Description
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un capuchon de sécurité, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1 selon un autre angle de vue,
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessus du capuchon de sécurité des figures 1 et 2,
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective schématique montrant le capuchon des figures 1 à 3, et le dispositif de distribution de produit fluide sur lequel ledit capuchon s'applique,
- la figure 5 est une vue en section transversale du capuchon de sécurité selon l'invention, et
- la figure 6 est une vue en section transversale le long de la ligne A-A sur la figure 5.
Claims (6)
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide (10) comportant un réservoir de produit, un organe de distribution tel qu'une pompe, une tête de distribution (15) pourvue d'un orifice de distribution (16) et d'une partie de fixation (12, 13), et un capuchon de sécurité (20) comportant des moyens de fixation (30) pour fixer ledit capuchon (20) sur ledit dispositif de distribution (10), lesdits moyens de fixation (30) étant amovibles pour retirer ledit capuchon (20) avant l'utilisation dudit dispositif de distribution (10), l'enlèvement desdits moyens de fixation (30) étant réalisé par la combinaison d'une pression axiale sur ledit capuchon (30) le long d'un axe (X) dudit dispositif et d'une rotation dudit capuchon (20) autour dudit axe (X), caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (20) comporte des pattes de fixation (31) avec une extrémité (32) en forme de U, et ladite partie de fixation (12, 13) comporte un passage axial (12) respectif pour ladite extrémité (32) en forme de U de chaque patte de fixation (31), ledit passage axial (12) étant délimité par une bride (13) respective adaptée à se positionner entre les branches de ladite extrémité (32) en forme de U, après rotation dudit capuchon (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit capuchon (20) comporte des moyens élastiquement déformables (25) qui coopère avec le dispositif de distribution (10) pour empêcher toute rotation dudit capuchon (20) en l'absence de ladite pression axiale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit capuchon (20) peut effectuer ladite rotation seulement lorsque lesdits moyens élastiquement déformables (25) sont comprimés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel lesdits moyens élastiquement déformables (25) comprennent un élément élastique (25) en matériau souple déformable, tel que du santoprène, disposé à l'intérieur dudit capuchon (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel lesdits moyens élastiquement déformables comporte un élément élastique (25) en matériau souple déformable, tel que du santoprène, disposé sur la paroi d'extrémité du capuchon et s'étendant sur la face intérieure et sur la face extérieure de ladite paroi d'extrémité du capuchon.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens élastiquement déformables (25) sont comprimés pour permettre à ladite extrémité (32) en forme de U de chaque patte de fixation (31) de passer axialement dans un passage respectif (12) au-delà de ladite bride (13), de sorte qu'après rotation dudit capuchon (20), lesdits moyens élastiquement déformés (25) sollicitent axialement ledit capuchon (20) en éloignement de la tête de distribution (15) de sorte que ladite bride (13) est forcée élastiquement entre lesdites branches du U (32) pour fixer le capuchon (20) sur la tête (15).
