Claims (6)

  1. Agent abrasif pour une machine de ponçage, en particulier une ponceuse delta, excentrique ou orbitale, comportant un corps abrasif (1) fixé à une plaque de base, en particulier en polyuréthane, pouvant reliée à l'entraînement de la machine de ponçage,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps abrasif (1) a une plaque de support (2) en bande d'acier sur laquelle se trouve un grain abrasif (3) sous forme d'un grain en métal dur (11), la plaque de support (2) ayant de premiers trous d'aspiration (4) sous forme de canaux comportant des parois (6) proéminentes pour pénétrer dans de deuxièmes trous d'aspiration de la plaque de base avec laquelle le corps abrasif (1) forme une unité, en particulier liée par collage.
  2. Agent abrasif selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande d'acier (12) a une résistance à la traction supérieure à 1 100 N/m2, en particulier supérieure à 1 300 N/m2 de préférence de 2 000 N/m2.
  3. Agent abrasif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande d'acier (12) a une teneur en chrome comprise entre 14 % et 20 %, en particulier de 16,7 %, et une teneur en nickel comprise entre 4 % et 9 %, en particulier de 6,64 %.
  4. Agent abrasif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande d'acier (12) a une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm, en particulier inférieure à 0,3 mm, de préférence de 0,2 mm.
  5. Agent abrasif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps abrasif est collé, vissé, cramponné à la plaque de base ou directement expansé sur celle-ci.
  6. Machine de ponçage comportant un agent abrasif,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'agent abrasif est conçu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
