Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lamp body for a medical lamp, in particular surgical lamp, with at least two electric lamps, of which a first is assigned in normal operation with its version of a predetermined centering in the stationary part of the lamp body, while a second lamp with its version in a reserve Position is located outside the centering position, wherein in case of failure of the first lamp, the sockets of both lamps are changeable by an electromagnetically operated pivoting device in position, so that the second lamp is pivoted into the centering position for a backup lamp operation after the first lamp from the Centering position is withdrawn; Furthermore, the invention is directed to the use of such a lamp body.
  • a lighting device with two alternately operated electric lamps is called, as for example from the DE 200 04 384 U1 is known; such a lamp body is located in the center or in the focus of a surrounding reflector, preferably ring reflector, reflector and lamp body form a common unit as a medical lamp or surgical light, which is rotatably and pivotally mounted by means of a bracket bracket.
  • a surgical lamp which comprises a lighting device with two alternately switchable lamps of the same type, one of which is in an optimized with respect to a reflector of the lamp centering position, while a second lamp in the case of normal operation remains in a reserve position.
  • the first lamp is removed from the focal point of the reflector with the aid of a pivoting device and the second lamp previously used as a reserve lamp is positioned at the focal point.
  • the reliability can also be affected by problems in the relatively complex power supply for the discharge lamps. This means that to improve the reliability either a redundancy in the power supply for the discharge lamps is provided or in case of failure of a single power supply for discharge lamps and the reserve function of the second lamp is no longer functional.
  • a surgical lamp which has at least one arranged at a reference point main lamp and a replacement point located near this replacement lamp in a waiting area.
  • the main lamp and the replacement lamp are so adjustable held and controlled that when burning the main lamp this moves away from the reference point and the replacement lamp is moved from the waiting area to the target location and held there.
  • the main lamp and the replacement lamp are mounted on independently movable brackets.
  • a fail-safe lamp in particular lamp for medical arrangements which contains at least one discharge lamp
  • the lamp has a supply unit which is connected to a power supply system with an additional safety power supply by switching to a backup power source in case of failure.
  • the supply unit has a buffer memory, which provides the power supply for the operation of the discharge lamp during the switchover to the backup power source in the event of a fault.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a medical lamp with a main and reserve lamp, in which one of the two lamps is designed as a discharge lamp, while the reserve lamp in its design or performance is not readily equivalent to the discharge lamp. It should be taken in reserve lamp operation an optimal centering in the reflector area by the reserve lamp.
  • the first lamp is designed as a double ended discharge lamp with axially opposite terminal contacts, which is held and contacted at one end together with a light bulb formed as a second lamp in a first version, which together with a second arranged at a distance socket for holding and contacting the other end of the discharge lamp is formed as part of a rotatable about an axis pivoting means, wherein a rotation of the pivoting means by means of a biased between pivoting device and stationary part of the lamp torsion spring can be triggered by an unlocking.
  • the rotation of the pivoting device is triggered by an electromagnetic unlocking of a positively engaging in one of the sockets locking pin of a mechanically and electrically connected to the fixed part of the lamp locking device.
  • the torsion spring required for carrying out the pivoting movement acts on a point of the pivoting device which is eccentric with respect to the axis of rotation of the pivoting device.
  • one of the two sockets is provided with at least one recess for positive connection by engagement of the locking pin, which is opposite to the stroke direction of the locking device by means of prestressed spring under mechanical tension.
  • the locking pin is completely removed from the recess of the socket in the case of magnetic excitation of the locking device.
  • the socket in the region of the recess for the locking pin has a diagonally shaped surface for easy sliding of the locking pin until it is lowered into the recess.
  • the opposite terminal contacts of the discharge lamp operated as the first lamp are arranged along an axis which is parallel to the axis of the pivoting device.
  • the lamp body is inserted into a ring light having a spaced from the lamp body ring reflector, so that due to natural convection optimal dissipation of the resulting radiant heat is possible.
  • FIG. 1 shows the lamp body according to the invention without outer housing with the discharge lamp provided as the first lamp in its centering position.
  • FIG. 2 shows the filamented second lamp in the centering position, as it is assumed after failure of the first lamp (discharge lamp).
