Description

The invention is directed to a handle specified in claim 1. Art of this type have the advantage that they can be based on basic body of uniform types, which can be produced in large quantities and thus very inexpensive. Nevertheless, this handle can be quickly and inexpensively by selecting and mounting a suitable panel to meet the needs and wishes. The mounting of the diaphragm on the base body takes place on the one hand via suspension means, which are arranged in an edge region and serve as a hinge for a folding movement of the diaphragm relative to the base body. In the opposite edge region, a slide is inserted into a channel-like cross section, which is produced by profile parts of the diaphragm and of the base body. These profile parts comprise a nose on the panel, which come to lie on the back of the recorded slider after mounting. The profile parts of the body have a passage for the nose when folding the panel.

From DE 36 15 440 A1 a handle system for door locks of a motor vehicle is known. There, an outer lining is shown, which can be folded to the outside of the handle support and is fixed by means of a slider. In this case, the slider is held by means of a guide stone on the support of the handle. Since the gate valve is movably mounted on the body of the external operation, it can be pushed behind the locking lugs of the cover plate and so this on In a further known grip of this type, the slider consisted of a rod which was inserted from the handle end in the channel-like cross section between the folded panel and the base body. Because the assembly of the panel is performed with already stored on the door base body, the body had to be brought for the threading of the rod-shaped slider in a position pivoted as far as possible to avoid obstruction by adjacent parts of the door panel. The insertion of the known slider was a complicated and time-consuming process. The slider was a third component in the known grip, which had to be available for assembly, but could previously be lost. The cooperating three components, namely handle, body and slider had to be made precisely to ensure a backlash-free attachment of the panel to the body after assembly. The demands on the tolerances of the components were high, required controls and made the production more expensive.

The invention has for its object to develop a reliable handle of the type mentioned in claim 1, which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages, and wherein the setting of the slide is completely unproblematic. This is inventively achieved by the measures specified in claim 1, which have the following special significance.

In the invention, the setting of the slide is completely unproblematic, because it can be done in the course of assembly of the body with a bearing having its support, regardless of the aperture. Immediately after its production, namely, the body can be pre-assembled with the slider to a unit, which is then connected to its carrier, which is used for attachment to the door. The main body has a longitudinal guide in which the slider is captively received. The slider is displaceable in this longitudinal guide between a backup position and a release position. All it takes is a small path, which makes the panel very easy to install simplified. With regard to the required function of the handle of this type with the nose, the slider has both a barrier wall and a wall cutout. These elements are arranged immediately adjacent in the slider, which is why only a minimum movement is required to transfer the slider between the two layers. Since the slide is already assuming its proper position on the base body, it is necessary to make only one end of the slider accessible during assembly of the shutter and to exert a corresponding pressure on the slider at this end. In the release position of the slider, the passage in the profile part of the body is free and allows passage of the nose, because with the passage of the wall cut-out is aligned by the slider. In the release position of the slider so the assembly and disassembly of the aperture is readily executable. The securing position is, as I said, already achieved by a minimal displacement of the slide. The securing position is characterized in that now the barrier wall of the slider covers the passage in the profile part of the body and is engaged behind by the previously passed nose. The assembly of the body with the slider to the assembly of the invention is very convenient and fast executable.

In the invention, the slider is in the assembly with its Längsfürhrung in snap engagement, the snap engagement by a vertical Aufsteckbewegung of the slider on the longitudinal guide of the body could consigned.

As has already been mentioned, the handle comprises three components produced by itself, namely a base body 10 according to FIGS. 3 to 5, furthermore a slider 20 according to FIGS. 6 to 10 and finally a panel 40 to be mounted on the base body 10 according to FIG. 11 and 12. These components will initially be described in detail.

The base body 10 is made as an injection molded part made of plastic and comprises on its rear side two projecting arms 11 having holes 12 for a horizontal bearing axis. About this bearing axis of the main body 10 is mounted on a carrier not shown in detail, which serves to attach the handle to a door. The arms 11 have holes, one of which serves to attack a return spring. The return spring ensures a certain rest position of the handle relative to the carrier. Another hole 19 serves to connect a connection which leads to the closure in the door. The handle is designed here as a folding handle. Its pivoting movement about the mentioned bearing axis is transmitted via the connecting rod at the hole 19 on the closure.

The display side 13 of the body should be covered by the aperture 40, which is adapted to the respective needs and wishes. This assembly is carried out by a two-phase movement, which is to be illustrated with reference to FIGS. 15 and 16. For this purpose, the base body 10 and the diaphragm 40 have in their lower edge region 14 and 44 hooking means 16, 46, namely two spaced cams 16 on the base body 10 and two best shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 eyelets 46 on the panel 40. These hooking 16, 46 are in the sense of in Fig. 15 indicated movement arrow 31 are inter-connected, so that the two cams 16 engage in their two eyelets 46. After hanging 31, the upper edge portions 45, 15 need not yet touch from the panel 40 and the base body 10; This will be done in the next assembly phase.

