Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für eine von einer Innenumhüllung umgebenen Zigarettengruppe, bestehend aus Schachtelteil, mit diesem schwenkbar verbundenem Deckel und einem Kragen, wobei ein aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt bestehender Druckträger bzw. Coupon zwischen Innenumhüllung und Kragen angeordnet und mit einem aus der Klappschachtel herausziehbaren, abtrennbaren Flap der Innenumhüllung durch Klebung verbunden ist
Bei der Anordnung von Druckträgern bzw. Coupons innerhalb einer Zigarettenpackung kommt es darauf an, den Coupon so zu positionieren, dass beim Öffnen der Packung die Aufmerksamkeit des Verbrauchers auf den Coupon gerichtet ist. Bei einer bekannten Klappschachtel für Zigaretten (GB 2 298 414 A) ist der Coupon innerhalb der Klappschachtel zwischen der von einem Innenzuschnitt umgebenen Zigarettengruppe und einem bei Klappschachteln üblichen Kragen angeordnet. Ein Teilbereich des Coupons wird über die Vorderseite des Kragens gefaltet, derart, dass ein Endlappen im Bereich zwischen einer Deckel-Vorderwand und einer Schachtel-Vorderwand aus der geschlossenen Klappschachtel herausragt. Die Anbringung des Coupons ist fertigungstechnisch aufwendig.
Bekannt ist eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten (IT BO 940 050 A), bei der ein Coupon durch Leim mit dem zur Ingebrauchnahme der Zigaretten herausziehbaren Flap der Innenumhüllung durch Leim verbunden ist. Der Leim hat aber ausdrücklich nur den Zweck, eine Fixierung des labilen Coupons am Zigarettenblock während des Packprozesses zu gewährleisten. Der Leim als Verbindungsmittel ist so beschaffen, dass bei Ingebrauchnahme der Packung Coupon und Flap getrennt voneinander aus der Packung herausgezogen werden. Der Oberbegriff des Auspruchs 1 entspricht diesem Stand der Technik.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde,einen Druckträger bzw. Coupon inner halb einer Zigarettenpackung mit Deckel so zu positionieren, dass bei der Fertigung der Zigarettenpackung die Anbringung des Coupons keine zusätzlichen Schwierigkeiten auslöst, gleichwohl der Coupon aber in einer für die Ingebrauchnahme der Klappschachtel günstigen Position bereitgehalten wird.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Packung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Coupon derart mit dem Flap durch Klebung verbunden ist, dass beim Herausziehen des Flaps oder des Coupons aus dem Schachtelteil der jeweils andere Teil, nämlich Coupon oder Flap mit herausgezogen wird.
Die Besonderheit der Erfindung besteht demnach darin, dass stets der Coupon und der Flap als Teil der Innenumhüllung eine Einheit bilden, die gemeinsam, entweder durch Erfassen des Flaps oder durch Erfassen des Coupons, aus der Position innerhalb der Klappschachtel herausgezogen werden.
Weitere Besonderheiten der erfindungsgemäßen Packung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, wobei Fig. 1 bis Fig. 7 nicht die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung des Coupons darstellen. Es zeigt:

Die Zeichnungen befassen sich mit der Gestaltung von Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel. Eine Klappschachtel besteht aus einem Zuschnitt aus dünnem Karton zur Bildung eines Schachtelteils 10 und eines Deckels 11. Der Schachtelteil 10 weist eine Schachtel-Vorderwand 12, Schachtel-Rückwand 13, Schachtel-Seitenwände 14, 15 und eine Bodenwand 16 auf. Analog besteht der Deckel 11 aus Deckel-Vorderwand 17, Deckel-Rückwand 18, Deckel-Seitenwänden 19, 20 und einer oberen Stirnwand 21. Schachtelteil 10 und Deckel 11 sind im Bereich von Schachtel-Rückwand 13 und Deckel-Rückwand 18 durch eine quergerichtete Gelenklinie 22 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden. Innerhalb der Klappschachtel ist ein Kragen 23 angeordnet. Dieser besteht aus einer Kragen-Vorderwand 24 und Kragen-Seitenlappen 25, 26. Der Kragen 23 ist mit einem unteren Teilbereich im Schachtelteil 10 verankert, nämlich innenseitig an der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 und/oder an den Schachtel-Seitenwänden 14, 15. Ein oberer Teilbereich des Kragens 23 ragt aus dem Schachtelteil 10 heraus. Bei geschlossenem Deckel 11 wird dieser Teil des Kragens 23 vom Deckel 11 umfaßt (Fig. 1, Fig. 2).
