In der Ausgangsposition befindet sich ein unbedrucktes Etikette E der Trägermaterialbahn T so unterhalb des Druckkopfes DK, das es für die erste zu druckende Zeile gegenüber der Drucklinie DL ausgerichtet ist. Die Trägermaterialbahn T ist zuvor von einer nicht weiter dargestellten Vorratsrolle abgezogen, zwischen die Andruckrollen 44a und der Bremswalze 36 sowie zwischen dem Druckkopf DK und der Druckwalze DW hindurchgeführt worden. Weiterhin wurde ein etikettenloses Vorlaufende der Trägermaterialbahn T von der Druckeinheit D um die Spendekante S herum, zwischen der Vorschubwalze 56 und der Andrückeinrichtung 58 hindurch, um die Umlenkwalze 60 herum und zu einer ebenfalls nicht weiter dargestellten Aufwickelrolle für die leere Trägermaterialbahn T geführt.
Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Spannen einer zu fördernden, flächigen Materialbahn, insbesondere in einer Druck- und Spendeeinrichtung für Etiketten, enthaltend:Antriebsmittel (10) zum Vorschieben und Zurückziehen derflächigen Materialbahn (T), undmindestens eine durch die Antriebsmittel (10) antreibbare Vorschubeinheit (50) sowie wenigstens eine Bremseinheit (30) mit mindestens einer Bremswalze (36), die in Berührungskontakt mit der Materialbahn (T) stehen,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Bremswalze (36) größer ist als der Durchmesser einer Vorschubwalze (56) der Vorschubeinheit (50) und daß zwischen Bremswalze (36) und Antriebsmotor (12) ein Freilauf (40) vorgesehen ist, der bei einem Fördervorgang in Vorschubrichtung (V) der Materialbahn (T) die Antriebsverbindung zwischen dem Antriebsmotor (12) und der Bremswalze (36) entkoppelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremswalze (36) eine vorzugsweise einstellbare Bremseinrichtung (42) aufweist, die vorzugsweise eine Bremsscheibe (42a) und eine Druckfeder (42b) enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn (T) auf die Bremswalze (36) und/oder eine Vorschubwalze (56) der Vorschubeinheit mittels jeweils wenigstens einer Andrückeinrichtung (44, 58) andrückbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (12) die Bremseinheit (30) und die Vorschubeinheit (50) über einen Zahnriemen (14) antreibt. - Verfahren zum Spannen einer zu fördernden, flächigen Materialbahn, insbesondere in einer Druck und Spendeeinrichtung für Etiketten, wobei die Materialbahn (T) über wenigstens eine Bremseinheit (30) mit mindestens einer Bremswalze (36) und wenigstens eine Vorschubeinheit (50) geführt wird, die durch Antriebsmittel (10) in eine Vorschub- und Rückziehrichtung der Materialbahn antreibbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeiclinet, daß die Antriebsmittel (10) in Antriebsverbindung mit der Bremseinheit (30) stehen und daß bei einem Fördervorgang in Vorschubrichtung der Materiatbahn (T) die Bremswalze (36) der Bremseinheit von dem Antriebsmotor (12) abgekoppelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkopplung der Bremswalze von dem Antriebsmotor in Abhängigkeit der Förderrichtung der Materialbahn zwangsweise geschieht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Bremswalze über eine Bremseinrichtung (42) eine Bremskraft ausgeübt wird, die vorzugsweise einstellbar ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn auf der Bremswalze und/oder Vorschubwalze angedrückt wird.
