Description

The invention relates to a guide fitting of a sliding door fitting according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a fitting is from the EP 0 984 126 A2 previously known. There, the guide glider can be moved back and forth between two different heights.

Sliding door fittings essentially consist of a wing inside attached to the top of the roller part, which engages with a roller in a roller rail. Thus, the sliding leaf is slidably mounted on the body of a cabinet. Such a roller part is, for example. In the DE 202005007687U described. On the underside of the sliding door wing, a guide fitting is provided inside the wing. This guide fitting consists of a guide slider, which is U-shaped and forms a mounting leg with a U-leg, with which the guide slider is bolted to the inside of the sliding leaf. The other U-leg of the guide slider has a sliding head which engages from below into a substantially U-shaped groove of a guide rail. During assembly of the sliding leaf, the sliding head of the guide slide is first inserted into the guide groove of the guide rail assigned to it. This has sufficient clearance to the bottom of the groove, so that afterwards the roller of the roller part can be used in the roller rail. The U-web of the guide slide, with which the two U-legs are connected to each other, usually projects beyond the lower edge of the sliding sash. Will be at the Mounting the sliding sash mounted on this section of the guide slide, it may lead to deformation of the guide fitting.

The EP 0 984 126 A2 describes a generic guide fitting. There, the attachment leg is in a pocket that extends between two attachment portions and a holding portion. The holding portion has a spring tongue which engages behind a hook of the mounting leg. The mounting leg can only be there between two positions the bag be relocated. It must be fastened together with the fastening element on the sliding leaf.

The invention has for its object to further develop the generic guide fitting nutzsvorteilhaft. This object is achieved by a guide fitting with the features of claim 1.

First and essentially it is provided that the channel is designed as a plug-in channel, so that the mounting leg is inserted there only after the attachment of the fastener on the sliding leaf from below. It is held by two fastening projections in the insertion channel, wherein the fastening projections engage in latching openings. By the guide slider is now releasably connected to the fastening element such that the guide slider is fastened in the hinged state of the sliding door on the sliding sash, the assembly of the sliding sash is greatly facilitated. The attachment is made with a specially designed locking connection. For this purpose, the fastening element is made of an elastic material. The holding section extending between two parallel slots forms a spring tongue from which latching projections extend, which engage in latching openings of the fastening leg. The fastener has two spaced mounting portions having mounting holes through which the mounting screws can be screwed. The mounting leg of the guide slider can be inserted in a plug-in slot of the fastener. This is done from below and after hanging the roller part in the roller rail, ie hanging sliding sash. In this state, the fastening leg is inserted into said insertion channel of the fastening element. Along with this plug-in assignment, the sliding head of the guide leg enters its associated guide groove of the guide rail. The mounting leg is held via a latching connection in the insertion channel. The insertion channel has two spaced-apart channel walls, on which the attachment leg lies in surface contact. A side wall of this insertion channel is formed by the surface of the inside of the sliding leaf itself and the side wall opposite this side wall of the broad side surface of the holding portion of the fastening element. The fastening element preferably has the shape of a bolt and thus forms a fastening bolt in which the holding portion is formed by a spring tongue which lies between two attachment portions. From the spring tongue protrude the two locking projections in the guide channel. The latching projections lie in line with the two attachment openings, which are each associated with a mounting portion. In this case, the distance between the two latching projections is as large as the distance between a latching projection and a mounting opening or a multiple thereof. This makes it possible to exploit the existing 32 mm hole size. In a preferred embodiment, the latching projections have chamfers. Against this occurs the front edge of the mounting leg when it is inserted into the guide channel. The holding section can then spring away. In the final phase of the insertion of the fastening leg into the insertion channel, this end edge edge comes against a stop edge of the spring tongue. Behind this stop edge, the spring tongue forms an operating section. It is an extension that forms a grip on its back. As a result, the spring tongue can be brought by hand into a pivoted position in which the latching projections emerge from the latching openings. Then the guide slider can be dismantled. The spring tongue can form a stop. For this purpose, a projection may be provided, against which the peripheral edge of the mounting leg occurs. Alternatively, however, the attachment portions can also form projections which are connected to the attachment sections in the same material. These projections project beyond slots which are located at the edge of the fastening sections and also areas of the fastening bolt or spring tongue. These projections also form stops for the peripheral edge of the mounting leg. Unlike the projection which is formed by the spring tongue, these lateral stops remain stationary during a pivoting of the spring tongue. These attacks can not be overflowed when inserting the mounting leg into the insertion channel.

Sliding panels 6 for cabinets have on their upper side roller parts, with which they are guided displaceably in the roller rails of the body of the cabinet. Usually, such a cabinet has several sliding sash, which are pushed over to open. The sliding panels hang on the said roller parts. On their undersides, the sliding leaves 6, 6 'have guide fittings 1, 2, 1', 2 'with which the sliding leaves 6, 6' are merely guided, but generally do not absorb any holding forces.

The embodiment shown in the figures relates to such a guide fitting. This has a guide slider 1, which is formed by a formed into a U-shape steel sheet. The guide slider 1 forms with a first U-leg a mounting leg 3, which extends approximately at right angles to the web 21. The webs 21 of two guide conductors 1, 1 'may have a different length, so that the so-equipped sliding sash 6, 6' can push past each other, like the Fig. 1 shows.

