Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Transportieren von in einer Schuppenformation anfallenden, wenigstens annähernd rechteckförmigen, flächigen Gegenständen, wie Druckereiprodukten, mit einer bestimmten ersten Ausdehnung (A1) und einer rechtwinklig dazu verlaufenden, variablen zweiten Ausdehnung (A2,A2'), bei dem die Gegenstände (10) in einem Schuppenstrom (S) mit konstantem vorbestimmten Schuppenabstand (B), in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufender erster Ausdehnung (A1) und, in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen, bestimmter seitlicher Position der aufeinander ausgerichteten, in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufenden Kanten (14) der Gegenstände (10) auf der einen vorbestimmten Seite des Schuppenstromes (S), gefördert werden, und bei dem dann jeweils eine bestimmte Anzahl, die wenigstens zwei ist, aufeinanderfolgender Gegenstände (10) des Schuppenstromes (S) von ausschliesslich einer Transportklammer (18) auf der Seite des Schuppenstromes (S) mit aufeinander ausgerichteten Kanten (14) zum Weitertransport des Schuppenstromes(s) erfasst werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 zum Transportieren von Gegenständen (10), die mit rechtwinklig zu ihrer Förderrichtung (Z) verlaufender bestimmter erster Ausdehnung (A1) anfallen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (10), vor dem Erfassen durch die Transportklammer (18), in den Schuppenstrom (S) überführt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von in einer Schuppenformation anfallenden, wenigstens annähernd rechteckförmigen, flächigen Gegenständen, wie Druckereiprodukten, die eine bestimmte erste Ausdehnung (A1) und in Richtung rechtwinklig dazu eine variable zweite Ausdehnung (A2,A2') aufweisen, mit einem Förderer (16, 30), der dazu bestimmt ist, die Gegenstände (10) in einem Schuppenstrom (S) mit wenigstens annähernd konstantem Schuppenabstand (B), in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufender erster Ausdehnung (A1) und, in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen, bezüglich des Förderers (16, 30) bestimmten seitlichen Position der aufeinander ausgerichteten, in Förderrichtung (F) verlaufenden Kanten (14) der Gegenstände (10) auf der einen Seite des Schuppenstromes (S) zu fördern, und einer dem Förderer (16, 30) nachgeschalteten Fördereinrichtung (20) mit in Förderrichtung (F) in einem Abstand (C) hintereinander angeordneten, einzeln steuerbaren Transportklammern (18), wobei die Bewegungsbahn (18') der Transportklammern (18), in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen, an jener bestimmten Seite des Förderers (16, 30) vorbeiverläuft, auf der die Kanten (14) der Gegenstände (10) aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, und der Förderer (16, 30) und die Fördereinrichtung (20) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass jeweils eine einzige Transportklammer (18) eine bestimmte Anzahl, die wenigstens zwei ist, von Gegenständen (10) zum Weitertransport des Schuppenstromes(s) seitlich erfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportklammern (18) an einem in Förderrichtung (F) umlaufend angetriebenen Förderorgan (22) hintereinander in einem festen Abstand (C) angeordnet sind, der wenigstens so gross ist wie die bestimmte erste Abmessung (A1) der Gegenstände (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4 zum Transportieren von Gegenständen (10) die mit rechtwinklig zu ihrer Förderrichtung (F) verlaufender bestimmter erster Ausdehnung (A1) anfallen, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zuförderer (28), der dazu bestimmt ist, die Gegenstände (10) in der Schuppenformation mit rechtwinklig zur Förderrichtung (F) verlaufender erster Ausdehnung (A1) zu fördern, und einer zwischen dem Zuförderer (28) und dem diesem nachgeschalteten Förderer (16, 30) angeordneten Überführeinrichtung (36), die dazu bestimmt ist, die mittels des Zuförderers (28) zugeführten Gegenstände (10) in die mittels des Förderers (16, 30) weiter transportierbaren Schuppenstrom (S) zu überführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuförderer (28) einen an einer Seite des, in einem rechten Winkel zur Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers (28) verlaufenden Förderers (30) angeordneten Auslauf (28') aufweist, und die Überführeinrichtung (36) wenigsten ein im Abstand zum Auslauf (28') des Zuförderers (28) oberhalb des Förderers (30) und diesem zugeordnetes, umlaufend gelagertes Umlenkorgan (32) aufweist, das mit dem Förderer (30) einen in Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers (28) sich verjüngenden und gleichsinnig mit der Förderrichtung (F) des Förderers (30) wirksamen Förderspalt bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überführeinrichtung (36) zwischen dem Zuförderer (28) und dem rechtwinklig zur Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers (28) verlaufenden Förderer (30) einen Zwischenförderer (44) aufweist, der in einem Winkel zu den Förderrichtungen (Z,F) des Zuförderers (28) und Förderers (30) verläuft, wobei die Gegenstände (10) eine zu sich parallelle Lage beibehalten.
