Description
Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum lösbaren Festlegen eines Rundschaftmeißels in einer in einem Meißelhalter (1) lösbar festgelegten Meißelbüchse (10), bei welcher der Innenmantel der Büchse (10) eine Ringnut (17) aufweist, in welche ein in einer Ringnut (12) des Meißelschaftes (11) aufgenommener federnder Befestigungsring (13) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der federnde Befestigungsring (13) als geschlitzter Kunststoffring ausgebildet ist und eine in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Rippe (16) trägt, daß die Breite der Ringnut (17) am Innenmantel der Büchse (10) in axialer Richtung gemessen größer ist als die Breite der in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden in diese Ringnut (17) eintauchenden Rippe (16) des federnden Kunststoffringes (13) und daß die der Meißelspitze (15) zugewandte Stirnfläche (18) der Ringrippe (16) parallel zu der dieser Stirnfläche (18) zugewandten Stirnfläche der Ringnut (17) am Innenmantel der Büchse (10) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Ringnut (12) des Meißelschaftes (11) in axialer Richtung gemessen die Breite des Kunststoffringes (13) übersteigt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der federnde Befestigungsring (13) aus Polyacetal und insbesondere Polyacetalcopolymerisat besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der federnde Kunststoffring (13) Zusätze von MoS2 und/oder PTFE enthält und/oder durch Einlagen aus Stahldraht oder Glasfasern armiert ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der quer zur Umfangsrichtung (19) des Befestigungsringes (13) verlaufende Schlitz (20) einen Winkel von 30° bis 60°, insbesondere etwa 45° mit der Umfangsrichtung (19) einschließt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in umfangsrichtung verlaufende Rippe (16) des Befestigungsringes (13) ebenso wie die Ringnut (17) am Innenmantel der Büchse (10) trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Meißelspitze (15) zugewandte Stirnfläche (18) der Rippe (16) des Befestigungsringes (13) einen Winkel zwischen 0° und 60°, insbesondere etwa 45° mit der Querschnittsebene des Befestigungsringes (13) einschließt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der Ringnut (12) des Meißelschaftes (11) die Gesamtdicke des Befestigungsringes (13) im Bereich der Ringrippe (16) übersteigt.
