Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden eines aus Schienen und Einzelstützpunkten bestehenden Gleises mit der Tragplatte oder der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht einer festen Fahrbahn, bei dem das Gleis an den Schienen auf der Tragplatte bzw. auf der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (HGT) abgestützt und ausgerichtet und dann durch Ausgießen der Zwischenräume zwischen den Stützpunkten mit Füllbeton auf der festen Fahrbahn befestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllbeton (14) von einer kontinuierlich auf der Tragplatte (12) bzw. auf der HGT (10) entlangfahrenden Beton-Zuführeinrichtung (24) gleichzeitig im Mittelbereich (40) zwischen den Schienen (17 und 18) und in den Außenbereichen (43 und 44) seitlich außen neben den Schienenstützpunkten (15 und 16) kontinuierlich eingebracht und verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllbeton (14) in einer je laufenden Meter gleichbleibenden Menge eingebracht und hierbei durch Rüttelgeräte (60-64) im Mittelbereich (40) und in den Außenbereichen (43, 44) verflüssigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllbeton (14) in den Bereichen zwischen den Stützpunkten (15 bzw. 16) einer jeden Schiene (17 bzw. 18) beim Einbringen durch zusätzliche Rüttelgeräte (64) verflüssigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Einzelstützpunkte (15, 16) vorgefertigte Zweiblockschwellen verwendet werden, bei denen je zwei Schwellenblöcke (15 und 16) durch Bewehrungselemente (28) verbunden sind, die vom Füllbeton (14) eingebettet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllbeton (14) beim Einbringen und Verdichten an den Außenrändern der Außenbereiche (43, 44) durch Gleitschalungen (27) begrenzt wird, die an der Beton-Zuführeinrichtung (24) befestigt sind und an in der HGT (10) angeordneten Führungsmitteln (25, 26) entlanggeführt werden.
- Einrichtung zum Einbringen und Verdichten von Füllbeton zwischen den Stützpunkten eines auf einer durchgehenden festen Unterlage, wie Tragplatte oder hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht verlegten Gleises, insbesondere zum Ausüben des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen mit einem Fahrwerk (23) versehenen Fertiger (29), der einen Beton-Vorratsbehälter (31), einen über dem Mittelbereich (40) zwischen Stützpunkten (15) der linken Schiene (17) und Stützpunkten (16) der rechten Schiene (18) angeordneten Mittelziehkasten (37), zwei über den Außenbereichen (43, 44) vor Kopf der Stützpunkte (15, 16) angeordnete Außenziehkästen (38, 39), eine Betonpumpe (32) mit Mengenverteileinrichtung (33), sowie Rüttelgeräte (60, 63, 64) im Mittelziehkasten (37) und Rüttelgeräte (61, 62, 63) in den Außenziehkästen (38, 39) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ziehkästen (37-39) fest eingebaute, in Arbeitsrichtung (30) sich erstreckende erste Innenrüttler (63) und zusätzliche, quer zur Arbeitsrichtung (30) zwischen den Stützpunkten (15 bzw. 16) der linken bzw. der rechten Schiene (17 bzw. 18) vor- und zurückbewegbare, zweite Innenrüttler (64) aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den in Arbeitsrichtung (30) hinteren Rändern (54-56) der Ziehkästen (37-39) Nachziehflächen (57-59) zum Glätten und Verdichten des Füllbetons (14) im Mittelbereich (40) und in den Außenbereichen (43, 44) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Ziehkästen (37-39) und/oder dessen Nachziehflächen (57-59) Außenrüttler (60-62) angebracht sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den in Arbeitsrichtung (30) vorderen Rändern (47-49) der Ziehkästen (37-39) nach unten gegen den Boden (53) der Tragplatte (12) bzw. der HGT (10) gerichtete Betonrückhalteschürzen (50-52) befestigt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im mittleren Bereich des Mittelziehkastens (37) mindestens ein diesen unterteilendes und teilweise über seine Unterseite vorstehendes Grenzblech (66) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den unteren Kanten der Innenseiten der Ziehkästen (37, 38) Dichtlippen (65) angeordnet sind, die mit den ihnen zugewandten Seitenflächen (41, 42) der Schienenstützpunkte (15, 16) bzw. mit den Seitenflächen der Randbalken (13) der Tragplatte (12) oder einer Randschalung zusammenwirken.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Außenseiten (45, 46) der Außenziehkästen (38, 39) Gleitschalungen (27) befestigt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betonpumpe (32) in Abhängigkeit von der Fahrgeschwindigkeit des Fertigers (29) derart gesteuert wird, daß sie je laufenden Meter Einbaustrecke eine vorherbestimmte, gleichbleibende Menge Füllbeton (14) in die Ziehkästen (37, 38) fördert.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mengenverteileinrichtung (33) der Betonpumpe (32) ein Dreiwegeventil aufweist, das die von der Betonpumpe (32) kontinuierlich geförderte Füllbetonmenge auf den Mittelziehkasten (37) und die Außenziehkästen (38, 39) verteilt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Ziehkästen (37,38,39) Füllstandstfühler (67) angeordnet sind, mit deren Hilfe die Mengenverteileinrichtung (33) gesteuert wird.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrwerk (23) mit Rädern (21, 22) oder Gleisketten auf den Randstreifen (19, 20) der Tragplatten (12) bzw. der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (10) oder einer fest am Untergrund (HGT) verankerten Schalung läuft.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrwerk (23) mit Rädern auf den Schienen (17, 18) des verlegten Gleises (11) läuft.
