized by the fact that at a suitable orientation of the guide 11 relative to Guide rail 30 a balance of forces such adjusts that only when lowering the car and thus the catch housing 2 of the lever mechanism 8 under Effect of the force of the spring 17 relative to the guide rail 30 is pivoted (at a lowering of the safety gear relative to the guide rail 30, the spring 13 expands in its longitudinal direction) and during this pivoting movement the fishing roller 7 rolls along the guide 11 and thereby relative to the catch housing 2 performs a movement, the parallel to the guide rail 30 and opposite to Direction of travel of the car is directed.
- the Electromagnet 3 energized and thereby the lever mechanism. 8 and the tapping roller 7 under the action of the electromagnet 3 and gravity moves so that the safety gear again gets into the normal position.
- the procedure described Repeats at every "stop”.
- the yield of the Suspension and the suspension means of the car and the geometric conditions of the safety gear are in a way matched that when loading the Car beyond the maximum permissible weight beyond Fang roller 7 as far along the guide 11 rolls that the Fangrolle 7 between the oblique leg 5 and the Clamped guide rail and the safety gear in the Catch position is offset. This way is with the Safety catch the function of a settling device realized.
- Fig. 10 shows the state in which the safety gear in the catch position is offset.
- the amount associated with Fig. 9 described exceeds payload range is the Fangrolle 7 the guide 11 along to a layer 23rd hiked and is now between the guide rail and the Leg 5 pinched.
- the prevailing ones Frictional conditions in a region 24 lead at a further occurring relative movement to another Clamping the Fangrolle 7.
- This is finally the Leg 5 away from the tiller roller 7 in one direction (left in Fig. 10) urged by the guide rail or the Fang roller 7 pressed against the guide flange 31.
- Fig. 11 shows the condition for example with 2 mm wear of the Guide and brake pad 6 with a strong friction in Area 25. In the latter case, the axis 10 takes one extreme position 26 in the upper region of the guide 11 a.
- the force of the electromagnet 3 is no longer sufficient to to solve the tuck 7 from the deadlock and the Releasing movement of the car, but the Safety gear is in a so-called reverse drive from the Catch position before the car goes down again can be moved.
- the leg 4 is, as can be seen from the figures, flat educated.
- the guide and brake pad 6 is preferably of a material, preferably at small surface pressure a small coefficient of friction and at large surface pressure has a high coefficient of friction.
- Such materials are for example of Multi-plate clutches or brake pads from the Automotive industry known here.
- the characteristic of the Frictional coefficient of the guide and brake pad 6 has accordingly a steep transition zone between an area with a low coefficient of friction and a range with a very high coefficient of friction. This allows the use of the Guide and brake pads 6 for the purpose of braking (at a large contact pressure) and for the purpose of leadership (at a small contact pressure) depending on the size the contact pressure between the guide and brake pad 6 and the guide flange 31. It is through appropriate choice of materials Therefore, possible, the invention provided functional combination of brake-stop and Leadership facilities in a single multifunctional Brake in the form of the present safety gear and their applications as a brake or as Guide device for the car independently to optimize.
- FIG the guide 11 for the axis 10 of the roller 7 no rectilinear shape, but it is with a middle Provided area 28, in which they first after a bow Turn left and then make a right turn.
- This Curvature can be optimized depending on the application.
- the detailed course of the guide 11 between the lower End 27 and the upper extreme position 26 determines, in which measure the fishing reel 7 their position relative to Leg 5 changed when the catcher housing 2 to a predetermined Mass along the guide rail 30 is moved. In any case, this change is nonlinear as a function the path along the guide rail 30 when the guide 11th has a curved course.
- Fig. 12 One on the special course of the curvature of the guide 11th attributed particularity is shown in Fig. 12.
- the curvature of the guide is exaggerated for the sake of clarity.
- the suspension 12 of Lever mechanism 8 is formed according to FIG. 12 such that depending on the operating condition, the position of the axis 10 of the Fang roller 7 along the guide 11 in two places at least can change approximately discontinuously.
- the average longitudinal direction of these grooves or oblong Recesses preferably forms an angle with the Driving direction of the car.
