Claims (16)
- Heizeinrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer zu beheizenden Fläche(2) des Geräts und einer elektrisch leitenden Heizfolie(1) als elektrische Isolation eine keramikgefüllte Polymerschicht (3) angeordnet ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu beheizende Fläche(2) außen an einem wasserfüllbaren Behälter(7,8,9) des Geräts unterhalb eines regulären Wasserstands vorgesehen ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizfolie(1) ein Heizleiterbahn-Muster bildet. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymerschicht(3) auf die Heizfolie(1) aufgebracht ist und mittels eines Isolations-Formkörpers(4) gegen die zu beheizende Fläche(2) gedrückt ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymerschicht(3) auf die zu beheizende Fläche(2) aufgebracht ist und die Heizfolie(1) mittels eines Isolations-Formkörpers(4) gegen die Polymerschicht(3) gedrückt ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizfolie(1) an einem wärmeleitenden Formteil(6) angebracht ist, wobei die Polymerschicht(3) zwischen der Heizfolie(1) und dem wärmeleitenden Formteil(6) liegt, und dass das Formteil(6) an der zu beheizenden Fläche(2) festlegbar ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formteil(6) der Gestalt der zu beheizenden Fläche(2) angepasst ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizfolie(1) an der der Polymerschicht(3) abgewandten Seite von einem Isolations-Formkörper(4) abgedeckt ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolations-Formkörper(4) aus Vermiculit besteht. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizfolie(1) durch Klebereigenschaften der Polymerschicht(3) selbst mit dieser verklebt ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymerschicht(3) die Heizfolie(1) mit der zu beheizenden Fläche(2) oder dem wärmeleitenden Formteil(6) verklebt. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymerschicht(3) eine Dicke von etwa 70 bis 150 mym aufweist. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizfolie(1) eine Eisen-Chrom-Aluminium-Legierung ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung außen am Bottich(7) einer Waschmaschine angeordnet ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung außen an einem Spülbehälter(8) eines Geschirrspülers angeordnet ist. - Heizeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Heizeinrichtung ein Wassertopf(9) aufsetzbar ist.
