Definitions
- the invention relates to a double tunnel consisting of two parallel ones directly adjacent individual tubes.
- the Double tunnel according to the invention is particularly suitable for two mutually parallel railway lines, for example subway or S-Bahn routes. Conveniently located one railway line in each of the two individual tubes. In principle, however, it is also within the scope of the invention to use the double tunnel as a road tunnel.
- the invention is based on the technical problem to specify a double tunnel of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the disadvantages described above are avoided and above all escape and rescue routes can be created in a simple manner and at For example, a safe escape option in the event of a fire given is.
- the invention teaches a double tunnel consisting of two parallel, directly adjacent single tubes, the two individual tubes being separated from each other by a vertical middle wall, and wherein the middle wall is composed of two parallel, adjoining side walls, each side wall being assigned to one of the two individual tubes and forming the wall lining of the single tube with the further wall elements of this single tube.
- each of the two Single tubes also have one assigned to them in the connection area own side wall, with the two in the connection area adjacent side walls of the two Single tubes form the middle wall of the double tunnel.
- the wall elements forming the wall lining of the individual tubes Tubbing are also the Side walls made of tubbings forming the middle wall. It is in the Framework of the invention that for the wall lining of the individual tubes Reinforced concrete segments are used.
- Circular or elliptical cross section here also means an essentially circular or substantially elliptical cross-section. It lies in the context of the invention that the wall lining of the individual tubes the circular and / or elliptical cross section forms.
- This circular cross section and / or elliptical cross-section goes in the middle wall area in a vertical side wall of the respective single tube about.
- the two side walls or the one formed from them The middle wall forms a vertical, as it were Secant with respect to the circular cross section and / or elliptical cross-section of the individual tubes.
- a middle joint is between the Side walls forming the middle wall are provided with a middle joint.
- the two are constrained by the external loads Single tubes pressed together in the vertical middle joint.
- Longitudinal gaps in the central wall area formed obliquely to the central joint creates a pressure in the middle joint is, so that the tubbing stones of the middle joint is prevented in the individual tubes.
- the middle joint is also referred to below as a press joint.
- the Central wall sealing elements sealing the central wall area intended.
- the sealing elements are above the central wall area arranged so that the middle wall or the Press joint between the two side walls to prevent penetration is sealed from moisture.
- the sealing elements arranged in above the middle wall Tubbings integrated.
- Arranged above the middle wall Tubbings also means tubbings that have a section have to the formation of the central wall or for formation one of the two side walls contributes. After the aforementioned preferred embodiment of the invention thus tubbings that line the walls of the individual tubes form the function of the seal for the central wall or for the press joint.
- the Invention of particular importance are in the Central wall openings provided.
- the breakthroughs are escape routes and escape routes in particular, the two single tubes of the double tunnel with each other connect. It is within the scope of the invention that a corresponding one for such a breakthrough in the middle wall Breakthrough opening in both one and must be provided in the other side wall.
- the breakthrough openings have, for example, square or rectangular cross section. The breakthrough can come through a door or the like may be locked.
- a breakthrough in a side wall is a rectangular or square Cross section is a correspondingly shaped one Sidewall element with rectangular or square Cross section removable from the relevant side wall.
- the invention is based on the finding that an inventive one Double tunnel on relatively simple and little can be manufactured in a complex manner and that nonetheless those known from the prior art Double tunnels effectively avoided existing disadvantages can be if the teaching of the invention according to claim 1 is realized.
- the both individual tubes forming the double tunnel are supported in a surprisingly effective way.
- Words are complex reinforcement measures or support measures opposite the one located above the double tunnel Soil not required. So can on elaborately manufactured special tubbings for the reception large loads are largely dispensed with.
- connection area between the two single tubes or the press joint between the two individual tubes sealed in a simple manner with suitable sealing elements can be.
- the connection area between the two single tubes or the press joint between the two individual tubes sealed in a simple manner with suitable sealing elements can be.
- the connection area between the two single tubes or the press joint between the two individual tubes sealed in a simple manner with suitable sealing elements can be.
- the connection area between the two single tubes or the press joint between the two individual tubes sealed in a simple manner with suitable sealing elements can be.
- the connection area between the two single tubes or the press joint between the two individual tubes sealed in a simple manner with suitable sealing elements can be.
- the figures show a double tunnel according to the invention, that of two parallel ones directly adjacent to each other Single tubes 1, 2 exist.
- the two single tubes 1, 2 are separated from each other by a vertical middle wall 3.
- the middle wall 3 exposes itself two parallel adjacent side walls 4, 5 together, each side wall 4, 5 one of the two individual tubes 1, 2 is assigned and with the other wall elements 6 of these single tubes 1, 2 the wall lining the individual tubes 1, 2 forms.
- Preferably and in the embodiment are the wall lining of the single tubes 1, 2 wall elements 6 segments.
- the Middle wall 3 forms a vertical secant here, so to speak with respect to the circular cross section of the single tube 1 and also with regard to the circular cross section of the single tube 2.
- special tubbings 9 provided in the transition area between the normal wall lining of the single tubes 1, 2 and the middle wall 3 special tubbings 9 provided.
- These special tubbings 9 have each have a first section leading to the wall lining of the individual tubes 1, 2 contributes and each have a second section, which is part of the middle wall 3 is.
- these special tubbings have 9 in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 is a J-shaped cross section.
- a press joint 10 is provided between the side walls 4, 5 forming the middle wall 3 .
- the two side walls 4, 5 are as possible arranged close to each other and becomes the width the press joint 10 is therefore kept as low as possible.
- clamping elements 11 with which the two Side walls 4, 5 are braced against each other and the distance between the two side walls 4, 5 therefore very much is kept low. With the tension there is a twist reduced over the contact area, depending on the degree of Preload. This also minimizes the joint width the press joint 10. This also means the minimum contact pressure the sealing frames mentioned below with each other guaranteed.
- each outer tubbing preferably has a circumferential one closed segment sealing frame. It is in the Framework of the invention that when joining the Tubbings or special tubbings 9 for the formation of the wall lining of the individual tubes 1, 2 or to form the Middle wall 3 a coherent sealing frame 14 is formed.
- FIG. 1 In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1
- tubbing or special tubbing 9 is a coherent Sealing frame 14 formed for both individual tubes 1, 2, this sealing frame 14 both above the Middle wall area 8 or above the press joint 10 as also below the middle wall 3 or below the press joint 10 runs.
- each individual tube 1, 2 a closed sealing frame 14 having. This has not been shown in the figures.
- the middle wall 3 thus has as it were two parallel seals. A tension the middle wall 3 is not in this embodiment required. Form from the supporting structure and the seal both single tubes 1, 2 self-sufficient systems that only in Area of the middle wall 3 are pressed together.
- openings 13 are provided in the middle wall, which as Escape and rescue routes serve.
- Such a breakthrough 13 is shown in Fig. 2. It can be seen that both the side wall 4 and the side wall 5 a corresponding Breakthrough 13 must have.
