Claims (3)
- Rill- und Falzmaschine (10), in aufeinanderfolgender Anordnung aufweisend: eine Lagenzuführeinheit (12); Lagen zuführende angetriebene Walzen (20, 22); eine erste Rilleinheit (30), aufweisend einen ersten Quer-Formstab (32), der unter der Einwirkung eines ersten Antriebsmittels und eines ersten Auflagestabs (38) vertikal bewegbar ist, und zwar gegenüber dem ersten Formstab (32) und mit dazu komplementären Nuten versehen; und ein Transportband (42) zum Transportieren der Lage zu einer nachfolgenden Falzstation,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine zweite Rilleinheit (130) aufweist, die sich zwischen der ersten Rilleinheit (30) und dem Transportband (42) befindet, wobei die zweite Rilleinheit einen zweiten Quer-Formstab (132) aufweist, der unter der Einwirkung eines zweiten Antriebsmittels (134, 136) vertikal bewegbar ist, und einen zweiten Auflagestab (138), der gegenüber dem zweiten Formstab (132) angeordnet und mit dazu komplementären Nuten versehen ist, wobei die zweite Rilleinheit so angeordnet ist, dass sie eine Rille in einer Richtung ausbildet, die entgegengesetzt zu einer Rille läuft, die mittels der ersten Rilleinheit ausgebildet wird. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Antriebsmittel zumindest eine vertikal wirkende Kniehebelverbindung (34, 134) aufweisen, die mit einer hydraulischen Hubpresse (36, 136) verbunden ist, der horizontal auf das Scharnier zwischen den Stäben jeder Kniehebelverbindung (34, 134) wirkt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für jede der Formstäbe (32, 132) zwei Kniehebelverbindungen aufweist, die an jeweiligen entgegengesetzten Längsenden der Stäbe (32, 132) eingehängt sind.
