Claims (13)
- Steckverbinder mit Schalter, wobei
in einem Gehäuse (1) eine U-förmige Federklammer (4) mit einem ersten Kontakt (2) an ihrem Steg (5) angeordnet ist und ein zweiter Kontakt (3) vorgesehen ist, ein Kontaktstift zwischen die Schenkel (6) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) steckbar ist, und wobei bei eingestecktem Kontaktstift die Schenkel (6) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) vom zweiten Kontakt (3) gelöst sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Kontakt (3) zwischen den Schenkeln (6) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) steckt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite Kontakt (2, 3) kollinear zur Längsachse der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) angeordnet sind und der Kontaktstift senkrecht dazu zwischen die Schenkel (6) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) steckbar ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kontakt (2) und der steckbare Kontaktstift kollinear zur Längsachse der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) angeordnet sind und daß der zweite Kontakt (3) senkrecht dazu zwischen die Schenkel (6) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) gesteckt ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Werkstoff hergestellt ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Kontakt (3) als in das Gehäuse (1) eingearbeiteter Kontakt ausgeführt ist und daß seine Oberfläche mit einer Metallschicht überzogen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
ddadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (5) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) in einem Schlitz (7) des Gehäuses (1) steckt. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kontakt (2) als Kontaktfahne (2) am Steg (5) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) ausgeführt ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Steg (5) der U-förmigen Federklammer (4) eine Sicke (9) eingearbeitet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmige Federklammer (4) aus Kunststoff besteht, der mit einer Metallschicht überzogen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmige Federklammer (4) aus Metall besteht. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Kontakt (2) und die U-förmige Federklammer (4) aus einem Stück gefertigt sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) zur Abschirmung zumindest teilweise mit einer Metallschicht überzogen ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite (10) sowie die rechte und die linke Seite (11, 12) des Gehäuses (1) mit einer Metallschicht zum Anschluß an Masse überzogen sind.
