Claims (5)
- Pince de serrage (10) pour la saisie d'un fil (F) lors de la fabrication d'une couture tissée, la pince de serrage étant disposée à l'extrémité d'une griffe de traction et présentant un corps de pince de serrage (12), un cylindre pneumatique (14) avec un piston (25), qui peut être rentré et sorti, et un premier élément de serrage et un deuxième élément de serrage, le premier et le deuxième éléments de serrage (20, 24) pouvant être serrés l'un contre l'autre à l'aide du cylindre pneumatique en vue de la saisie du fil (F), caractérisée- en ce que le premier élément de serrage présente deux surfaces (20) de cylindre espacées et- en ce que le deuxième élément de serrage présente une surface de cylindre (24),- la disposition des surfaces de cylindre (20, 24) étant telle que les axes des surfaces de cylindre se situent d'une manière parallèle l'un par rapport à l'autre et pour l'essentiel à angle droit par rapport à l'axe du cylindre pneumatique (14) et que, dans l'état sorti du cylindre pneumatique (14), la surface de cylindre (24) du deuxième élément de serrage se situe entre les deux surfaces de cylindre (20) du premier élément de serrage.
- Pince de serrage selon la revendication 1, le premier élément de serrage (20) étant l'élément stationnaire et le deuxième élément de serrage (24) étant l'élément mobile.
- Pince de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le cylindre pneumatique (14) travaillant contre la force d'un ressort (26), de telle sorte que la pince de serrage soit ouverte Ă l'Ă©tat normal.
- Pince de serrage selon la revendication 3, la pince de serrage présentent une commande, grâce à laquelle, en premier lieu, par apport de gaz sous pression, les deux éléments de serrage (20, 24) peuvent être déplacés l'un vers l'autre en vue de la fermeture de la pince de serrage et de la saisie du fil (F), en deuxième lieu, par interruption de l'apport de gaz sous pression, les deux éléments de serrage (20, 24) peuvent être déplacés par la force de ressort à l'écart l'un de l'autre, en vue de l'ouverture de la pince de serrage et de la libération du fil, et, en troisième lieu, la pression du gaz sous pression pouvant être ajustée de telle sorte que pour l'essentiel la force du ressort soit compensée et que les deux éléments de serrage (20, 24) pressent avec une force éventuellement faible contre un fil (F) disposé entre eux.
- Pince de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, avec une tige (28) donnant une indication dans la direction de déplacement du piston (25), qui entoure de tous côtés, conjointement aux deux éléments de serrage (20, 24) et au corps de la pince de serrage (12), un fil (F) saisi.
