Claims (7)
- Befestigungsanordnung für einen Beschlagsteil mit Unterlagsplatte, beispielsweise für ein Ladenband (1) mit Bandlappen (2) einschließlich Unterlagsplatte, an einem dünnwandigen Hohlprofilrahmen (7, 20), wie Stock- oder Flügelrahmen, mittels mindestens eines etwa röhrchenförmigen verformbaren und durch Bohrungen im Hohlprofilrahmen (7, 20) in das Innere desselben durchsteckbaren Befestigungszapfens (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23), der an seinem stirnseitigen Ende entsprechend einer Blindnietmutter ein Innengewinde (12) trägt, und mittels mindestens einer den Beschlagsteil durchsetzenden Schraube (5, 6, 18), die in das Innengewinde (12) einschraubbar und zur Stauchung oder Spreizung und damit Durchmesservergrößerung des röhrchenförmigen Bereichs des Befestigungszapfens (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23) festziehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die verformbaren Befestigungszapfen (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23) einstückig mit der Unterlagsplatte oder drehfest mit dieser ausgebildet und der Beschlagsteil mit der Unterlagsplatte einschließlich der Befestigungszapfen durch die Schrauben zu einer vormontierten Baueinheit verbunden ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Befestigungszapfen (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23) dem Innengewinde (12) gegenüberliegend fußseitig ein Flansch ausgebildet ist, der formschlüssig, beispielsweise mit einer von der Kreisform abweichenden Umfangskontur an der Unterlagsplatte (8) zur drehfesten Verbindung anliegt.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der röhrchenförmige Bereich des Befestigungszapfens (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23) in axialer Richtung mindestens über einen Teil seiner Gesamtlänge geschlitzt ausgebildet ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innengewinde (12) des Befestigungszapfens (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23) auf einer Mutter (15, 17) angeordnet und die Mutter (15, 17) mit dem röhrchenförmigen Bereich des Befestigungszapfens (9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 22, 23) drehfest verbunden bzw. gegenüber diesem drehfest geführt ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (15, 17) relativ zu dem röhrchenförmigen Bereich des Befestigungszapfens in axialer Richtung beim Einschrauben und Festziehen eines Schraubenbolzens (5, 6 18) beweglich ist, wobei der röhrchenförmige Bereich, insbesondere bei axialen Schlitzen (16) oder einer axialen Ritzung in einzelne Lappen aufspreizbar ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in das Innere des Hohlprofilrahmens (20) eingreifende Befestigungszapfen (22, 23) abgesetzt bzw. abgestuft ausgebildet ist und die insbesondere kreisringförmige Absatzfläche (25, 26) zur Auflage auf einer Innenwand (21) des als Mehrkammerprofil ausgebildeten Hohlprofilrahmens (20) vorgesehen ist, wobei der durch eine Bohrung in der Innenwand (21) durchtretende abgesetzte Teil des Befestigungszapfens (22, 23) beim Festziehen der Schraube (5, 6) durch Stauchung oder Spreizung durchmesservergrößerbar ist.
- Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Befestigungszapfen (23) eine Hülse (24) zur Bildung eines Absatzes bzw. einer Absatzfläche (26) überschoben ist, wobei die Länge der Hülse (24) geringer als die Gesamtlänge des Befestigungszapfens (23) ist.
