Claims (14)
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine mit einem Formzylinder (2) und einem Druckzylinder (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen Siebdruckzylinder (7) zur Übertragung einer Siebdruckfarbe auf den Formzylinder (2) aufweist, dass eine Druckplatte des Formzylinders (2) erste Vertiefungen (11) zur Aufnahme von Tiefdruckfarbe und zweite Vertiefungen (12) zur Aufnahme von Siebdruckfarbe aufweisen und dass die zweiten Vertiefungen (12) größer als die ersten Vertiefungen (11) sind.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylirider (2) eine Stahlstichdruckplatte aufweist.
- lntaglio-Druckmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Formzylinder (2) ein Sammelzylinder (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Sammelzylinder (6) eine Mehrzahl von Schablonenzylindem (4) zugeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Schablonenzylinder (4) ein Farbwerk (8) zugeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Formzylinder (2) eine Wischeinrichtung (3) zugeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebdruckzylinder (7) an dem Formzylinder (2) auf die Produktionsrichtung bezogen vor der Wischeinrichtung (3) angeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebdruckzylinder (7) an dem Formzylinder (2) auf die Produktionsrichtung bezogen hinter der Wischeinrichtung (3) angeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebdruckzylinder (7) ein Stützelement (28) umfasst, das sich am Siebdruckzylinder (7) im Bereich eines begrenzten auf den Umfang bezogenen Abschnitts (29) axial erstreckt.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (28) radial außerhalb des Siebes (16) angeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (28) radial innerhalb des Siebes (16) angeordnet ist.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (28) Auf- und Ablaufkanten (34; 36) aufweist, die unter einem Winkel zu einer Erzeugenden der Umfangsfläche des Siebdruckzylinders (7) verlaufen.
- Intaglio-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufund Ablaufkanten (34; 36) die Form langgezogener Schraubenlinien haben.
