Claims (6)
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät zur Erzeugung einer zumindest teilweise schlagenden Bewegung eines Werkzeugs (6) mit einem pneumatischen Schlagwerk mit einer Gasfeder (1) in einem Führungsrohr (2) und einer Leerschlagabschaltung des Schlages bei fehlendem axialen Gegendruck über das Werkzeug (6), wobei sich im Falle des Leerschlags ein Flugkolben (4) und ein Döpper (5) in einer Leerschlagposition befindet, welche über einen, über Ventilöffnungen (8) steuerbaren, geöffneten, sich axial ausserhalb des Innenmantels des Führungsrohrs (2) erstreckenden, Luftkanal (9) die Belüftung der Gasfeder (1) zur Umgebung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Luftkanal (9) vom axialen Bereich der Gasfeder (1) bis zum axialen Bereich des Döppers (5) erstreckt und dass die Ventilöffnungen (8) zur Belüftung der Gasfeder (1) durch den in einer Arbeitsposition angeordneten Döpper (5) verschliessbar sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Döpper (5) bezüglich der dem Flugkolben (4) zugewandten Stirnseite mit einem verjüngten Ringnutbereich (10) versehen ist, welcher in Leerschlagposition den Luftkanal (9) über die Ventilöffnung (8) in einen Zwischenraum (11) freigibt, welcher mit der Umwelt über mindestens eine Belüftungsöffnung (12) verbunden ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Führungsrohres (2) zwischen dem Luftkanal (9) und dem Döpper (5) eine ringförmige Ventilhülse (13) mit radialen Öffnungen (15) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Belüftungsöffnung (12) vor dem axialen Bereich des Flugkolbens (4) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsrohr (2) als axial fixierter Hohlzylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftkanal (9) bezüglich des sich axial erstreckenden Teils durch eine Nut im Aussenmantel des Führungsrohres (2) ausgebildet ist, welches dicht in eine hohlzylindrisch ausgebildete verlängerte Werkzeugaufnahme (7) eingepasst ist.
