Definitions
- the invention relates to a handle set specified in the preamble of claim 1 Genus and a specific one Handle.
- the optimally designed grip on the right-hand side of the hand cavity has the pronounced curvature, while the left-hand side of the grip is flattened because the fingers find a better fit than a pronounced curvature.
- a left-handed grip has a pronounced bulge on the left side, while the bulge on the right side is flatter.
- the handles are therefore asymmetrical in shape. But there are also provided handles whose shape is mirror-symmetrical to the median plane, so that the handle is equally suitable for right and left-handers. The shape is ergonomically good, but not optimal. In the above cases, it is always assumed that the handles are manufactured in one piece. Taking into account the desired size and design differentiation, there are relatively many variants that must be manufactured as complete tools and kept in stock. This results in high manufacturing and storage costs.
- the invention has the object, the handle set of the beginning designated genus in such a way that over the prior art, a cheaper Manufacture and storage is achieved and dedicated to the manufacturer, distributor and Users still have choices in terms of customization of Forms and / or sizes of the handles result.
- the invention has the advantage that each handle of a kit individually can be assembled, which has matched items, depending on the hand forms given in the individual case and / or sizes and / or user preferences can be selected. It therefore need no longer for all conceivable cases the tools with the different grip variants in relatively small series are completely manufactured and kept in stock, but only on the one hand the tools with the type-equivalent unified shaft and on the other hand, the associated handle parts, later as needed with the shanks of Tools are connected. This production method is a cost effective Prefabrication in large series possible, also the storage is simplified and cost-saving.
- the grip parts preferably consist of shell-like handle halves.
- Fig. 1 and 2 represent a right handle part 1.
- the handle part 1 includes according to FIG. 1 a upper surface contour 2 and a lower surface contour 3 and according to FIG. 2 a lateral, right surface contour 4.
- lines 2a to 2c, 3a to 3c and 4a to 4c is indicated that the handle part 1 at substantially the same contour course is available in three sizes, with the letter “a” denoted Lines a handle part 1 for the size of the hand "big”, which indicated the letter “b” Lines a grip part 1 for the hand size "medium” and those with the letter "c” designated lines a handle part 1 for the hand size "small” assigned are.
- FIG. 1 shows that the handle 1 in a central region of the upper contour 2 a comparatively pronounced, radially upwardly directed curvature 7, while the lower Contour 3 with a radially downward, but significantly weaker pronounced Vault 8 is provided.
- the curvature 7, as shown in FIG. 2 continues into the surface section on the right-hand side of the handle part 1, so that even this provided in the central region with a pronounced curvature 9 is.
- a right handle with this contour is designed for a right-handed person Handle used.
- Fig. 3 shows the top view of the Figs. 1 and 2 substantially corresponding, however left handle part 10, which has a left surface contour 11.
- the handle part 10 is in the embodiment in plan view largely identical to the handle part 1 and mirror-symmetrical to the vertical plane 6, but one is on the left side of the handle 10 trained, radially leftward curvature 12 corresponding to the hand cavity formed a left hand.
- As the handle part 1 and the handle part 10 z. B. at substantially the same contour curve in three indicated by lines 11a, 11b and 11c Sizes provided.
- the handle part 10 borders on the same imaginary vertical center plane 6 as the handle part 1 of FIG .. 2
- FIG. 4 shows a further, inventive, right grip part 14 with a right-hand surface contour 15. This runs in comparison to FIG. 2 substantially flatter than the contours 4 and 11, so that a less pronounced curvature 16 formed in the central region is.
- lines 15a, 15b and 15c are three different sizes for the handle part 14th indicated that, like the other handle parts 1 and 10 adjacent to the vertical center plane 6.
- Fig. 5 shows a left handle portion 17 with a left surface contour 18 and a middle curvature 19.
- this handle part 17 is essentially the same as for 4, the mirror-symmetrical to the handle portion 14 along the plane. 6 is trained.
- the handle parts 1, 10, 14 and 17 according to the invention belong to a handle set or handle set or modular to, from the out by combining two handle parts different Handles can be assembled, the example in FIGS. 6 to 9 are shown.
