Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage de position d'action pour laminage de tôle permettant d'augmenter la précision dimensionnelle d'un produit et d'éliminer les problèmes rencontrés lors du traitement d'une tôle, lesquels problèmes sont imputables aux phénomènes d'ondulation et de bombement. A cet effet, on traduit au niveau de la position d'action réglée, un écart mesuré avec précision d'une valeur d'étirement par laminage après introduction du bord d'attaque d'une tôle laminée de position d'action et on fait de même avec un écart affectant l'épaisseur de la tôle et le faux chanfrein résultant. On s'appuie pour cela sur des valeurs prévisibles des forces de poussée développées par les cylindres pendant le laminage. On commence par calculer, avant de commencer le laminage, les forces de poussée se développant entre la tôle laminée et les cylindres pendant le laminage ; puis on règle pour chacun des cylindres, sur la base des valeurs prévisibles des forces de poussée, la position d'action correspondant aux deux instants de synchronisation correspondant au début du laminage et à la stabilisation des réactions à la poussée produites au niveau des points de support des forces de poussée ; on règle ensuite, pendant le laminage, la tôle au niveau du point d'action, une fois que le laminage est commencé avant le début du laminage ; on surveille la stabilité de la réaction à la poussée après le début du laminage ; enfin on règle à nouveau la tôle au moment où l'on pense que la réaction est stable, et ce, au niveau de la position d'action à l'instant où la réaction à la poussée est stabilisée.
