Claims (18)
- Plattenmontagesystem zum Erstellen einer Wand, umfassend ein Raster aus senkrecht stehenden C-Profilen (1), die mit ihren unteren und oberen Enden in j e ein sich horizontal erstreckendes U-Profil (2; 3) eingeschoben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an Außenseiten der sich gegenüberliegenden Schenkeln (4, 5) der einzelnen stehenden C-Profile (1) Bügelclips (6) angebracht sind, dass die Bügelclips (6) an den stehenden C-Profilen (1) auf gleicher Höhe angeordnet sind und mit Schienen (7, 8) im Eingriff sind und dass Platten (23) an den Schienen (7, 8) befestigt sind.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügelclip (6) eine Grundplatte (12) mit rechteckförmigem Umriss aufweist und an jeder Ecke der Grundplatte (12) eine rechtwinklig abgebogene Kralle (9) vorhanden ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügelclip (6) in der Grundplatte (12) eine reckteckige oder quadratische Öffnung (10) aufweist, vor der sich ein Bügel (11) befindet, der parallel zu der Grundplatte (12) in einem Abstand von 1 bis 3 mm verläuft, wobei der Bügel (11) mit der Grundplatte (12) einen Spalt mit einer Spaltweite entsprechend diesem Abstand bildet und an seiner Unterseite mit der Grundplatte (12) verbunden ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (11) an drei Seiten mit der Öffnung (10) deckungsgleich ist und dass zwischen einer Oberkante (13) des Bügels (11) und einer Oberkante (14) der Öffnung (10) ein lichter Abstand von 2 bis 4 mm besteht.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oberer Abschnitt (21) samt der Oberkante (13) des Bügels (11) von der Grundplatte (12) weg schräg abgeknickt verläuft.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Bügels (11) ein Langloch (15) in der Grundplatte (12) vorhanden ist, durch das hindurch der Bügelclip (6) mittels einer Schraube an dem stehenden C-Profil (1) befestigbar ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb des Bügels (11) ein Langloch (16) vorhanden ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter- und oberhalb des Bügels (11) je ein Langloch (15; 16) für die Befestigung des Bügelclips (6) mittels Schrauben an dem stehenden C-Profil (1) vorhanden ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass j ede der Schienen (7; 8) ein doppelt gewinkeltes Profil (17) hat, das aus einem mittleren Profilabschnitt (18) und zwei davon rechtwinklig, in entgegengesetzte Richtungen abstehenden Profilabschnitten (19, 20) besteht.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Profilabschnitt (19) der Schiene (7; 8) in den Spalt zwischen Bügel (11) und Grundplatte (12) des Bügelclips (6) eingerastet ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im oberen Profilabschnitt (20) der Schiene (7; 8) Langlöcher (22) vorhanden sind, durch die hindurch Platten (23) an ihren Rückseiten mittels Schrauben (24) von außen her unsichtbar befestigt sind und dass sich zwischen dem Schraubenkopfjeder Schraube (24) und dem oberen Profilabschnitt (20) eine Unterlegscheibe (31) befindet.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (24) eine Länge höchstens gleich der Dicke der Platten (23) aufweisen.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Raster von senkrecht stehenden C-Profilen beidseitig flächendeckend mit den Platten (23) abgedeckt ist und eine Wand (25) vorgegebener Wandstärke bildet und dass der Raum zwischen den Platten (23) mit Isoliermaterial (27) wie Mineralwolle voll akustisch gedämmt ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Raster von senkrecht stehenden C-Profilen beidseitig flächendeckend mit den Platten (23) abgedeckt ist und eine Wand (26) vorgegebener Wandstärke bildet und dass der Hohlraum in der Wand zwischen den Platten (23) frei von Isoliermaterial ist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach den Ansprüchen 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die akustische Dämpfung der Wand (25, 26) in Abhängigkeit von einer Beschallungsfrequenz von 125 Hz bis zu 4 kHz gute Übereinstimmung mit der EN-ISO-Norm 717-1 (1996) aufweist.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermische Isolation der Wand (25) bei einer gemittelten Temperatursteigerung nach mehr als 39 min und bei einer maximalen Temperatursteigerung nach 29 min eine Außenwandtemperatur von 180 °C bei 20 °C Umgebungstemperatur erreicht und ein Verhalten gemäß den Normen NEN 6069 (1997) und NEN-EN 1364-1 zeigt.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flammdichtheit beim Anpressen einer Baumwoll-Lage gegen die beheizte Wand (25) 32 min beträgt, dass nach 37 min und mehr als 10 sec die Flammen durch ein flammfestes Material, das an der beheizten Wand (25) anliegt, hindurchschlagen und dass nach 39 min die beheizte Wand (25) sich aus ihrer Unterkonstruktion löst.
- Plattenmontagesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wand (25), auf deren Außenseite eine flammfeste Baumwoll-Lage mittels einer Z-Schiene befestigt ist, und auf die 30 min lange eine Temperatur von 180 °C einwirkt, keine Beschädigungen auf Grund der Wärmeeinwirkung aufweist.