- the guide 11 points because her curvilinear course several places on which the tiller 7 due to their shape a stable position - in the following called detent position - can take when the Fang roll along the previously described mechanisms along the guide 11 transported to one of these locking positions has been.
- the Suspension 12 has a lower detent position at the lower end 27 of the guide 11 for normal operation in the normal state of Safety gear with energized electromagnet 3, a middle locking position in the area 28 or above the Area 28 of the guide 11 for the operation as Settling device or the operation of the safety gear in the catch position in each case with no-current electromagnet 3, and an upper detent position at position 26 'at the top End of the tour 11.
- Fig. 13 shows a guide 29, which is simplified Alternative to the guide 11 used in the safety gear can be and has a linear course.
- the guide 29 no Change of direction. In this case, there is no detent position formed in the central region of the guide 29 to the Position of the fishing reel 7 when operating as a settling device to control more precisely, in contrast to the example according to FIG. 12.
- Fig. 14 shows an example of a simple guide rail 30 with a guide flange 31, the thickness of which is designed is that he is in the free space 16 (see Figures 3 and 5) fits.
- the guide rail 30 with the guide flange 31 is arranged vertically in the elevator shaft.
- the car in this case carries two or four Catching devices with the guide rails in Interaction stand.
- the principle of the present the invention is independent of the thickness or shape this guide flange, if at least one Guide surface 32 is present.
- the current position of the electromagnet 3 and thus the State of the safety gear is in the example shown of two switches 18 and 19 which determines the position of the Werbolzen 13 and the deflection of the lever mechanism 8 and thus also the operating state of the safety gear monitor.
- the one switch 18 is provided to indicate whether the safety gear of the elevator system in Is ready and the other switch 19 (also called “brake engagement switch” called) to indicate if the Safety gear is in the catch position.
- the brake-in-engagement switch is conveniently located in Safety circuit of the elevator system.
- the Catching a two-dimensional or even one three-dimensional guide for the car at the catch housing exhibit.
- the safety gear according to FIG. 15 has next to the guided along the guide 29 Fangrolle 67 a holding element 64 with a guide and brake pad 66th and an abutment 65.
- a (lever) mechanism 68 present, which is pivotally mounted, as by the Double arrow 61 indicated.
- the catch roller 67 can be brought into a braking position, in the the catch roller 67 between a guide surface 63 of an im Lift shaft mounted elongated guide flange 62 and the abutment 65 is clamped.
- the safety gear comprises an actuating mechanism (e.g. Electromagnet, or a mechanical, or pressure-controlled Means) arranged such that over this Actuating mechanism and the (lever) mechanism 68 on the catch roller 67 can be acted upon their position with respect to the elongated guide flange 62.
- the safety gear according to FIG. 15 is characterized from that an additional guide element 69 is provided is, whose guide surface with a guide pad 70th is provided.
- the guide pad 70 may be different be as the guide and brake pad 66, for example as low-wear coating with low coefficient of friction. The latter is makes sense, since the guide element 69 exclusively a Guiding function has and in contrast to the holding element 64 no braking effect must develop.
- a suitable safety switch may be provided be that measures the wear of the guide pad or monitors and, in case of excessive wear, the lift system shuts down.
- the multifunctional safety gear is according to the invention in regular driving the elevator at each stop in the State of braking readiness brought by the flow of the Electromagnet is turned off.
- the execution of Catching device allows the lowering of the car in the Stop when loading, without the catch organs with the Clamp the guide rail. By moving the catch organs at each stop, finds an automatic control of the Functioning of the multifunctional rail brake instead of.
- the described switches 18 and 19 also by a Sensor to be replaced, which is the current Position of the brake element or its change to characterize the current operating state of the Capture safety gear and if necessary from it Derive signals for controlling the elevator installation.
- the Safety gear can also be used for braking for any Driving direction to be formed along a guide rail.
- the abutment must only according to the respective Purpose suitably aligned relative to the guide rail be to allow pinching of the braking element.
- the brake element must be guided accordingly an automatic transition between the normal position the safety gear in the state of braking readiness and from there to enable the respective catch position.
- suitable guidance of the brake element and suitable Arrangement of corresponding abutment can be a single Inventive safety gear for braking along each the two directions of travel are formed, the longitudinal a guide rail can be realized.
