Claims (3)

  1. Machine pour rainurer et plier (10) comprenant, en succession : une unité d'alimentation en feuilles (12), des rouleaux motorisés d'avancement de feuille (20, 22), une première unité de rainurage (30) comprenant une première barre transversale de formage (32), verticalement déplaçable sous l'action de premiers moyens d'actionnement et une première barre d'aboutement (38), opposée à ladite première barre de formage (32) et cannelée de manière complémentaire à celle-ci, et une courroie de transfert (42) pour envoyer la feuille vers une station de pliage successive caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une deuxième unité de rainurage (130) située entre la première unité de rainurage (30) et la courroie de transfert (42), ladite deuxième unité de rainurage comprenant une deuxième barre transversale de formage (132), verticalement déplaçable sous l'action de deuxièmes moyens d'actionnement (134, 136), et une deuxième barre d'aboutement (138), opposée à ladite deuxième barre de formage (132) et cannelée de manière complémentaire à celle-ci, la deuxième unité de rainurage étant agencée pour former une rainure dans une direction opposée à une rainure formée par la première unité de rainurage.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premiers et deuxièmes moyens d'actionnement comprennent au moins une tringlerie à genouillère (34, 134) à action verticale reliée à un vérin hydraulique (36, 136) agissant horizontalement sur la charnière entre les bielles de chaque tringlerie à genouillère (34, 134).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, pour chacune desdites barres de formage (32, 132), deux tringleries à genouillère reliées aux extrémités respectives longitudinalement opposées des barres (32, 132).