With a slight deviation from the 90 ° angle protrudes from the web 21 from a second U-leg, which forms a guide leg 4. The edge of the guide leg 4 is provided with a plastic cap and forms a sliding head 5. The sliding head 5 is located in a U-shaped groove of a guide rail 9, which is fixed to the bottom plate 8 and to the base panel 7 of the body of the cabinet. In the exemplary embodiment, the guide rail 9 has two mutually parallel U-shaped guide grooves each for a sliding head 5, 5 'of a guide slider. 1

The mounting leg 3, 3 'is held by a respective fastening bolt 2, 2' fastener on the sliding leaf 6, 6 '. The mounting leg 3 is assigned by means of a snap-fit connection to the fastening bolt 2, 2 '. The assignment of the attachment leg 3 the attachment bolt 2, 2 'is with reference to the FIGS. 2 to 6 described below.

The fastening bolt 2 is made of elastic material and in particular of plastic. It has two spaced mounting portions 11. Each of the two mounting portions 11 has a mounting opening 20, with which the fastening bolt 2 can be fastened by means of fastening screws on the sliding wing 6.

The material thickness of the holding portion 13 is less than the material thickness of the two attachment portions 11. This forms between the inside of the holding portion 13 and the surface of the inside of the sliding sash 6, a plug-in channel 10, if the Fastening bolt 2 is fixed with its attachment portions 11 on the inside of the sash 6.

The holding portion 13 is formed as a spring tongue. In order to enable a pivoting of this spring tongue 13 against an elastic restoring force, parallel slots 12 are provided, which are located at the edge of the attachment portion 11. The spring tongue 13 projects beyond the attachment sections 11 with a section 13 '. The section 13' thus forms an actuation handle. On its side facing the sliding wing of this section 13 'forms a recessed grip 19. Parallel to the recessed grip 19 extends a stop edge 18 for the end edge 17 of the attachment leg. 3

The plug-in channel 10 toward the side facing the spring tongue 13 forms two projecting into the insertion channel 10 locking projections 14. Each of these two locking projections 14 forms a ramp 15. Against this ramp 15, the peripheral edge 17 occurs when the mounting leg 3 is inserted into the insertion channel 10 from below. Then the upwardly projecting spring tongue 13 bends back. The latching projections 14 then slide over the broad side surface of the fastening leg 3 until the latter abuts against the stop edge 18 or until the latching projections 14 dip into latching openings 16 of the fastening leg 3. By attacking the portion 13 ', the locking projections 14 can be pulled out of the latching openings by bending the spring tongue 14, so that a disassembly of the mounting leg 3 is possible.

Die Dicke des Einsteckkanals 10 entspricht im Wesentlichen der Materialstärke des Befestigungsschenkels 3.The width of the insertion channel 10 essentially corresponds to the width of the fastening leg 3. The thickness of the insertion channel 10 substantially corresponds to the material thickness of the fastening leg 3.

In the exemplary embodiment, the two latching openings 16 of the fastening leg 3 are spaced apart by 32 mm. The mounting leg 3 is thus fastened without the use of the mounting bolt 2 in a conventional manner on the underside of a sliding door leaf directly by means of fastening screws, which are then screwed through the latching openings 16. As a rule, has the inside of the sliding leaf 6 at the bottom of a row of holes in which the individual holes are spaced by 32 mm from each other. In this respect, it proves to be advantageous if the two mounting holes 20 are spaced from each other by a multiple, in particular twice this measure. The 32mm hole grid can still be used to attach the guide slide 1. Unlike the prior art but not the mounting leg 3 is directly connected to the sliding panel 6. Rather, it is first the attachment bolt 2 connected to the sliding sash. This fastening bolt 2 has no over the lower edge of the sliding sash 6 protruding sections. During assembly, the sliding panel 6 can therefore be placed on its lower narrow side, without causing damage to the guide slider. Only when the sliding leaf is hung with its roller part in the roller guide rail, the mounting of the guide slide can be done from below. For this purpose, the mounting leg 3 is inserted into the insertion channel 10 between the spring tongue 13 and inner wall of the sliding leaf 6. Along with this linear displacement, the sliding head 5 enters its associated guide groove 9 of the guide rail.

Once the locking projections 14 have entered their associated locking openings 16 of the mounting leg 3, the guide slider 1 is fixed to the Sliding wing 6 connected. In the embodiment, two differently shaped guide 1 are used. The guide slides differ essentially by the length of the web 21 or by the level height of the web 21, so that the guide slides 1, 1 'are nested.

In the in the FIGS. 7 and 8 shown fastening bolt 2 is also a spring tongue 13 associated stop 18 is provided. This stop is also formed by a rearwardly projecting into the insertion channel 10 projection. However, this projection does not extend over the entire length of the spring tongue 13, but is limited to the central region.

In this embodiment, edge-side stop extensions 22 are provided. These are materially connected to the mounting portions 11. The abutment edges formed therefrom are aligned with the stop edge 18. The stop extensions project beyond not only the slot 12, but also a portion of the spring tongue 13, which is why the actuating portion 13 'is slightly shorter than the spring tongue 13 in the region between the two slots 12. Here forms a gradation out.

The advantage over a seated on the spring tongue 13 stop edge 18 is the local strength of the stop extensions 22. These are not mitverlagert during pivoting back of the spring tongue 13. As a result, an overflow of a stop when inserting the mounting leg 3 in the insertion channel 10 is prevented.
