Claims (12)
- Schneidvorrichtung zur Zerkleinerung von Pflanzenteilen mit mindestens einer rotierbaren ersten Kreisscheibe (26) mit einer Umfangsschneide (26'), der mindestens eine Gegenschneide zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenschneide eine Umfangsschneide (28') einer rotierbaren zweiten Kreisscheibe (28) ist.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Kreisscheibe (26) umfangsseitige Schneidzähne (26") aufweist, zwischen denen Zahnlücken (26"') ausgebildet sind.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreisscheiben (26,28) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die erste und die zweite Kreisscheibe (26,28) mit deren Grundflächen randseitig aneinander angrenzen.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreisscheiben (26,28) gegensinnig rotierbar sind.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Kreisscheibe (26,28) derart rotierbar sind, daß sie die gleiche Umfangsgeschwindigkeit haben.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der ersten Kreisscheibe (26) mindestens doppelt so groß wie der Durchmesser der zweiten Kreisscheibe (28) ist.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kreisscheibe (28) eine größere Dicke als die erste Kreisscheibe (26) hat.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere erste und zweite Kreisscheiben (26,28) vorgesehen sind, die auf einer ersten bzw. zweiten Antriebswelle (18,20) angeordnet sind, wobei der Abstand (f) zwischen den ersten bzw. den zweiten Kreisscheiben (26 bzw. 28) einstellbar ist.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung ein Gehäuse (2) aufweist, in dem die Kreisscheiben (26,28) angeordnet sind und das eine im wesentlichen nach oben weisende Einlaßöffnung (4) und eine im wesentlichen nach unten weisende Auslaßöffnung (6) aufweist.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaßöffnung (4) derart in dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet sind, daß die Pflanzenteile zuerst zu den ersten Kreisscheiben (26) gelangen.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung einen Beschickungsschacht aufweist, der der Einlaßöffnung (4) vorangestellt ist.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Auslaßöffnung (6) ein entnehmbarer Auffangbehälter (14) angeordnet ist.
