Claims (20)
- Poignée (6) de véhicule automobile, prévue en particulier pour une portière latérale (1) du côté passager, ladite poignée comprenant un châssis de support (7) pouvant être solidement fixé à l'intérieur de ladite porte (1) et délimitant une embase (12) réalisée le long d'un axe (13) et présentant une embouchure (15) ; un corps (26) de fermeture au moins partielle de ladite embouchure (15) comprenant un talon (30) s'engageant dans le sens axial dans ladite embase (12) ; et des moyens de blocage (32) pour maintenir ledit corps de fermeture (26) dans une position de référence dans laquelle ledit corps de fermeture (26) est disposé en appui contre ledit châssis de support (7) ; caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage (32) comprennent au moins une partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58) intégrée audit châssis de support (7) et des moyens de contrainte (38) actionnables depuis l'extérieur dudit châssis de support (7) pour déplacer ladite partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58) et bloquer ledit corps de fermeture (26) dans ladite position de référence ;
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58) comprend au moins une section élastique (34 ; 48 ; 58) réalisée en un seul bloc avec ledit châssis de support (7).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage (32) comprennent également au moins des moyens à coin (42) placés entre ladite partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58) et edit talon (30) pour déplacer dans le sens axial ledit corps de fermeture (26) vers ladite position de référence, après l'actionnement desdits moyens de contrainte (38).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication (3), caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens à coin (42) comprennent un premier plan incliné (44) par rapport audit axe (13), le premier délimitant ladite partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58) et ledit talon (30) et relié à l'autre par ajustement glissant entre ladite partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58) et ledit talon (30).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens à coin (42) comprennent un second plan incliné (43) complémentaire dudit premier plan incliné (44) et coulissant sur le premier plan incliné (44).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie mobile (48 ; 58) se termine par une dent (50) délimitée par ledit premier plan incliné (44) et occupant une embase de blocage (54 ; 61) dans ledit talon (30).
- Poignée conformément à une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit châssis de support (7) comprend une paroi d'extrémité (18) délimitant partiellement ladite embase (12) et présentant un trou de passage (19) ; lesdits moyens de contrainte (38) comprenant une vis (38) dotée d'une tige filetée (40) positionnée à travers ledit trou de passage (19) et vers ledit talon (30).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit talon (30) coulisse dans ladite embase (12) dans le sens longitudinal (A) en position orthogonale par rapport audit axe (13).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit châssis de support (7) comprend un épaulement (23) transversal par rapport audit sens longitudinal (A), délimitant partiellement ladite embase (12) et séparé de ladite partie mobile (18 ; 48 ; 58).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit épaulement (23) est interposé, le long dudit sens longitudinal (A), entre ladite paroi d'extrémité (18) et ledit talon (30).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que ladite paroi d'extrémité (18) définit ladite partie mobile ; ladite tige (40) étant vissée dans ledit talon (30).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ladite paroi d'extrémité (18) comprend une partie mobile intermédiaire (35) dans ledit sens longitudinal (A); des moyens de contrainte (37) placés entre ladite partie intermédiaire (35) et ledit épaulement (23) pour empêcher le déplacement de ladite partie intermédiaire (35) le long dudit axe (13) vers ladite embouchure (15).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de contrainte (37) comprennent deux ailettes (37) intégrées à ladite partie intermédiaire (35), installées à l'opposé dans le sens axial de ladite embase (12) par rapport à ladite embouchure (15) et reliées par ajustement glissant audit épaulement (23) dans ledit sens longitudinal (A).
- Poignée conformément à une quelconque revendication 8 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'axe (20) dudit trou de passage (19) est coplanaire par rapport audit sens longitudinal (A).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que l'axe (20) dudit trou de passage (19) converge dans ledit sens longitudinal (A) vers ladite embouchure (15).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que ledit talon (30) comprend une partie d'extrémité (52) placée dans ledit sens longitudinal (A), entre ledit épaulement (23) et ladite partie mobile (48) ; ladite vis (38) étant vissée sur ladite partie mobile (48).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie mobile (48) est installée en saillie sur ladite paroi d'extrémité (18).
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage (32) comprennent les deux parties mobiles (58) susmentionnées réalisées en un seul bloc avec ledit châssis de support (7) ; ladite vis (38) permettant, avec les deux parties mobiles (58) susmentionnées de déplacer les parties mobiles (58) dans des sens opposés.
- Poignée conformément à la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que ledit talon (30) comprend deux parois latérales (60) longitudinales recevant en partie lesdites parties mobiles (58) ; ladite tige (40) étant placée entre lesdites parties mobiles (58) pour pousser lesdites parties mobiles (58) dans des sens opposés, chacune contre une paroi latérale (60) respective.
- Poignée conformément à une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps de fermeture (26) est réalisé dans un alliage métallique.
