Claims (11)

  1. Luminaire (10) comprenant au moins un moyen d'éclairage (13) électrique et avec un écran de luminaire (15) formé d'un matériau transparent, qui présente au moins un passage (21), dans ou sur lequel est maintenu un corps (23) transparent, réfléchissant la lumière et/ou guidant la lumière, disposé au moins en partie dans le flux lumineux du moyen d'éclairage (13), le passage formant une ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre, traversant la paroi de l'écran de luminaire (20), sur l'embrasure (22), à peu près du genre d'un cadre, de laquelle, en remplissant au moins sensiblement l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre est disposé le corps (23) transparent, qui donne une forme trapue présentant des surfaces partielles (30), disposées par exemple de façon analogue à un prisme, la surface inférieure du corps (23) transparent formant une surface (31) éclairée, tournée vers le luminaire (13) et opposée à l'observateur, et la face extérieure du corps (23) transparent formant une surface de sortie de lumière (32), opposée au luminaire (13), qui est tournée directement vers l'observateur, le corps (23) transparent, par une zone partielle (27), étant disposé sur la surface extérieure (18) de la paroi d'écran de luminaire (20), au voisinage de l'embrasure (22) du genre d'un cadre de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre, et la surface extérieure (18) entourant une zone de bordure (28) de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la zone partielle (27) du corps (23) transparent et la zone de bordure (28) de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre se trouve un joint de colle (29).
  2. Luminaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'embrasure (22) du genre d'un cadre de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre entoure au moins partiellement le contour extérieur (25) du corps (23) transparent.
  3. Luminaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (23) transparent est fixé à l'intérieur de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre.
  4. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un intervalle (26) est formé entre le contour extérieur (25) du corps (23) transparent et l'embrasure (22) du genre d'un cadre de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre.
  5. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps (23) transparent est maintenu sur la surface extérieure (18) de la paroi d'écran de luminaire (20), sur l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21).
  6. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un volume partiel (en 27) du corps (23) transparent, depuis l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre, pénètre dans l'espace intérieur de luminaire (14), délimité au moins partiellement par la surface de paroi intérieure (33) de la paroi d'écran de luminaire (20).
  7. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps (23) transparent est fixé, au moyen d'un joint de colle (29) rempli en particulier d'un adhésif transparent, dans ou sur l'embrasure (22) du genre d'un cadre de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre.
  8. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'écran de luminaire (20) est formée au moins partiellement d'un matériau mat transparent à la lumière, tel que, par exemple, en verre opale, ou bien présente une surface intérieure et/ou une surface extérieure rendue mate.
  9. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'écran de luminaire (20) forme un écran de luminaire (15) répondant une symétrie de rotation.
  10. Luminaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'écran de luminaire (20) forme un écran de luminaire à peu près du genre d'une plaque.
  11. Luminaire selon le préambule de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (23) transparent est fixé d'une façon mobile à l'intérieur de l'embrasure (22) du genre d'un cadre de l'ouverture de passage de lumière (21) du genre d'une fenêtre, à l'aide d'au moins un élément d'accrochage (24).