Der Kragen 23 ist in üblicher Weise so gestaltet, daß im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 oberhalb der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 eine durch eine bogenförmig geschwungene Kante begrenzte Ausnehmung 27 gebildet ist. Seitlich wird diese Ausnehmung 27 durch aufrechte Stege 28, 29 der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 begrenzt.
Der Packungsinhalt besteht aus einer Zigarettengruppe, die von einer Innenumhüllung 30 (vollständig) umgeben ist. Die Zigarettengruppe bildet mit der Innenumhüllung 30 einen Zigarettenblock 31. Die Innenumhüllung 30 besteht aus Stanniol, Papier oder Folie.
Die Innenumhüllung 30 ist so um die Zigarettengruppe herumgefaltet, daß eine Oberwand 32 (benachbart zur Stirnwand 21) aus Faltlappen gebildet ist, nämlich einem Außenlappen 33 und einem Innenlappen 34. Der Außenlappen 33 geht über in eine (aufrechte) Frontwand 35 der Innenumhüllung 30. Deren oberer Teil bildet einen Flap 36, also einen abziehbaren bzw. abtrennbaren Teil der Innenumhüllung 30. Bei Ingebrauchnahme der Zigarettenpackung wird - bei geöffnetem Deckel 11 - der Flap 36 von der Innenumhüllung 30 abgezogen, so daß die Zigaretten im oberen, frontseitigen Bereich für die Entnahme freiliegen. Der Flap 36 kann durch eine Stanzlinie 37 bzw. durch eine Perforationslinie von dem übrigen Teil der Innenumhüllung 30 abgegrenzt sein oder auch als separater, eigenständiger Zuschnitt ausgebildet sein.
Der Klappschachtel ist ein dünnwandiger Zuschnitt beigegeben, der aus Papier, Folie oder dergleichen besteht und die Funktion eines Druckträgers bzw. Werbeträgers hat und nachfolgend als Coupon 38 bezeichnet wird. Der Zuschnitt bzw. der Coupon 38 ist als rechteckiger Zuschnitt ausgebildet und im vorderen Teil der Klappschachtel positioniert, nämlich zwischen dem Zigarettenblock 31 einerseits und der Klappschachtel andererseits. Im oberen Bereich erstreckt sich der Coupon 38 zwischen Zigarettenblock 31 und Kragen 23.
Im Schachtelteil 10 kann sich der Coupon 38, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, an der Innenseite der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 bis zur Bodenwand 16 erstrecken. Ein unterer Endbereich des Coupons 38 kann dabei konisch ausgebildet sein, also mit nach unten konvergierenden Randkanten, um das Einführen des Coupons 38 in die Packung zu erleichtern. Der Coupon 38 ist auf der Bodenwand 16 abgestützt. Alternativ kann der Coupon mit einem unteren Querrand auf einem Vorsprung des Kragens 23 bzw. der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 abgestützt sein, beispielsweise nach Maßgabe von DE 195 06 844.0.
Ein oberer Bereich des Coupons 38 erstreckt sich bis in den Deckel 11. Hier ist der Coupon 38 fixiert. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 bis Fig. 5 ist der Coupon 38 durch formschlüssigen Eingriff mit dem Deckel 11 so verbunden, daß beim Öffnen desselben der Coupon aus der Ursprungsstellung ein Stück herausgezogen und dadurch in eine für die Entnahme günstige Position gelangt.
Bei dem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel bildet der Coupon 38 im oberen Bereich einen Anschlag, der formschlüssig mit einem Gegenanschlag des Deckels 11 zusammenarbeitet. Als Gegenanschlag dient ein Deckel-Innenlappen 39, der an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 anliegt und üblicherweise mit dieser durch Klebung verbunden ist. Eine Querkante 40 des Deckel-Innenlappens 39 dient als Anschlag für den Coupon 38.
