Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zur Übernahme und Führung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) mittels eines endlos umlaufenden, luftdurchlässigen Bandes (2) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung der Faserstoffbahn (1), wobei das Band (2) im Übernahmebereich eine Abnahmewalze (3) umschlingt und das Band (2) gemeinsam mit der Faserstoffbahn (1) nach der Übernahme zumindest einen rotierenden Zylinder (4) umschlingt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens in einem Abschnitt des Führungsbereiches zwischen der Abnahmewalze (3) und dem Zylinder (4) von zumindest einem Blaskasten (5) warme, trockene Luft gegen die freie Oberfläche Faserstoffbahn (1) geblasen wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band (2) wenigstens in einem Abschnitt des Führungsbereiches auf der, der Faserstoffbahn (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite von zumindest einer Führungsvorrichtung (6) besaugt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungsvorrichtung (6) gegenüber dem Blaskasten (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungsvorrichtung (6) als Saugkasten, Transferfoil oder ähnliches ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Blaskasten (5) in Zonen quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (7) unterteilt ist, wobei die Temperatur und/oder die Blasluftmenge vorzugsweise separat steuerbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich der Blaskasten (5) über die gesamte Breite der Faserstoffbahn (1) erstreckt. - Verfahren zur Steuerung des Blaskastens (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der mittlere Bereich der Faserstoffbahn (1) von dem Blaskasten (5) mit einer größeren Menge an und/oder einer stärker erwärmten Blasluft beblasen wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich der Blaskasten (5) nur über den mittleren Bereich der Faserstoffbahn (1) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abnahmewalze (3) als besaugte Walze ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band (2) als Pressfilz eines folgenden Pressspaltes zur Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn (1) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der umschlungene Zylinder (4) von einer Presswalze des Pressspaltes gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band (2) von einem Trockensieb einer folgenden Trockengruppe zur Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn (1) gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung der Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trockengruppe die erste Trockengruppe einer, vorzugsweise auf einen Pressspalt folgenden Trockenpartie darstellt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der umschlungene Zylinder (4) von zumindest einem beheizten und/oder gekühlten, mit der Faserstoffbahn (1) in Kontakt kommenden Trockenzylinder (8) gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trockengruppe aus mehreren, vorzugsweise in einer Reihe angeordneten, voneinander beabstandeten, beheizten und von der Faserstoffbahn (1) umschlungenen Trockenzylindern (8) besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Faserstoffbahn (1) zwischen den Trockenzylindern (8) vom Band (2) gestützt jeweils vorzugsweise eine Leitwalze (9) umschlingt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Band (2) in Kontakt mit der Leitwalze (9) steht und die Leitwalze (9) besaugt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Bereich zwischen den Trockenzylindern (8) und der Leitwalze (9) zumindest teilweise auf der, der Faserstoffbahn (1) abgewandten Seite von einem Führungskasten (10) besaugt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Führungskasten (10) im Bereich des Ablösens der Faserstoffbahn (1) vom Trockenzylinder (8) eine separat steuerbare Saugzone (11) besitzt, wobei der Unterdruck im Ablösebereich vorzugsweise höher als im folgenden Bereich ist.
