Claims (11)
- Gerätesystem zum Ausbilden einer Erdrinne (12) in einer stetig fortfahrenden Bewegung, umfassend eine Fräsanordnung mit einem zentralen Rahmen (11), in dem eine Fräseinrichtung (13, 23) zum Ausheben der Erdrinne gelagert ist, und mit einer Mehrzahl von mit Gleit- oder Rolleinrichtungen (14) versehenen Stützeinrichtungen (15 bis 18), wobei mindestens eine Stützeinrichtung (15 bis 18) mit Neigungseinstelleinrichtungen (19 bis 22) versehen ist, derart, daß die Stützeinrichtung (15 bis 18) gegenüber dem zentralen Rahmen (11) in einer Neigung quer zur Erdrinne (12) einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerätesystem weiterhin eine Winde oder ein externes selbstfahrendes Gerät umfasst und dass die Fräsanordnung durch die Winde und/oder das externe selbstfahrende Gerät gezogen wird. - Gerätesystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fräsanordnung zwei Stützeinrichtungen mit jeweils einer Neigungseinstelleinrichtung (19, 20) vorgesehen sind. - Gerätesystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fräsanordnung insgesamt vier Stützeinrichtungen (15 bis 18) mit jeweils zugeordneten Neigungseinstelleinrichtungen (19 bis 22) vorgesehen sind. - Gerätesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fräsanordnung mindestens eine, vorzugsweise alle Stützeinrichtungen in ihrer wirksamen Länge veränderbar sind, derart, daß der Abstand zwischen den Gleit- oder Rolleinrichtungen (14) und der Fräseinrichtung (13, 23) einstellbar ist. - Geratesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fräsanordnung mindestens eine, vorzugsweise alle Stützeinrichtungen um eine zum Verlauf der Erdrinne (12) senkrechte Achse A verschwenkbar sind, derart, daß die einzelnen Stützeinrichtungen (15 bis 18) in Fahrrichtung vor, auf gleicher Höhe oder hinter die Fräseinrichtung (13, 23) verschwenkt werden können. - Gerätesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fräsanordnung jeweils eine Neigungsausgleichseinrichtung im distalem Bereich der mindestens einen Stützeinrichtung (15 bis 18) vorgesehen ist, um die Gleit- oder Rolleinrichtungen (14) um eine Achse parallel zum Verlauf der Erdrinne (12) verschwenken und in die gewünschte Winkellage zur zugeordneten Stützeinrichtung (15 bis 18) bringen zu können. - Gerätesystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtungen (15 bis 18) an der Fräsanordnung so verschwenkbar sind, daß in einer horizontalen Projektion der Gewichtsschwerpunkte der Anordnung zum Ausbilden einer Erdrinne (12) im Bereich der Fräseirichtung (13, 23) liegt. - Gerätesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fräsanordnung in Fräsrichtung vor oder nach der Fräseinrichtung (13, 23) eine Pflugeinrichtung zum Aufbrechen des Erdbodens bzw. zur Erweiterung der Erdrinne vorgesehen ist. - Gerätesystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fräseinrichtung als Fräsrad (13) ausgebildet ist. - Gerätesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fräseinrichtung als Kettenfräser (23) ausgebildet ist. - Gerätesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Hub- und Senkvorrichtung (30) für die Fräseinrichtung (13, 23) vorgesehen ist, um die Fräseinrichtung (13, 23) gegenüber dem zentralen Rahmen (11) anheben oder absenken zu können.