  • FIG. 3 shows an operating light with the inventive lamp body used, which is surrounded by a ring reflector.
  • the luminaire body shown without outer housing has a fixed or stationary mount 2 and movable sockets 1 and 15, which are mounted rotatably as part of a pivoting device 16 about a pivot axis - here schematically registered pivot axis 17.
  • the two sockets 1 and 15 together with the connecting rods 18 and 19, the movable core of the pivoting device 16.
  • the first lamp 3 which according to FIG. 1 in its centering position (with respect to reflector).
  • the side of the pivot axis 17, designed as a light bulb second lamp 4 (reserve lighting) can be seen, which is socketed on one side and thus attached to the movable first version 1.
  • the pretensioned torsion spring 8 required for triggering the pivoting process can be seen, which is designed as a helical spring which engages around a rod which is not visible here. It is in the normal state in the prestressed state, with one end of the torsion spring 8 is fixed to the fixed frame 2, while the other end engages an eccentric point of the pivoting device 16.
  • the first lamp 3 is in the centering position, wherein at the same time the locking pin 6 engages positively in a recess 10 of the socket 1; while the locking pin 6 is supported by means of a coil spring (compression spring) against a lifting magnet 5 located above.
  • a coil spring compression spring
  • the movable frame 1 is also a part of the fixed frame 2, which is additionally connected to an ignition device 7 for the first lamp (discharge lamp);
  • the ignition device 7 can be seen for the discharge lamp functioning as the first lamp, the electrical connections, which also serve to supply the lighting means, being designated by the reference symbols 20, 21.
  • the compression spring 9 for the solenoid 5 can be seen, which without external force a permanent pressure on locking pin 6 exerts, so that it positively engages in its rest position in the recess 10 and thus prevents movement of the pivoting device 16.
  • the pressure magnet 5 of the locking device is actuated via a sensor, not shown here, this dubbing the bias of the compression spring 9 and thus the positive depression of the locking pin 6 is released from the recess 10 of version 1, so that after release of the recess 10, the force exerted by the torsion spring 8 on the pivoting means 16 force is effective and the second lamp 4 enters as a reserve light bulb in the centering position of the first lamp 3, while the lamp 3 is simultaneously removed from the centering position.
  • a stationary stop plate 11 in the pivoting range of the movable frame 15 can be seen.
  • the pivoting device 16 After the end of a possible lamp operation with the second lamp 4 as a reserve lamp, the pivoting device 16 is returned by manual operation back to its original position, so that the main illuminant 3 is again in the centering position. It is then then checked and replaced if necessary, so that a re-commissioning of the lamp body without further problems is possible.
  • the second lamp 4 which serves as a reserve lighting means, is also checked at the same time and, if necessary, replaced in order to maintain high failure safety for further light periods.
  • FIG. 2 shows the basic element of the lamp body with the second lamp 4 in the centering position, so that after failure of the first lamp 3 (main illuminant) also continues to operate is possible.
  • locking pin 6 is now outside the not visible here recess 10 of the movable frame 1, so that the lower edge of the locking pin 6 on the hardly recognizable here bevel 12 of version 1 (see FIG. 1 ) loads.
  • the second lamp 4 After decommissioning of the medical lamp (operating light) is then brought out of the centering position by rotation of the pivoting device 16, the second lamp 4, the lamp 3 for normal operation now in its starting position, in which it can be replaced in a simple manner.
  • FIG. 3 is the lamp body 23 according to the invention in the center 25 of a surgical lamp 24, wherein the outer periphery of the housing of the lamp body 23 has a system of ring lenses 26, as for example from the DE 200 04 384 U1 are known.
  • the lamp body 23 is surrounded by a ring-reflector 27 which is electrically and mechanically fixedly connected via a diametrically extending connecting web 28 with the lamp body 23.
  • the connecting web 28 is provided in the connection region to the ring reflector 27 with a connection 29 for the electrical and mechanical connection of the operating light 24 with a lamp holder 30, which is shown only in fragmentary form here.
  • the mirror surface 31 provided for reflection of the radiation emanating from the lamp body 23 can be seen on the inside of the ring reflector 27, by means of which the radiation is deflected in the direction of an operating field.
