Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Prägen der Mantelfläche an zwei- oder dreiteiligen Dosenrümpfen (5), umfassend ein drehbar gelagertes inneres Prägewerkzeug (11) mit einer Spreizeinrichtung zum drehfesten Halten eines Dosenrumpfes (5) und ein drehbar gelagertes äusseres Prägewerkzeug (13) sowie einen Antrieb (M) für die beiden Prägewerkzeuge (11,13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Prägewerkzeug (11) eine zylindermantelförmige und einen sich über die gesamte axiale Höhe verlaufenden Schlitz (31) aufweisende Prägehülse (29) aus Stahl umfasst, in deren Oberfläche den Prägevorsprüngen (17) am äusseren Prägewerkzeug (13) entsprechende Vertiefungen (33) ausgebildet sind und dass die Prägehülse (29) drehfest auf einem axial verschiebbaren Spreizdorn (19) mit konisch verlaufenden Spreizabschnitten (21) aufgesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Spreizdorn (19) und der Prägehülse (29) eine Spreizhülse (23) eingesetzt ist, die innen an der Prägehülse (29) anliegt und die innen mit Spreizflächen (25) ausgestaltet ist, wobei die Spreizflächen (25) an der Innenseite der Spreizhülse (23) mit den Spreizabschnitten (21) auf der Peripherie des Spreizdorns (19) in Eingriff stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (31,31') in der Prägehülse (29) axial oder schraubenlinienförmig verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der äusseren Mantelfläche der Prägehülse (29) Vertiefungen (33) eingelassen sind, welche sich tangential über annähernd den gesamten Umfang der Prägehülse (29) erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägehülse (29) an einer Stelle (X), die dem Schlitz (31) gegenüber liegt, drehfest mit der Spreizhülse (23) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizhülse (23) eine Mehrzahl axial verlaufender, abwechslungsweise an gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen beginnender Schlitze (27) umfasst, welche eine regelmässige Durchmessererweiterung durch axiales Verschieben des Spreizdorns (19) ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1,3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenfläche der Prägehülse (29) konisch verlaufende Spreizflächen (25) ausgebildet sind, die mit den Spreizabschnitten (21) auf dem Spreizdorn (19) in Wirkverbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizabschnitte (21) und die Spreizflächen (25) beim axialen Verschieben des Spreizdorns (19) an deren konisch verlaufenden Flächen in gegenseitige Anlage gelangen und aufeinander gleitend den über die Prägehülse (29) geschobenen Dosenrumpf (5) drehfest halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Prägewerkzeugen (11,13) auf einem Drehtisch (35) angeordnet sind.
