Abstract
Description
Nachteilhaft bei der Verwendung von Polycarbonat als Werkstoff für Lamellen ist, dass die Verbindung zwischen der Lamelle und dem Stoffauflauf (Turbulenzerzeuger) aufgrund der geringen Festigkeit von Polycarbonat größer als teilweise gewünscht ausgeführt werden muss. Zudem weist das Polycarbonat noch mechanische, chemische, thermische und verarbeitende Nachteile auf.
Hochleistungspolymere zählen zu den thermoplastischen Kunststoffen, kurz Thermoplaste genannt, und zeichnen sich unter anderem durch eine sehr hohe maximale Gebrauchstemperatur nach UL 746 B (US-Prüfvorschriften der Underwright Laboratories) beziehungsweise IEC 216, die im Bereich von 160 °C bis 260 °C liegt, also eine sehr gute Wärmebeständigkeit, eine gute bis sehr gute Laugenbeständigkeit und erhöhte Festigkeitswerte aus.
Aufgrund dieser exemplarisch angeführten Eigenschaften (mechanisch, thermisch und chemisch) eignen sich Hochleistungspolymere in geradezu optimaler Weise für den Einsatz als Werkstoff für Lamellen. Sie weisen eine erhöhte Kosten-Nutzen-Relation auf und halten auch erschwerten Betriebsbedingungen länger stand.

Das Hochleistungspolymer 11 weist eine Zugfestigkeit Rm (DIN 53455) im Bereich von 50 N/mm2 bis 150 N/mm2, vorzugsweise von 70 N/mm2 bis 110 N/mm2, und eine Bruchdehnung A5 (DIN 53455) im Bereich von 20 % bis 80 %, vorzugsweise von 30 % bis 60 %, auf. Überdies weist das Hochleistungspolymer 11 einen Elastizitätsmodul E (DIN 53457, ISO 527-2) im Bereich von 500 N/mm2 bis 10.000 N/mm2, vorzugsweise von 1.000 N/mm2 bis 5.000 N/mm2, auf.
Das Hochleistungspolymer 11 weist weiterhin eine Kerbschlagzähigkeit (ISO 179) von 40 kJ/m2 bis 100 kJ/m2, vorzugsweise von 45 kJ/m2 bis 90 kJ/m2, auf, damit die Verbindung zwischen den Lamelle 10.1, 10.2 und dem Turbulenzerzeuger 5 kleiner ausgeführt werden kann.
Damit das Verhalten der beiden Lamellen 10.1, 10.2 gegen Feuchtigkeit und Wasser (Hydrolysebeständigkeit) entscheidend verbessert wird, weist das Hochleistungspolymer 11 eine Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme FA (ISO 62) im Bereich von 0,05 % bis 2 %, vorzugsweise von 0,2 % bis 1,2 %, auf.
Unter reinigungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten weist das Hochleistungspolymer 11 der beiden Lamellen 10.1, 10.2 eine Wärmebeständigkeit WB (DIN 53461) im Bereich von 120 °C bis 230 °C, vorzugsweise von 170 °C bis 220 °C, und eine gute bis sehr gute Laugenbeständigkeit auf, da mit diesen Werten die Anwendung der Reinigung durch "Auskochen" des Stoffauflaufs 1, dass heisst das Vorhandensein von Temperaturen im Bereich von 100 °C bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung von 20 %iger Natronlauge (NaOH) ermöglicht wird.
Damit die Maßhaltigkeit der Lamellen 10.1, 10.2 auch während des Betriebs sichergestellt ist, weist das Hochleistungspolymer 11 eine geringe Quellung Q, insbesondere eine geringe lineare Quellung QL, im vorzugsweisen Bereich von 0,02 % bis 0,1 % auf.
Aus der Gruppe der Hochleistungspolymere 11, welche die an sie gestellten Anforderungen beim Betrieb und während der Reinigung eines Stoffauflaufs in vorzüglicher Weise erfüllen, empfehlen sich das Polyphenylsulfon (PPSU), das Polyethersulfon (PES), das Polyetherimid (PEI) und das Polysulfon (PSU).
Vorteilhafterweise sind die beiden Lamellen 10.1, 10.2 in homogenem Aufbau aus je einem Hochleistungspolymer, wobei in selbstverständlicher Weise verschiedene Hochleistungspolymere ihre Anwendung finden können, gebildet.
In Figur 1 ist weiterhin erkennbar, dass die Lamelle 10.1, welche ein stumpfes Lamellenende aufweist, gelenkig und die Lamelle 10.2, welche ein spitzes Lamellenende aufweist, starr an ihren entgegen der Strömungsrichtung S (Pfeil) der Faserstoffsuspension 3 gerichteten Enden 12.1, 12.2 am Turbulenzerzeuger 5 gelagert sind; sie können in weiterer Ausführung jedoch auch im Turbulenzerzeuger 5, dass heisst zwischen je zwei Zeilen der Turbulenzrohre 5.2, gelagert sein.
Um den heutigen und zukünftigen Produktionsanforderungen hinsichtlich Produktionsmenge und dergleichen Rechnung zu tragen, sind die Lamellen 10.1, 10.2 des Stoffauflaufs 1 unter hydraulischen und strömungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten für eine Strahlgeschwindigkeit vS (Pfeil) von größer 1.500 m/s, vorzugsweise von größer 1.800 m/s, ausgelegt.
Selbstverständlich kann auch der in Figur 1 dargestellte Stoffauflauf 1 als Stoffauflauf mit sektionierter Stoffdichteregelung (Verdünnungswasser-Technologie) ausgebildet sein, entsprechend vorgenannten Ausführungen.
