Claims (10)
- Druckgießmaschine zur Verarbeitung von Metallschmelzen, die einen Maschinenständer (1) mit einer an ihm angeordneten Gießdüse (12) und eine zu dieser ausrichtbaren Formschließeinheit (5) aufweist, die aus einem Querhaupt (6) und aus einer festen (11) und einer auf Führungssäulen (10) gelagerten und gegen diese drückbaren beweglichen Formenaufspannplatte (9) besteht und höhenverstellbar auf einer am Maschinenständer (1) abgestützten schrägen Führungsfläche (4) gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungsfläche (4) Teil eines Hubrahmens (2) ist, der vertikal verschiebbar am Maschinenständer gelagert ist. - Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubrahmen über mindestens zwei in der Art eines Parallelogramms angeordnete Hebelpaare (13, 14) in der Höhe verstellbar ist, die gleichsinnig verschwenkbar sind.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelpaare (13, 14) durch einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (17, 18) verstellbar sind.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als gemeinsamer Antrieb eine mechanische Verbindung (17) zu den Hebelpaaren (13, 14) mit einem in Richtung der Verbindung wirkenden Antrieb (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelpaare (13, 14) jeweils als zwei gelenkig zu einem Kniehebelpaar (13, 14; 13a, 14a) verbundene Hebelanordnungen ausgebildet sind, von denen ein Hebel (13, 14) schwenkbar am Hubrahmen (2) und der andere (13a, 14a) schwenkbar am Maschinenständer (1) gelagert ist und der gemeinsame Antrieb (17) im Verbindungsgelenk (15) beider Hebel (13, 13a, 14, 14a) angreift.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als gemeinsamer Antrieb eine Zahnstange vorgesehen ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als gemeinsamer Antrieb eine Schubstange (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Antrieb ein Elektromotor (18) mit einem Getriebe (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubrahmen (2) an Vertikalführungen (3) gehalten ist.
- Druckgießmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertikalführungen als Bolzen (3) oder Schienen ausgebildet sind, die am Hubrahmen (2) oder am Maschinenständer (1) fest angeordnet sind und in Führungen des Maschinenständers bzw. des Hubrahmens eingreifen.