Dieser ist mit einem durch Umfalten gebildeten Schenkel 41 versehen. Der Coupon 38 kann zu diesem Zweck entlang einer Faltkante 42 mit Materialschwächungen, zum Beispiel einer Perforationslinie, versehen sein, um das Umfalten des Schenkels 41 zu erleichtern. Eine freie Randkante 43 des Schenkels 41 bildet den mit dem Deckel-Innenlappen 39 zusammenwirkenden Anschlag.
Der Coupon 38 ist innerhalb der Klappschachtel so positioniert, daß sich der gefaltete Schenkel 41 des Coupons 38 innerhalb des Deckels 11 erstreckt und der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 zugekehrt ist. Der Schenkel 41 liegt oberhalb des Deckel-Innenlappens 39. Die Abmessungen sind so aufeinander abgestimmt, daß in Ausgangsstellung die Randkante 43 des Coupons 38 an der Querkante 40 anliegt bzw. dieser benachbart ist. Die formschlüssige Abstützung wird durch die Rückstellkraft des Schenkels 41 und die dadurch bedingte sichere Anlage an der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 gewährleistet.
Beim (erstmaligen) Öffnen der Klappschachtel laufen die sich aus Fig. 3, Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 ergebenden Bewegungsschritte ab. Der Coupon 38 wird aufgrund der formschlüssigen Verbindung mit der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 beim Öffnen des Deckels 11 aus dem Schachtelteil herausgezogen. Bei weiterer Öffnung des Deckels 11 geht der formschlüssige Eingriff des Coupons 38 mit der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 verloren (Fig. 4). Bei vollständig geöffnetem Deckel 11 ist der Coupon 38 mit einem oberen, aus der Klappschachtel herausragenden Bereich aufgrund von materialbedingten Rückstellkräften in eine (annähernd) aufrechte Position zurückgekehrt (Fig. 5). Der Coupon 38 kann nun problemlos an dem oberen, freien Teil erfaßt und vollständig aus der Klappschachtel herausgezogen werden.
Deckel-Innenlappen 39 und Schenkel 41 des Coupons 38 sind hinsichtlich der Abmessungen aufeinander abgestimmt, um einen wechselseitigen Eingriff zu gewährleisten. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel erstreckt sich der Deckel-Innenlappen 39 etwa über die halbe Höhe der Deckel-Vorderwand 17. Entsprechend kann sich der Schenkel 41 bzw. der Coupon 38 annähernd bis zur Stirnwand 21 erstrecken. Die Proportionen können ohne Verlust des formschlüssigen Eingriffs auch verändert werden. Weiterhin kann eine andere Form eines Anschlags für den Coupon 38 an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 geschaffen werden, zum Beispiel durch einen durch Prägung, Stanzung oder dergleichen gebildeten Vorsprung an der Innenseite des Deckel-Innenlappens 39. In diesem Falle liegt der Coupon 38 bzw. dessen Schenkel 41 an einem derartigen Materialvorsprung an.
Der Coupon 38 ist im Schachtelteil 10 so positioniert, daß der Schenkel 41 um die obere Begrenzung der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 herumgefaltet ist, nämlich über die oberen Enden der Stege 28, 29. Beim Anbringen des Coupons 38 kann in der in DE 195 06 844.0 dargestellten Weise verfahren werden, wobei nach dem Einführen des Coupons 38 der Schenkel 41 um die Enden der Stege 28, 29 herumgefaltet wird.
Die Ausgestaltung und Anordnung des Coupons 38 mit einem Schenkel 41 ermöglicht auch die großtechnische Herstellung einer Ausführung gemäß Fig. 6 und Fig. 7, bei der der Coupon 38 innenseitig an der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 durch Klebung befestigt ist, nämlich durch einen oder mehrere Leimpunkte 44. Diese Leimverbindung ist im Bereich des Schenkels 41 gebildet. Fertigungstechnisch wird auch dabei die im Schenkel 41 vorhandene Rückstellkraft genutzt. Der Leimpunkt 44 kann dabei an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 oder am Schenkel 41 angebracht sein. Nach dem Falten des Schenkels 41 und Komplettieren der Klappschachtel ist gewährleistet, daß der Schenkel 41 an die Deckel-Vorderwand 17 gedrückt wird und dadurch die Leimverbindung zustande kommt.