The suspension means 16, 46 act as a hinge, which executes a folding movement in the now beginning assembly phase. This folding movement is illustrated in Fig. 15 and 16 by the arrow 32 and is carried out in two successive phases. In this case, the upper edge regions 45, 15 of these two components 40, 10 are in a particular position to each other. The end of the Anklappbewegung 32 can be defined by two-sided investment means 17, 47 and 17 ', 47'. The upper edge regions 15, 45 are profiled in a special way.

The base body 10 has in its upper edge region 15 a vertical web 33, which extends in the direction of the handle and should be referred to as "investment jib" because of its investment effect with the slider to be described later. The contact web 33 initially has upwardly open, gap-like passages 34 and closed windows 35. Parallel and at a distance from the base body 10 in the upper edge region 15 still has a guide rail 36. In addition, parallel rib sections 37 may be provided. Thus, in the recognizable from Fig. 4 center piece 39 of the base body 10, where the guide rail 36 extends, a channel 38 for the slider 20, the two channel flanks are bounded on the one hand by the contact web 33 and on the other hand by the guide rail 36. The channel 38 is U-shaped and vertically open at the top and has a channel bottom 58th

The slider 20 is, as shown particularly in FIGS. 8 to 10, from a spring plate 27, which can be divided in the longitudinal direction of the sheet into three mutually longitudinally offset and partially transversely offset profile parts 28, 21, 22. In the middle piece 29, the slider 20 has a best seen in FIG. 8 recognizable U-profile 28, the outer U-leg forms a substantially vertical wall 23. The opposite inner U-leg 26 creates a bar 26, the For reasons that will be more apparent below, it should be referred to as "counter bar". Close to this U-profile 28 in the middle piece 29, in lateral offset to the U-profile 28, two sections 22 with an Ω-profile 21, the appearance of which is best seen in Fig. 8. Between the two Ω-profile sections 22 is a recognizable from Fig. 7 longitudinal slot 50 which is partially accompanied at its one longitudinal edge of the aforementioned counter strip 26. The opposite longitudinal edge of the longitudinal slot 50 is bounded by a longitudinal web 52, which connects the two Ω-profile sections 22 to each other and continues to run in these sections 22 edge. This longitudinal web 52 may lie in the same plane as the recognizable from Fig. 8 U-web 51 from the adjacent U-profile 28.

On both sides of the middle piece 29 close to the middle piece 29, two end pieces 55 in the slider 20, which overlap partially with the Ω-profile sections 22 and have an L-profile 54. The one vertical L-leg 18 is formed by a wall portion 53, which can be regarded as a continuation of the U-profile 28 belonging to the wall 23. This wall section 53 is to be referred to as "barrier wall" hereinafter for reasons which will be more apparent below. The horizontal leg 56 of the L-profile 54 extends in continuation of the U-web 51 from the U-section 28 in the middle piece 29. By slits of formations of the sheet material 27 formed both on the barrier wall 53 and, aligned with it, in the horizontal L-leg 56 two tongues 57, 57 '.

In the invention, first, the slider 20 is pre-assembled with the base body 10. This pre-assembly is carried out according to the invention by a Einschnappmontage, which comes about by means of a simple, recognizable from Fig. 13 Aufsteckbewegung 59 of the slider 20 on the upper edge region 15 of the body 10. The U-profile 28 comes from the slide 20 in the channel 38 to lie. This means that the wall 23, which forms the outer U-leg in the middle piece 29, comes to rest on the contact web 33 from the main body 10. This wall 23 has two locking tongues 25 which, after being plugged into the windows 35 of the contact web 33, snap in and engage behind the window reveals 43, 35 there. By this snap fitting, the slider 20 forms after plugging 59 a not without further removable unit 30 of FIG. 2 with the main body 10. In this unit 30, the inner U-leg 26 recognizable from FIG. 13, which forms the mentioned counter-bar, comes into surface contact on the inside of the guide bar 36 belonging to the main body 10. which forms the inner flank of the channel 38. After plugging 59 of the U-web 51 from the U-section 28 and extending it L-leg 56 of the adjoining L-profile of the slider 20 facing the recognizable from Fig. 4 and 5 channel bottom 58.

The mutually facing contact surfaces between the guide rail 36 from the base body 10 and the counter-strip 26 from the slide 10 are provided with locking elements 48 and counter-locking elements 49. The locking element 48 from the slider 20 consists of a recognizable in Fig. 6 and 7 hump, which is formed out of the sheet material 27. In the formed of plastic base 10 at least two best seen in FIG. 4 recognizable counter-latching elements 49, 49 'are arranged. The counter-latching elements 49, 49 'consist of two molded-in dimples, which are arranged in a defined longitudinal spacing 42 according to FIG. 4. If the slider 20 is in a first in Fig. 14 by the auxiliary line 20.1 marked longitudinal position, this is determined by engagement of the hump 41 in the one left dent 49. There is then an "Entsicherungslage" of the slide 20 in the assembly 30 to be described in more detail. Then there is provided in the wall 23 wall cutout 24, which can be seen particularly well from Fig. 9, in alignment with the above-described passage 34 from the contact web 33 of the body 10. The same applies to the other passage 34 only with the difference in that the second panel cutout designated 24 'in Figs. 7 and 10 is located outside the end of the end of the L-profile 54.

