The known state of the art proposes this type of material, object of several patents whose French Patent No. 2538437 and n ° 2741901 and U.S. Patent Nos. 2964293 and 3314553.

The present invention aims to remove some disadvantages in the form of improvements to existing devices, so as to facilitate their implementation, handling and operational efficiency.

For this purpose, the hoisting apparatus, consisting in its main part of a telescopic mast whose deployment is obtained by means of a hoisting system of a cable activated by a winch, is characterized in that the mast is articulated at its base on the folding base, so as to obtain a fully folded device offering a small footprint and perfect compactness for easy transport and storage of the device.

According to another arrangement, the mast is folded at the level and extension of the three legs composing the base and on one of which it comes to lock. The same locking system provided in another part of the base makes it possible to keep the mast upright.

According to one particular arrangement, the non-telescopic base of the mast includes a device for locking all the telescopic elements of the mast, so as to secure the assembly and thus facilitate the transport or the various manipulations of the hoist before or after its use.

According to an advantageous arrangement, two of the three legs are horizontally adjustable, with the possibility, however, to immobilize them in three positions by means of a spring latch engaging in one of the orifices provided in a plate secured to the base. These three positions make it possible to adjust the spacing of the two steerable feet, that is to say in the most widely spaced position in order to obtain good stability of the lifting device in use, or in the minimum spacing position to allow passage through the doors, or in the so-called folded position for transporting and storing the lifting apparatus.

According to a particular provision, the base of the mast is equipped on its underside with a roller of semi-rigid material, non-aggressive, so as to avoid contact of the metal parts on the ground, while facilitating the movement of the device folded.

According to a last particular provision, the presetting of the inclination of the removable plate support plate resting on the upper end of the mast, is obtained according to the positioning of a movable handle immobilized by means of a butterfly nut and an axle assembly. -vis with eccentric lever for efficient clamping.

According to Figures 1, 2, 4, 5, 13 and 15, the lifting apparatus consists of a base (1), a telescopic pole (2) and a removable plate support (3). . The base (1) consists of a yoke (4) wrapping on three sides the lower part of the telescopic mast (2) and joining two plates (7) (37) in lieu of hinge clevises, themselves connected by an axis (42) around which turns a sheath (41) connecting the two constituent bars of each of the two feet (5) orientable horizontally, while the two bars constituting the fixed foot (5a) are integral with the yoke (4). The three legs are equipped with a brake swivel wheel (38).

Still according to FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 13 and 15, each of the two steerable legs (5) is provided with a spring latch (6) which engages in the orifices (7a) (7b). ) (7c) of the plate (7) so as to immobilize the two feet (5) orientable in each of the three positions defined according to the position of the orifices of the plate (7). Thus, when the spring latch (6) is engaged in the hole (7a), the hoist is in the folded position for transport or storage as in FIG. orifice (7b), the feet (5) are adjustable at the maximum distance thus providing good stability for the lifting device in use and when engaged in the orifice (7c), the two feet (5) orientable are less distant so as to allow the passage of the apparatus in the doors.

According to Figures 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 13, the telescopic mast (2) is articulated (36) on the plate (7) of the base (1) and can be locked on the same base following two positions: one called transport as shown mainly in Figure 4; the other said use as shown in Figures 1, 2, 7 and 13. The so-called transport position is obtained by means of the spring latch (8) which engages automatically in the orifice (10) the plate (9) secured to the fixed foot (5a) and a support cradle (39), also integral with the fixed foot (5a) on which the telescopic mast (2) folded bears. When the device is in use, the telescopic mast (2) is held in its vertical position by means of the same spring latch (8) then automatically engaged in the orifice (12) of the plate (11) integral with the plate ( 37) of the base (1). A slope is advantageously given to the plate (11) and to the plate (9) so as to ensure an engagement input to the spring lock (8) allowing automatic locking when changing from the folded position to the use position and vice versa.

According to Figures 1, 8 and 9, the non-telescopic base (13) of the mast (2) comprises the support (14) of the winch (15). On this support is mounted a spring lock (16) guided by a barrel (17) integral with the support (14). As shown mainly in FIG. 9, the end (19) of the spring latch (16) engages in the orifice (18) of the support (14) and in the orifice (13a) of the element (13). ) of the telescopic mast (2) then in the orifices (20) (21) (22) respectively formed in the telescopic parts (23) (24) (25); all of these orifices being placed in the same alignment when the telescopic parts of the mast are in the low position. This locking allows to obtain a total blocking of the various telescopic parts of the mast with its non-telescopic base (13) so as to secure the assembly and thus facilitate the transport or the various manipulations of the hoist.

According to FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 13 and 14, the plate (7) is equipped on its underside with a roller (26) which has the dual function of protecting against impacts of the plate (7) the more or less fragile and facilitate the rolling and therefore the displacement of the folded hoist which can, moreover, be easily pulled by the user using the head (27) of the telescopic mast (2).

According to FIG. 3, an inverted U-shaped part (40) of the removable plate support plate (3) caps the head (27) which terminates the top of the telescopic mast (2).

According to FIGS. 1, 10, 11 and 12, the removable plate support panel (3) thus positioned must be able to be used either horizontally or inclined to varying degrees, so as to adapt to the different slopes of the ceilings to be fitted. of plates. This adjustment of the position of the desk is obtained by means of a movable handle (28) which comes into abutment on the tongue (43) of the removable plate support panel (3) and guided in its displacement between two openings (29) (30) of circular shape, made respectively in the two flanges (31) (32) integral with the head (27) of the telescopic mast (2). Maintaining the desired position is obtained by clamping said movable handle (28) by means of an eccentric quick-clamping block consisting of a screw shaft (33) having, at its threaded end, a nut (34) and at its other end, an eccentric lever (35). The nut (34) makes it possible to obtain, by screwing or unscrewing it, a more or less strong clamping of the movable handle (28) between the flanges (31) (32) under the effect of the eccentric lever (35).
