- Erzeugen einer Markierung durch Beaufschlagen des Hüllmaterials mit einer von der wenigstens einen Strahlungsquelle ausgehenden Strahlung, wodurch das Hüllmaterial bereichsweise verändert wird und wobei die Markierung eine geometrische Form aufweist, deren Umriß teilweise eine diskontinuierliche Steigung aufweist und/oder konvexe und konkave Bereiche umfaßt.

Claims (40)
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten eines Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 122) eines Produkts der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Zuführen des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 122) in den Wirkbereich wenigstens einer Strahlungsquelle (38, 42, 75, 124),Erzeugen einer Markierung (51, 51a, 55) durch Beaufschlagen des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 122) mit einer von der wenigstens einen Strahlungsquelle (38, 42, 75, 124) ausgehenden Strahlung (43a, 43b, 126), wodurch das Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 122) bereichsweise verändert wird und wobei die Markierung (51, 51a, 55) eine geometrische Form aufweist, deren Umriß (58) teilweise eine diskontinuierliche Steigung (59) aufweist und/oder konvexe (56) und konkave (57) Bereiche umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schritt des bereichsweise Veränderns des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 122) ein Abtragen von Material umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Perforation (51, 51a) in dem Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim bereichsweise Verändern des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 123) eine chemische Veränderung stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim bereichsweise Verändern des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 123) ein Schmelzen geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung mehrerer Markierungen (51, 51a, 55) das Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) zwischen zwei Momenten der Erzeugung wenigstens jeweils einer Markierung einen vorgebbaren Weg transportiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlung (43a, 43b, 126) fokussiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierung (51, 51a, 55) eine Ausdehnung von bis zu 50 µm hat.
- Einrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend wenigstens eine Strahlungsvorrichtung (41 bis 48; 75; 124, 125), mittels der Strahlung (43a, 43b, 126) auf das Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) richtbar ist, wobei mittels der Strahlung (43a, 43b, 126) wenigstens ein Bereich des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 123) bearbeitbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Markierung (51, 51a, 55) erzeugbar ist, die eine geometrische Form aufweist, deren Umriß (58) teilweise eine diskontinuierliche Steigung (59) aufweist und/oder konvexe (56) und konkave (57) Bereiche umfaßt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transportvorrichtung (Fig. 1, 39, 72, 81, 83, 86, 87, 123) zum Transportieren des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 123) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9 und/oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlungsvorrichtung (41 bis 48; 75; 124, 125) einen Laser (42, 124) insbesondere einen C02-Laser, einen YAG-Laser oder einen Excimerlaser umfaßt.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Intensität und/oder Leistungsdichte und/oder Energiedichte der Strahlung (43a, 43b, 126) steuerbar und/oder wählbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlungsvorrichtung (41 bis 48; 75; 124, 125) ein die Form der Markierung (51, 51a, 55) vorgebendes Element (48, 125) umfaßt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (48, 125) eine Blende und/oder ein Fokussierelement (48, 125) umfaßt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13 und/oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (48, 125) ein diffraktives optisches Element umfaßt.
- Zigarettenstrangmaschine, Filteransetzmaschine, Zigarettenverpackungsmaschine und/oder Folieneinschlagmaschine mit einer Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 15.
- Markierung (51, 51a, 55) auf einem Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie umfassend eine geometrische Form, deren Umriß (58) teilweise eine diskontinuierliche Steigung (59) aufweist und/oder konkave (57) und konvexe (56) Bereiche umfaßt.
- Markierung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Ecken (59) vorgesehen sind, an denen die Steigung diskontinuierlich ist.
- Markierung nach Anspruch 17 und/oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der größte Durchmesser (D) der Markierung (51, 51a, 55) im Bereich von weniger als oder gleich 50 µm ist.
- Markierung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Kanten (54) aufweist, deren Struktur oder Schärfe im Bereich von 150 nm bis 350 nm liegt.
- Markierung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierung (51, 51a, 55) eine Materialschwächung ist.
- Markierung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierung (51, 51a, 55) eine Perforation (51, 51a) des Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 123) ist.
- Markierung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierung (51, 51a, 55) eine andere Farbe aufweist, als das Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) außerhalb der Markierung (51, 51a, 55).
- Schwächungslinie (49, 49a) eines Hüllmaterials (13, 76, 85, 123) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend mehrere Markierungen (51, 51a, 55) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 23.
- Stabförmiges Produkt (66) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Zigarette, mit wenigstens einer Markierung (51, 51a, 55) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 23.
- Verpackung (115) von Produkten der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, mit wenigstens einer Markierung (51, 51a, 55) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 23.
- Verwendung einer Markierung (51, 51a, 55) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 23, zur Echtheitsprüfung von Produkten (66, 115) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie.
- Verfahren zur Verifikation der Echtheit von Produkten (66, 115) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend den Verfahrensschritt des Sichtens von auf einem Hüllmaterial (13, 76, 85, 123) der Produkte (66, 115) aufgebrachten Markierung (51, 51a, 55) und des Vergleichens der Markierung (51, 51a, 55) mit einer für diese Produkte (66, 115) vorgegebenen oder wählbaren Markierung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichten mittels einer Vergrößerungsvorrichtung (101) geschieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28 und/oder 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichten mittels einer Bildaufnahmevorrichtung (102) geschieht, wobei das gesichtete Bild gespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer anschließenden Bildverarbeitung die als Bild gespeicherte Markierung (51, 51a, 55) auf eine Normgröße normiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 28 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vergleichen durch einen Vergleich der gesichteten Markierung (51, 51a, 55), des gespeicherten Bildes und/oder des normierten Bildes mit einem vorgebbaren, insbesondere gespeicherten, weiteren Bild geschieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Bild auf einem von dem Ort des Sichtens entfernten Computersystem (108, 109) gespeichert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 32 und/oder 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels weiterer Daten das weitere Bild ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 28 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Ergebnis des Verfahrens ein Signal für ein echtes Produkt (66, 115) oder für ein gefälschtes Produkt (66, 115) ausgegeben wird.
- System zur Verifikation der Echtheit von Produkten (66, 115) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Bildaufnahmeeinrichtung (100, 101, 102) und einer Speichervorrichtung (105, 109), auf der vorgebbare Bilder in Speicherinhalten speicherbar sind, wobei eine Datenverbindung (103, 104) zwischen der Bildaufnahmeeinrichtung (100 bis 102) und der Speichervorrichtung (105, 109) vorgesehen ist und wobei eine Vergleichseinrichtung (105, 108) vorgesehen ist, mittels der ein durch die Bildaufnahmeeinrichtung (100 bi 102) aufgenommenes Bild mit einem Speicherinhalt der Speichervorrichtung (105, 109) vergleichbar ist, und wobei eine Ausgabevorrichtung (106) zur Ausgabe von Vergleichsdaten vorgesehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bildaufnahmeeinrichtung (100 bis 102) ein Vergrößerungselement (101) umfaßt.
- System nach Anspruch 36 und/oder 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (105, 108, 109) vorgesehen ist, mittels der insbesondere aufgenommene Bilder digitalisierbar sind.
- System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 36 bis 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speichervorrichtung (105, 109) eine Datenbank umfaßt.
- System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 36 bis 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vergleichseinrichtung ein Computer oder ein Teil eines Computers (105, 108) ist.