In the upper edge region 45 of the diaphragm 40 there are two lugs 41. After the described hanging the two lugs 41 are aligned with the then occurring Anklappbewegung 32 with the passages 34 from the contact web 33 of the body 10. They then pass through the above-mentioned wall cutouts 24, 24 'of the slide 20 aligned with the passages 34 into the interior of the L-profile 54 described in the end sections 55. This arming position 20.1 of the slide 20 in the assembly 30 is provided by end stops secured, which are advantageously fulfilled by further functions of the components already described.

Thus, the guide rail 36 from the body 10 not only to guide the slider 20 in the longitudinal movement 60, 60 ', but also forms with its end edges 61 shoulders for the slide 20 provided on the opposite shoulders 62. The counter shoulders 62 are formed by the ends of the profile sections 22 of Slider 20 generates, which limit the longitudinal slot 50 ambidextrous. In the described, from Fig. 14 apparent position 20.1 of the slider 20 in the assembly, the right shoulder-counter-shoulder pair 61, 62 stop and secure the aligned position of the wall cutouts 24, 24 '. At the end of the folding movement 32 of the diaphragm 40, the position of the lugs 41 shown in FIG. 16 is present, which can be seen in enlargement from FIG. 17. In the direction of the folding movement 32, the nose 41 is then behind the wall 23 of the slide 20. This situation can be seen in perspective also from Fig. 18. It can be seen how the lugs 41 have passed through the aligned wall cutouts and lie in the interior of the U-profile 28 of the slider 20.

In order to secure the assembly position of the panel 40 resulting from FIG. 18, the slider 20 has to be displaced to the right, as indicated by the movement arrow 60 there, and then enters the "securing position" indicated there by the auxiliary line 20.2. In this longitudinal movement 60, first of all, the latching holding force of the latching elements 49, 48, which are still in engagement in FIG. 18, must be overcome between the slide 20 and the base body 10. The end of the longitudinal movement 60 is again determined by shoulders and counter-shoulders 61, 62, the example of the hidden in Fig. 2 by the arm 11 other, namely left pair of shoulders and counter-shoulders 61, 62 on the guide rail 36 of the body 10 and left profile section 22 of the slider 20 are determined. These elements are best seen in the plan views of FIGS. 4 and 7. The drawn in Fig. 2 stroke 63 between the armed position 20.1 and the present backup layer 20.2 can also be performed by other stop means, such as a stop of the spring tongues 25 on the lateral boundaries of the window 35 in the stop web 33 of the body 10. The window 35 have a sufficiently large length dimension, so that when moving 60 of the slider 20, the locking tongues 25 can move. The securing position 20.2 is also determined by the other position of the detent position, namely the described in Fig. 4 recognizable second dent 49 ', in which acting as a locking element 48 projection positively engages.

It is again a force required to overcome this intervention of 48, 49 'by the in Fig. 2 by an arrow 60' clarified opposing thrust movement 60 'of the slider 20. The stroke 63 of the slider between its two layers 20.1 and 20.2 of course corresponds to the described longitudinal spacing 42 of the two alternative counter-locking elements 49, 49 'on the guide rail 36 from the main body 10.

The securing position 20.2 of the slider 20 is characterized in that the two blocking walls 53 marked 53 cover the associated passages 34 in the contact web 33 of the base body 10. The preceding, in the Entsicherungslage 20.1 there wall section 40 or 40 'is offset due to the longitudinal movement 60 with respect to the passage 34 and are no longer in interaction with the two lugs 41 of the diaphragm. The lugs 41 now engage behind their associated barrier wall 53 and are thus secured in their apparent from Fig. 2 Anklapplage the panel 40 to the assembly 30. The panel 40 can not be unintentionally removed from the unit 30. For this purpose, the described opposite longitudinal movement 60 'of the slider 20 is required in advance again.

In the backup position, the above-described, best shown in Fig. 8 to 10 visible tongues 57, 57 'come into play. The horizontal tongues 57 'located in the horizontal L-leg 56 of the slider 20 engage under the nose 41 and exert a substantially vertical movement on the panel 40 as illustrated by the force arrow 64 in FIG. 2. The other, arranged in the vertical L-leg 23 tongue 57 is engaged behind by the nose and exerts due to their spring force a substantially horizontal, clarified by the arrow 65 in FIG. 2 force. As a result, the diaphragm 40 with respect to the base body 10th spring-loaded in both directions. Any tolerances between 40 and 10 are eliminated by the effectiveness of the forces 64, 65 of the two tongues 57, 57 '.
