Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum wahlweisen Überführen von flexiblen flächigen Erzeugnissen, insbesondere Druckereiprodukten wie Zeitungen, Zeitschriften, Kuverts und dergleichen, aus einer entlang eines ersten Förderweges (10) transportierten Schuppenformation (S) auf einen vom ersten Förderweg (10) abzweigenden zweiten Förderweg (18), mit einer den ersten Förderweg (10) vorgebenden, Freilegemittel (22) zum Freilegen einer vorauslaufenden Kante (24) und eines an diese anschliessenden Randbereichs (24') der Erzeugnisse (14) aufweisenden ersten Fördereinrichtung (12) und einer den zweiten Förderweg (18) bestimmenden zweiten Fördereinrichtung (20), deren stromaufwärtsgelegenes Ende (64), zum Herauslösen von Erzeugnissen (14) aus der Schuppenformation (S), in eine den Freilegemitteln (22) benachbarte Arbeitslage (66') und zum Beenden des Herauslösens in eine von den Freilegemitteln (22) weiter beabstandete Rückzugslage (66) verbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freilegemittel (22) auf beiden Seiten des ersten Förderweges (10) je ein Führungselement (32, 32') aufweisen und, zum Überführen von Erzeugnissen (14) aus der Schuppenformation (S), diese Führungselemente (32, 32') aus einer Ruhestellung (30), in Richtung quer zum ersten Förderweg (10), relativ zueinander in eine Freilegestellung (30') bewegbar sind, um infolge der dadurch verursachten Änderung des ersten Förderwegs (10) die vorauslaufende Kante (24) und den vorauslaufenden Randbereich (24') des betreffenden Erzeugnisses (14) freizulegen und in Richtung zur zweiten Fördereinrichtung (20) aus dem ersten Förderweg (10) auszulenken, wobei das stromaufwärtsgelegene Ende (64) der zweiten Fördereinrichtung (20) und das bewegbare Führungselement (32) mittels eines gemeinsamen Antriebselements (46) von der Rückzugslage (66) beziehungsweise der Ruhestellung (30) in die Arbeitslage (66') beziehungsweise Freilegestellung (30') und wieder zurück bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Förderweg (10) bei sich in Ruhestellung (30) befindenden Führungselementen (32, 32') wenigstens annähernd geradlinig und bei sich in Freilegestellung (30') befindenden Führungselementen (32, 32') S-förmig verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (32, 32') durch Watzen (36, 38) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste der Walzen (36) ortsfest gelagert ist und die andere zweite der Walzen (38) stromaufwärts der ersten Walze (36) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Walze (38) entlang einer kreisbogenabschnittförmig um die Achse (36') der ersten Walze (36) verlaufenden Bewegungsbahn (38") von der Ruhestellung (30) in die Freilegestellung (30') und wieder zurück bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Fördereinrichtung (12) einen Bandförderer (26) aufweist und eines der Führungselemente (32, 32') oberhalb und das andere (36) unterhalb des aktiven Trums (34') des Bandförderers (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Fördereinrichtung (20) einen Förderspalt (54) bildende Förderbänder (78, 78') aufweist, die am stromaufwärts gelegenen Ende (64), in Arbeitslage (66'), je an einem der Führungselemente (32, 32') vorbeiverlaufen und einen sich verjüngenden Einlauf (54') in den Förderspalt (54) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (34) des Bandförderers (26) um die unterhalb des aktiven Trums (34') angeordnete Walze (36) geführt ist, und dass um die oberhalb des aktiven Trums (34') angeordnete Walze (38) ein Niederhalteband (40) geführt ist, das zusammen mit dem Förderband (34) einen Förderspalt (42) für die Schuppenformation (S) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderband (34) gummielastisch auisgebildet oder um eine Längenausgleichsvorrichtung geführt ist.
