- la figure 3 est une vue de côté de l'outil destiné à réaliser l'embrèvement,
- la figure 4 est une vue schématique en demi-coupe partielle longitudinale du tube après mise en place de la rondelle dans l'embrèvement conformément à l'invention,
- la figure 5 est une vue de dessus du tube de la figure 4, montrant la rondelle dans l'embrèvement,
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe partielle montrant le trou réalisé par fluoperçage, avec son canon et sa collerette.
Claims (3)
- Procédé de fluoperçage d'un trou dans un tube (1), caractérisé en ce que, préalablement au fluoperçage, on réalise dans le tube (1) un embrèvement (2) destiné à former une petite surface plane (3) sur laquelle sera réalisé le trou (10) par fluoperçage et en ce que l'embrèvement (2) est réalisé à chaud.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'embrèvement (2) est réalisé à l'aide d'un fluoperceur.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose dans l'embrèvement (2) une rondelle (5) avant le fluoperçage du trou (10).
