Claims (8)
- Montagegerüst zur Montage von Schachtausrüstung in einem Aufzugsschacht (AS) mit einer Montageplattform (2, 3, 4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Montageplattform (2, 3, 4) eine variierbare Fläche (F) aufweist. - Montagegerüst nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fläche (F) der Montageplattform (2, 3, 4) als Standfläche ausgebildet ist, welche mittels einer weiteren Standfläche (11) erweiterbar ist. - Montageaufzug mit dem Montagegerüst nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Montageaufzug einen Fangrahmen (6) aufweist und dass das Montagegerüst (1) am Fangrahmen (6) angeordnet ist. - Montageaufzug nach Patentanspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Montageaufzug ein Gegengewicht (G) aufweist, das durch mindestens ein Tragseil (S) mit dem Fangrahmen (6) in Verbindung steht. - Montageaufzug nach Patentanspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Gegengewicht (G) über eine Aufzugsmaschine (M) mit dem Fangrahmen (6) in Verbindung steht. - Verfahren zur Montage von Schachtausrüstung in einem Aufzugsschacht (AS) mittels des Montageaufzugs nach Patentanspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Aufzugsteile
aus der Schachtgrube in Richtung Schachtkopf des Aufzugsschachtes montiert werden, wobei die Aufzugsteile mit dem Montageaufzug transportiert werden und die Plattform (2, 3, 4) des Montagegerüstes (1) an die Grösse des Aufzugsschachts angepasst wird. - Verfahren zur Montage von Schachtausrüstung nach Patentanspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Montageaufzug zuerst durch eine Seilspannvorrichtung (16) ab Erdgeschoss für eine vorbestimmte Strecke hochgezogen wird und dann im restlichen Aufzugsschacht (AS) durch die Aufzugsmaschine (M) angetrieben wird. - Verfahren zur Montage von Schachtausrüstung nach Patentanspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Aufzugsteile die Führungsschienen für den Fangrahmen (12) und/oder die Führungsschienen für das Gegengewicht (12') sind.