Weiterhin ist die Trennlamelle 16 des Mehrschichten-Stoffauflaufs 1.1 aus einem Hochleistungspolymer 11 gebildet ist, das im wesentlichen die vorgenannten Eigenschaften aufweist.
Ein Vorteil in der Verwendung eines Hochleistungspolymers als Lamellen-Werkstoff ist auch darin zu finden, dass es auch im Falle eines ungewollten Ausfalls der Stoffauflaufpumpe, in dessen Folge sehr hohe Drücke zwischen den Schichten in der Düse herrschen, zu keinem Lamellenbruch aufgrund der guten mechanischen Eigenschaften der Hochleistungspolymere kommt.
Erfindungsgemäß kann die bis in den Bereich des Düsenendes gehende Lamelle 10.1 in ihrem strukturlosen Endbereich 22 - in Strömungsrichtung S (Pfeil) gesehen - ein stumpfes Lamellenende 23 mit einer Höhe H von kleiner 0,4 mm, vorzugsweise von kleiner 0,3 mm, aufweisen. Im Endbereich 22 kann die Lamelle 10.1 dabei eine konstante Höhe h oder eine abnehmende Höhe h' aufweisen.
Weiterhin kann erfindungsgemäß die bis in den Bereich des Düsenendes gehende Lamelle 10.1 in ihrem strukturierten Endbereich 22 - in Strömungsrichtung S (Pfeil) gesehen - ein stumpfes Lamellenende 23 mit einer Höhe H von größer 0,5 mm aufweisen. Der strukturierte Endbereich 22 kann in weiterer Gestaltung die Struktur von Nuten 24 mit rechteckiger und/oder keilförmiger und/oder parabelförmiger und/oder runder Form mit konstanter und/oder unterschiedlicher Tiefe T aufweisen.
Es ist klar ersichtlich, dass die strukturierten Endbereiche 22 der erfindungsgemäßen Lamellen 10.1 eine Vielzahl an Nuten 24 mit rechteckiger (A) und/oder keilförmiger (B) und/oder parabelförmiger (C) und/oder runder Form mit konstanter und/oder unterschiedlicher Tiefe aufweisen können.
Weitere Kombinationen hinsichtlich der Ausgestaltung der strukturierten Endbereiche sind aus der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 43 29 810 A1 (PA05205 DE) der Anmelderin bekannt. Der Inhalt dieser Offenlegungsschrift wird hiermit vollumfänglich, ohne dass hierauf weiter Bezug genommen wird, in den Offenbarungsgehalt dieser Anmeldung mit aufgenommen.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) eine Zugfestigkeit Rm (DIN 53455) im Bereich von 50 N/mm2 bis 150 N/mm2, vorzugsweise von 70 N/mm2 bis 110 N/mm2, und eine Bruchdehnung A5 (DIN 53455) im Bereich von 20 % bis 80 %, vorzugsweise von 30 % bis 60 %, aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) einen Elastizitätsmodul E (DIN 53457, ISO 527-2) im Bereich von 500 N/mm2 bis 10.000 N/mm2, vorzugsweise von 1.000 N/mm2 bis 5.000 N/mm2, aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) eine Kerbschlagzähigkeit (ISO 179) von 40 kJ/m2 bis 100 kJ/m2, vorzugsweise von 45 kJ/m2 bis 90 kJ/m2, aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) eine Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme FA (ISO 62) im Bereich von 0,05 % bis 2 %, vorzugsweise von 0,2 % bis 1,2 %, aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) eine Wärmebeständigkeit WB (DIN 53461) im Bereich von 120 °C bis 230 °C, vorzugsweise von 170 °C bis 220 °C, aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) eine geringe Quellung Q, insbesondere eine geringe lineare Quellung QL, im vorzugsweisen Bereich von 0,02 % bis 0,1 % aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochleistungspolymer (11) ein Polyphenylsulfon (PPSU), ein Polyethersulfon (PES), ein Polyetherimid (PEI) oder ein Polysulfon (PSU) ist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bis in den Bereich des Düsenendes gehende Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) in ihrem strukturlosen Endbereich (22) - in Strömungsrichtung (S) gesehen - ein stumpfes Lamellenende (23) mit einer Höhe (H) von kleiner 0,4 mm, vorzugsweise von kleiner 0,3 mm, aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bis in den Bereich des Düsenendes gehende Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) in ihrem strukturierten Endbereich (22) - in Strömungsrichtung (S) gesehen - ein stumpfes Lamellenende (23) mit einer Höhe (H) von größer 0,5 mm aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der strukturierte Endbereich (22) die Struktur von Nuten (24) mit rechteckiger und/oder keilförmiger und/oder parabelförmiger und/oder runder Form mit konstanter und/oder unterschiedlicher Tiefe (T) aufweist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Lamellenende (23) aus mindestens einem Hochleistungspolymer (11) gebildet ist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) in homogenem Aufbau aus einem Hochleistungspolymer (11) gebildet ist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) in einem Stoffauflauf (1) mit sektionierter Stoffdichteregelung (Verdünnungswasser-Technologie) eingebaut ist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) in einem Stoffauflauf (1) für eine Strahlgeschwindigkeit (vs) von größer 1.500 m/s, vorzugsweise von größer 1.800 m/s, ausgelegt ist, eingebaut ist. - Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass dass die Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) in einem als Mehrschichten-Stoffauflauf (1.1) ausgebildeten Stoffauflauf (1) eingebaut ist unddass die Lamelle (10.1, 10.2) als Trennlamelle (16) ausgebildet ist.
