Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Beschichten von schlauchförmigen Lebensmittelverpackungen, mit den Schritten:Bereitstellen einer Lebensmittelverpackung (L) im aufgeblasenem Zustand,Lackieren der aufgeblasenen Lebensmittelverpackung (L),Trocknen der Lackierung, undFlachlegen der Lebensmittelverpackung (L).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lebensmittelverpackung (L) spritzlackiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lebensmittelverpackung (L) auf der gesamten Außenfläche lackiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lebensmittelverpackung (L) als endloser Schlauch bereitgestellt und das Verfahren kontinuierlich durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lebensmittelverpackung (L) nach dem Flachlegen aufgewickelt wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Beschichten von schlauchförmigen Lebensmittelverpackungen, mit:einer Aufblaseinrichtung (5.2) zum Bereitstellen einer Lebensmittelverpackung (L) im aufgeblasenem Zustand,einer Lackiereinrichtung (7) zum Lackieren der aufgeblasenen Lebensmittelverpackung (L),einer Trocknungseinrichtung (8) zum Trocknen der Lackierung, undeiner Abzugseinrichtung (9) zum Flachlegen der Lebensmittelverpackung (L).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackiereinrichtung (7) eine Spritzlackiereinrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackiereinrichtung (7) die gesamte Außenfläche der Lebensmittelverpackung (L) beaufschlägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lebensmittelverpackung (L) als endloser Schlauch ausgebildet ist und die Vorrichtung eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Einrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Aufwickler (10) zum Aufwickeln der Lebensmittelverpackung (L) nach dem Flachlegen aufweist.
