Claims (11)
- Sparrenprofil für Glasdächer beispielsweise von Wintergärten mit einem Träger insbesondere aus Aluminium sowie mit zumindest einer Glasabdeck- bzw. -halteleiste, die durch mindestens einen Kunststoffsteg miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoffsteg als Kunststoff-Stegprofil (1) ausgebildet ist, das eine Einsatzbasis (2) aufweist, die mittig mit einem rechtwinklig abstehenden Haltesteg (4) versehen ist, auf dessen Haltekopf (5) die Glasabdeck- bzw. -halteleiste (15; 25; 35) aufklipsbar ist, und die an ihren seitlichen Enden rechtwinklig abstehende Einsatzstege (3) aufweisen, die von den Einsatzhaltenasen (13; 23; 33) übergriffen und gehalten sind.
- Sparrenprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Haltesteg (4) und den seitlichen Einsatzstegen (3) je ein Innendichtungsträger (6) vorgesehen ist, deren freies Ende mit je einem Innendichtungshalter (8) versehen sind.
- Sparrenprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoff-Stegprofil (1) gebildet ist von einem Duroplast, vorzugsweise von einem Polykondensat wie Phenolharz oder einem Polyaddukt, wie Epoxidharz.
- Sparrenprofil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Duroplast des Kunststoff-Stegprofils (1) faserverstärkt ist, vorzugsweise mit Glas- oder Kohlenstoff-Fasern.
- Sparrenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoff-Stegprofil (1) im Pultrusionsverfahren hergestellt ist.
- Sparrenprofil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Faserverstärkung mit dem Duroplast durchtränkte Gewebe oder Vliese vorgesehen sind.
- Sparrenverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Träger (11; 21; 31) zur Bildung eines im wesentlichen C-förmig offenen Rinnenprofils seitliche Überstände (12; 22; 32) mit Einsatzhaltenasen (13; 23; 33) am anderen freie Enden so angeformt sind, dass in die von Träger (11; 21; 31) und seitlichen Überständen (12; 22; 32) gebildete Rinne ein Kunststoff-Stegprofil (1) im wesentlichen formschlüssig zwischen den seitlichen Überständen (12; 22; 32) liegend, einsetzbar ist.
- Sparrenprofil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die beidseitigen seitlichen Überstände (22; 32) Verlängerungen (22.1; 32.1), deren Enden mit Innendichtungshaltern (28; 38) versehen sind, angeformt sind.
- Sparrenprofil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die seitlichen Überstände (32) in Höhe der Einsatzhaltenasen (33) je ein Quersteg (33.1) angeformt ist, wobei sich die beiden Querstege (33.1) von beiden Seiten her gegen den Haltesteg (4) des Kunststoff-Stegprofil (1) anlegen.
- Sparrenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Träger (11; 31) ein Kastenprofil (10.1; 30.1) angeformt ist.
- Sparrenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sparrenprofil (10; 20; 30) als ein Aluminium-Strangpressteil ausgebildet ist.