Bei der Handhabung einer in diesem Sinne ausgebildeten Klappschachtel wird der Coupon 38 beim erstmaligen Öffnen des Deckels 11 aus dem Schachtelteil 10 herausgezogen (Fig. 7) und kann dann vom Deckel gelöst oder abgetrennt werden.
Die eigentliche Erfindung ergibt sich aus Fig. 8 und Fig. 9. Der Coupon 38 ist bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel mit dem Zigarettenblock 31 bzw. der Innenumhüllung 30 verbunden, und zwar durch einen oder mehrere Leimpunkte 45. Konkret ist der Coupon 38 mit dem Flap 36 der Innenumhüllung 30 verbunden, also mit der Abziehlasche. Die Leimverbindung bzw. der Leimpunkt 45 ist bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 8 und Fig. 9 im Bereich des Außenlappens 33 der Oberwand 32 verbunden, also mit dem an den Flap 36 anschließenden Faltlappen. Durch Erfassen des Coupons 38 - bei geöffnetem Deckel 11 - wird mit dem Coupon 38 zunächst der Außenlappen 33 aufgerichtet und danach der Flap 36 aus seiner Ursprungsposition heraus- bzw. von der Innenumhüllung 30 abgezogen (Fig. 9). Mit Hilfe des Coupons 38 wird demnach der Flap 36 entfernt.
Der Coupon 38 ist dabei in besonderer Weise positioniert. Ein Querschenkel 46 erstreckt sich in einer Ebene oberhalb der Oberwand 32 zur Verbindung mit dieser. Auf den Querschenkel 46 ist (in der Ausgangsstellung gemäß Fig. 4) ein Endlappen 47 gefaltet, der bei geöffnetem Deckel 11 aufgrund der materialbedingten Rückstellkräfte in eine aufrechte Position gelangt (Fig. 9). Der Endlappen 47 erstreckt sich bis an die Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 bzw. liegt an dieser mit leichtem Druck an, so daß der Endlappen 47 beim Öffnen des Deckels 11 zusätzlich in die aufgerichtete Position bewegt wird.
Auch bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 10 und Fig. 11 ist der Coupon 38 mit der Innenumhüllung 30 verbunden. Einer oder mehrere Leimpunkte 48 sind im Bereich einer aufrechten, vorderseitigen Flapwand 49 angeordnet. Der Coupon 38 ist so ausgebildet bzw. angeordnet, daß die Oberwand 32 der Innenumhüllung 30 frei zugänglich ist. Bei dieser Ausführung wird bei der erstmaligen Ingebrauchnahme der Packung der Flap 36 in üblicher Weise entfernt, nämlich mit Hilfe des Außenlappens 33. Mit diesem bzw. mit dem Flap 36 wird der Coupon 38 aus der Packung herausgezogen (Fig. 11). Bei dieser Ausführung erfüllt demnach der Flap 36 eine Doppelfunktion.

Claims (4)

  1. Klappschachtel für eine von einer Innenumhüllung (30) umgebenen Zigarettengruppe, bestehend aus Schachtelteil (10), mit diesem schwenkbar verbundenem Deckel (11) und einem Kragen (23), wobei ein aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt bestehender Druckträger bzw. Coupon (38) zwischen Innenumhüllung (30) und Kragen (23) angeordnet und mit einem aus der Klappschachtel herausziehbaren, abtrennbaren Flap (36) der Innenumhüllung (30) durch Klebung verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Coupon (38) derart mit dem Flap (36) durch Klebung verbunden ist, dass beim Herausziehen des Flaps (36) oder des Coupons (38) aus dem Schachtelteil (10) der jeweils andere Teil, nämlich Coupon (38) oder Flap (36) mit herausgezogen wird.
  2. Packung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Coupon (38) mit dem Flap (36) im Bereich einer Ausnehmung (27) einer Kragen-Vorderwand durch Klebung verbunden ist.
  3. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Coupon (38) einen Querschenkel (46) aufweist, der mit dem Flap (36) der Innenumhüllung (30) im Bereich einer aus Faltlappen bestehenden Oberwand (32) der Innenumhüllung (30) verbunden ist, nämlich mit einem an den Flap (36) anschließenden Außenlappen (33).
  4. Packung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschenkel (46) einen durch Umfalten gebildeten Endlappen (47) aufweist zum Erfassen des Coupons (38) bei geöffnetem Deckel (11).
