Claims (25)

  1. Boite pliante en un flan découpé (1), d'un seul tenant, de forme rectangulaire, comprenant deux tronçons de paroi principale (5, 9), qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre sur un côté et peuvent être reliés l'un à l'autre sur le côté opposé en vue de former un corps sensiblement de forme tubulaire dont les extrémités peuvent être fermées, un tronçon de paroi latérale (11, 12) avec des extrémités se terminant en pointe étant respectivement formé dans chacun des deux tronçons de paroi principale (5, 9), la boite pliante présentant, dans l'état monté ou assemblé, un corps qui au niveau de deux extrémités se termine en pointe vers l'extérieur et qui au centre présente une section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire,
    caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de paroi principale (5, 9), au niveau des extrémités des tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12) se terminant en pointe, se raccordent à des tronçons de fermeture (41, 42, 43, 44 ; 45, 46, 47, 48) qui, dans l'état monté de la boite pliante, viennent s'appliquer mutuellement les uns sur les autres de manière coincidente, et forment, au niveau des extrémités du corps se terminant en pointe vers l'extérieur, deux zones de fermeture plates.
  2. Boite pliante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12) sont formés par deux lignes de pliage (14, 15 ; 16, 17) qui sont espacées l'une de l'autre au centre et se raccordent l'une à l'autre aux extrémités.
  3. Boite pliante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chacune des deux paires de lignes de pliage (14, 15 ; 16, 17) formant respectivement les tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12) sont agencées parallèlement l'une à l'autre dans la zone centrale.
  4. Boite pliante selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de paroi latérale (11'', 12") sont de configuration triangulaire aux extrémités.
  5. Boite pliante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de paroi latérale (11', 12') présentent la forme d'une ellipse.
  6. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre les tronçons de paroi principale (5, 9) et les tronçons de fermeture (41 à 48), sont formées de lignes de pliage de fermeture (26 à 33).
  7. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les lignes de pliage de fermeture (26 à 33) sont disposées sensiblement transversalement aux tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12), et en ce que la distance entre les lignes de pliage de fermeture (26 à 33) et le bord associé du tronçon de fermeture respectif (41 à 48) n'est pas constante, à savoir varie.
  8. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans les deux tronçons de paroi principale (5, 9) est formé un tronçon de paroi latérale (11, 12) à extrémités se terminant en pointe, et en ce qu'entre les deux tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12) est placée une ligne de pliage (10) traversante continue, s'étendant sensiblement de manière parallèle aux tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12).
  9. Boite pliante selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre les lignes de pliage de fermeture (26' à 33') et le bord associé du tronçon de fermeture respectif, augmente à partir des tronçons de paroi latérale, vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur.
  10. Boite pliante selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre les lignes de pliage de fermeture (26" à 33'') et le bord associé du tronçon de fermeture respectif, augmente linéairement à partir des tronçons de paroi latérale, vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur.
  11. Boite pliante selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les lignes de pliage de fermeture (26' à 33') sont réalisées en forme d'arc de cercle en étant courbées vers l'intérieur en se référant au flan découpé.
  12. Boite pliante selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre les lignes de pliage de fermeture et le bord associé du tronçon de fermeture respectif, est constante dans la zone (42, 43 ; 45, 48) à l'intérieur des deux tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12), et augmente en direction de l'extérieur dans les zones (41, 44 ; 46, 47) à l'extérieur des deux tronçons de paroi latérale (11, 12).
  13. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisée en ce que sur le côté de l'un des tronçons de paroi latérale (11), qui est opposé à la ligne de pliage traversante continue (10), est formée une languette (39) sur le tronçon de paroi principale (5) associé, par une ligne de pliage supplémentaire (37) qui est disposée parallèlement à la ligne de pliage traversante continue (10).
  14. Boite pliante selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de pliage traversante continue (10) et ladite ligne de pliage supplémentaire (37) sont disposées, dans l'état monté de la boite pliante, sensiblement de manière à se superposer de manière coincidente.
  15. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au niveau d'une des extrémités (92) se terminant en pointe, d'un des tronçons de paroi latérale (11), est formé un bec verseur.
  16. Boite pliante selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que le bec verseur est formé à l'aide d'au moins cinq lignes de pliage de bec verseur (74, 75, 22a, 76, 77) qui sont réalisées dans les tronçons de fermeture (41a, 42a) disposés au niveau de l'extrémité (92) se terminant en pointe, du tronçon de paroi latérale (11).
  17. Boite pliante selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que la distance des lignes de pliage de bec verseur (74, 75, 22a, 76, 77) les unes des autres diminue en direction de l'extrémité (92) se terminant en pointe, du tronçon de paroi latérale (11).
  18. Boite pliante selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone du bec verseur, un appendice (79) de forme triangulaire est agencé, avec sa pointe dirigée vers l'extérieur, sur les tronçons de fermeture associés (41a, 42a).
  19. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'extérieur sur le bec verseur est prévue une languette de fermeture (80), qui peut être séparée des deux tronçons de fermeture (41a, 42a) adjacents, par au moins une ligne de perforations (81 à 84).
  20. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de paroi principale et latérale ne sont respectivement séparés que par une ligne de pliage.
  21. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans au moins l'un des tronçons de fermeture (142 ; 143) est prévue une entaille (201 ; 211) dans laquelle peut venir en prise une languette (208 ; 218) formée sur le tronçon de fermeture (146 ; 147) qui, dans l'état monté de la boite pliante, vient s'appliquer sur le tronçon de fermeture (142 ; 143) avec l'entaille.
  22. Boite pliante selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que l'entaille (201 ; 211) présente la forme d'un arc de cercle, qui est courbé vers l'intérieur en se référant au flan découpé.
  23. Boite pliante selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisée en ce que la languette (208 ; 218) est formée par une entaille (205 ; 215) présentant la forme d'un arc de cercle qui est courbé vers l'intérieur en se référant au flan découpé.
  24. Boite pliante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans au moins un tronçon de fermeture (342, 345 ; 343, 348) est formée au moins une languette (405 ; 406) qui, dans l'état monté de la boite pliante, vient s'appliquer sur une surface de collage (412 ; 413) qui est formée sur un tronçon de fermeture (341 ; 344) adjacent, et qui est recouverte par la languette (405 ; 406).
  25. Boite pliante selon la revendication 24, caractérisée en ce que la surface de collage (412 ; 413) est délimitée par une incision (410 ; 411).
