Abstract
Description
- les murets servent de moyen de guidage au dispositif d'insertion lors de ses déplacements.
- la machine de coulée en continu du béton est guidée, lors de l'étape a) de réalisation des murets, par une station de mesure référencée par rapport à des points de relevé topographique, cette station de mesure comprenant un dispositif de mesure optique coopérant avec des réflecteurs portés par la machine de coulée en continu ;
- le dispositif d'insertion est muni de roues possédant un écartement adapté pour circuler sur les murets, les roues comportant un boudin externe s'engageant en regard du bord latéral du muret et assurant le guidage du dispositif d'insertion le long du muret ;
- le dispositif d'insertion comporte un bras articulé qui insère avec précision les éléments d'ancrage dans la dalle de voie en béton fraíchement coulée, le positionnement précis du bras articulé étant réalisé au moyen d'une station de mesure référencée par rapport à des points de relevé topographique, la station comprenant un dispositif de mesure optique coopérant avec des réflecteurs portés par le bras articulé du dispositif d'insertion ;
- la dalle de voie est réalisée dans un béton de formulation traditionnelle qui est amené entre les deux murets à la pompe ou à la toupie ;
- la dalle de voie est nivelée au moyen d'une règle vibrante guidée par les murets, la précision altimétrique de la règle vibrante étant calquée sur celle des murets ;
- préalablement à l'étape b) de coulée du béton pour la réalisation de la dalle de voie, des armatures métalliques sont disposées entre les deux murets afin de réaliser une dalle de voie en béton armé
- lors de l'étape a), on réalise simultanément une dalle de fondation en béton s'étendant entre des deux murets, cette dalle de fondation présentant une épaisseur inférieure à la hauteur des murets pour laisser une cavité de réception entre les murets dans laquelle est coulé le béton de la dalle de voie.
- La figure 1 est une vue représentant schématiquement les différentes étapes d'un mode de réalisation particulier du procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'invention ;
- La figure 2 est une vue représentant schématiquement en perspective l'étape de réalisation des murets conformément au procédé de la figure 1 ;
- La figure 3 est une vue représentant schématiquement en perspective l'étape d'insertion des éléments d'ancrage conformément au procédé de la figure 1 ;
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe d'une voie ferrée sur une dalle de béton obtenue selon un second mode de réalisation du procédé de construction selon l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée dans lequel on réalise une dalle de voie (1) en béton et on insère dans ladite dalle de voie (1) des éléments d'ancrage (3) de la voie ferrée au moyen d'un dispositif d'insertion (20) mobile le long du parcours de la voie ferrée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :a) réalisation de deux murets (2) en béton délimitant latéralement les bords de la dalle de voie (1) à couler, ces deux murets étant réalisés au moyen d'une machine de coulée en continu du béton (10) ;b) coulée de la dalle de voie (1) en béton entre lesdits murets (2) ;c) insertion des éléments d'ancrage (3) dans la dalle de voie (1) fraíchement coulée au moyen du dispositif d'insertion (20).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits murets (2) servent de moyen de guidage au dispositif d'insertion (20) lors de ses déplacements.
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la machine de coulée en continu (10) est guidée lors de l'étape a) de réalisation des murets (2) par une station de mesure (5) référencée par rapport à des points de relevé topographique (6), ladite station (5) comprenant un dispositif de mesure optique coopérant avec des réflecteurs (7) portés par la machine de coulée en continu (10).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif d'insertion (20) est muni de roues (21) possédant un écartement adapté pour circuler sur lesdits murets (2), lesdites roues (21) comportant un boudin externe (21a) s'engageant en regard du bord latéral du muret (2) et assurant le guidage du dispositif d'insertion (20) le long du muret (2).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'insertion (20) comporte un bras articulé (23) qui insère avec précision les éléments d'ancrage (3), le positionnement précis du bras articulé (23) étant réalisé au moyen d'une station de mesure (5) référencée par rapport à des points de relevé topographique (6), ladite station (5) comprenant un dispositif de mesure optique coopérant avec des réflecteurs (7) portés par le bras (23) du dispositif d'insertion (20).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la dalle de voie (1) est réalisée dans un béton de formulation traditionnelle qui est amené entre les deux murets (2) à la pompe ou à la toupie.
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la dalle de voie (1) est nivelée au moyen d'une règle vibrante (22) guidée par les murets (2), la précision altimétrique de la règle vibrante (22) étant calquée sur celle des murets (2).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, préalablement à l'étape b) de coulée du béton pour la réalisation de la dalle de voie, des armatures métalliques (4) sont disposées entre les deux murets (2) afin de réaliser une dalle de voie (1) en béton armé.
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'étape a), on réalise simultanément une dalle de fondation (2a) en béton s'étendant entre des deux murets (2), ladite dalle de fondation (2a) présentant une épaisseur inférieure à la hauteur des murets (2) pour laisser entre les murets (2) une cavité de réception dans laquelle est coulé le béton de la dalle de voie (1).
