Definitions
- the invention relates to an injection nozzle for Hochdruckinjedgingsbohrsysteme according to the preamble of claim 1 and a Hochchristinjedgingsbohrtechnikzeug with such an injection nozzle according to the preamble of claim 11.
- cement slurry is injected into the ground to create a watertight concrete platform prior to excavation.
- the fluid namely the cement slurry is pumped down through the fluid line of a Hochlichinjedgingsbohrwerkmaschinectiones and injected via at least one connected to the fluid line injection nozzle on the rotating Hochtikinjetechnischsbohrwerkmaschinezeug circularly around it, so that a circular concrete block is formed.
- the concrete platform to be built is formed by a large number of concrete blocks, which overlap one another. The larger the diameter of the individual concrete blocks, the fewer holes must be drilled to obtain the desired concrete platform size.
- the known injection nozzles which are used for such systems, have a fluid channel with a round inner cross-section.
- attempts have already been made without great success to concentrate the injection jet by lengthening the injection nozzles or the fluid channel extending therethrough in order to achieve larger diameters.
- a high-pressure injection nozzle in which a blocking element in the form of a cross is arranged in the nozzle body immediately before the exit of the fluid from the nozzle.
- the nozzle has a narrow feed channel which widens in the direction of flow of the fluid via an inlet portion into a nozzle chamber in a funnel shape.
- the inner diameter of the nozzle even further enlarging outlet section then the blocking element is arranged.
- the fluid hits the blocking element at high speed and is thereby braked and split. A satisfactory bundling of the fluid jet does not take place. Rather, the fluid jet loses energy and exit velocity and thus length.
- a generic injection nozzle is in the US-A-5,256,004 described.
- the invention therefore addresses the problem of providing an injection nozzle for Hochdruckinjedgingsbohrsysteme or a Hochdruckinjedgingmiesbohrwerkmaschine, which makes it possible to create concrete blocks with the largest possible diameter.
- the non-circular internal cross-sectional shape of the fluid channel of the newly developed injection nozzle brakes the resulting vortex within the nozzle and thus bundles the injection jet over the entire nozzle length to the outlet, so that a smooth uniform jet without turbulence leaves the nozzle, which still remains sharp over a large length ,
- significantly larger concrete block diameters can be achieved and fewer holes must be made to cover the same concrete platform surface.
- the construction times and construction costs are reduced considerably.
- Injection nozzles whose inner cross-section has guide profiles projecting into the fluid channel are particularly effective, since they brake the generated vortices particularly well.
- Preferred designs are therefore injection nozzles with wings projecting into the fluid channel or wedge-like guide profiles, which, when arranged adjacently, result in a star-shaped inner cross section of the fluid channel.
- the Wirbelbrems- and bundling effect is particularly large when the guide profiles are rib-shaped and preferably extend over the entire nozzle length.
- the walls of the fluid channel are exposed to high wear by the cement slurry, it is advantageous to form the fluid channel in a separate nozzle insert, which is inserted into the nozzle body and connected thereto, for example by screwing, soldering or gluing.
- a production of the nozzle insert made of carbide extends its service life and thus reduces possible set-up times for a change.
- the high-pressure injection drilling tool shown in FIG. 1 consists of a drill string 1, through which a fluid line 2 extends. Front side of the drill pipe 1 a drill bit 3 is arranged. In the direction of fluid flow 4 in front of the drill bit 3 are injection nozzles 5 with a nozzle body 6, in which a nozzle insert 7 is inserted.
- the nozzle insert 7 is shown in more detail in FIGS. 4 and 5. Through the nozzle insert 7 extends a fluid channel 8, which - as can be seen in FIGS. 2 to 4 - has a non-circular over the entire length L of the fluid channel 8 constant inner cross-section.
- Fig. 6 shows various non-circular inner cross-sectional shapes, all of which brake the resulting in the fluid jet during the deflection of the fluid line 2 in the fluid passage 8 vortex and bundle the fluid jet thereby.
- the fluid channel has guide profiles 9 projecting into it, as in the embodiments of FIGS. 6d to 6f.
- the guide profiles 9 are wedge-shaped and arranged close together, so that there is a star-shaped inner cross-section.
- the guide profiles 9 form trains 10 and fields 9 '.
- the guide profiles are wing-like and protrude far into the interior of the fluid channel 8.
- the swirl braking effect and the associated bundling of the fluid jet is particularly pronounced in this embodiment.
- the number of guide profiles is not limited to three. Even a single guide profile already achieves a positive effect. However, embodiments with three or four guide profiles lead to a particularly good bundling of the fluid jet.
- the injection nozzle preferably has an inlet section 1, which is connected upstream of the fluid channel 8. This creates a smooth transition of the cross-sectional constriction of the fluid line 2 in the fluid channel 8. Energetically low, this cross-sectional constriction of the inlet portion 11 is viewed from the inside of the nozzle convex rounded.
- the guide profiles 9 can also begin as indicated in dashed lines in Fig. 5 already in the inlet section 11, thereby preventing even in this area that form an undesirable spin or turbulence in the fluid.

Description
- Fig. 1
- ein Hochdruckinjektionsbohrwerkzeug, teilweise im Schnitt,
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- Fig. 5
