Claims (23)
- Robinet de distribution de liquides, essentiellement constitué par un corps (1) de montage dans la bonde d'un récipient et de distribution du liquide, par un clapet ou une membrane (2) d'obturation étanche d'un orifice (3) de distribution du liquide, muni d'un organe de commande (4) et logé dans la partie du corps (1) opposée à celle de montage dans la bonde et par un moyen (5) d'actionnement dudit organe de commande (4), caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) de montage dans la bonde d'un récipient et de distribution du liquide est réalisé en bi-matière par bi-injection ou comoulage en une pièce moulée unique intégrant le moyen (5) d'actionnement de l'organe (4) de commande du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide par effet ressort, par l'intermédiaire d'une membrane élastique déformable constituée en une matière souple à effet ressort rémanent, le reste du corps (1) étant constitué en matière rigide.
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le clapet ou la membrane (2) d'obturation de l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide est constitué sous forme d'un piston, dont la tête (2') coopère par forme, avec l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide et qui est chargé par un ressort de compression (2"), ledit piston étant muni d'une tige de piston formant l'organe de commande (4) et étant guidé dans un étrier (2"') de montage dans le corps (1), au-dessus de l'orifice de distribution (3).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de compression (2") s'appuie directement sur la face arrière du piston constituant le clapet ou la membrane (2) d'obturation de l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide, entoure la tige de piston formant l'organe de commande (4) ou s'étend de part et d'autre de ladite tige et est relié à son autre extrémité à l'étrier (2"') de montage dans le corps (1), au-dessus de l'orifice de distribution (3).
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de compression (2") est constitué par une paire de lames élastique reliées chacune par une extrémité à l'extrémité de la tige de piston formant l'organe de commande (4) et par son autre extrémité à l'étrier (2"') de montage dans le corps (1), l'ensemble organe de commande (4) - clapet ou membrane (2) - étrier (2"') étant réalisé en une seule pièce de moulage, les lames élastiques formant le ressort de compensation (2") réalisant le guidage de la tige de piston.
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (2'") de montage du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation de l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide dans le corps (1), au-dessus de l'orifice de distribution (3), coopère, en position de service, par l'intermédiaire de rebords des extrémités libres de ses ailes, avec des rails de guidage parallèles (6) prévus dans le corps (1), de part et d'autre de l'orifice de distribution (3).
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (4) formant la tige du piston constituant le clapet ou la membrane (2) présente une partie d'extrémité libre logée dans l'étrier (2'"), traversant l'extrémité de ce dernier opposée à l'orifice de distribution (3) du corps (1) et pourvue d'un dispositif (7) de connexion avec l'extrémité correspondante du moyen d'actionnement (5) pénétrant dans le corps (1).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion (7) est sous forme d'un trou traversé par l'extrémité de forme correspondante du moyen d'actionnement (5).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de connexion (7) est constitué par deux rainures parallèles inclinées par rapport à l'axe de l'organe de commande (4), près de son extrémité libre, et coopérant avec l'extrémité correspondante en forme de fourche du moyen d'actionnement (5).
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 6 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (5) d'actionnement de l'organe (4) de commande du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide est constitué par une tige de manoeuvre (5') s'étendant dans le corps (1), parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de ce dernier, et coopérant par une extrémité, à l'intérieur dudit corps (1), avec le dispositif de connexion (7) de l'extrémité correspondante de l'organe de commande (4), et par un bouton de commande (5") formant la membrane élastique déformable, qui est réalisé en une matière souple à effet ressort rémanent, bi-injectée ou comoulée avec le corps (1) et avec la tige de manoeuvre (5') et relié, d'une part, de manière étanche avec l'extrémité du corps (1) opposée à celle de montage dans la bonde d'un récipient et, d'autre part, avec l'extrémité de la tige de manoeuvre (5') opposée au clapet ou à la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide.
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce l'extrémité libre de la tige de manoeuvre (5') est en forme de coin et coopère avec une paroi de pente correspondante du dispositif de connexion (7) de l'extrémité correspondante de l'organe de commande (4).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le bouton de commande (5") du moyen (5) d'actionnement de l'organe (4) de commande du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide est chargé par un ressort de rappel (5"') monté sur la tige de manoeuvre (5') et solidaire, du côté opposé au bouton de commande (5"), de l'étrier (2"') de montage du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation de l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide dans le corps (1).
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de compression (2") est constitué sous forme d'une lame recourbée, reliée par une extrémité à l'extrémité supérieure de l'étrier (2"'), élastiquement déformable et s'appuyant par son extrémité libre sur l'extrémité de la tige de piston formant l'organe de commande (4) du clapet ou de la membrane (2).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la lame s'appuyant sur l'extrémité de la tige de piston formant l'organe de commande 4 est solidaire de cette extrémité, de sorte que l'ensemble des éléments constitutifs du clapet ou de la membrane (2) peuvent être réalisés par moulage d'un seul tenant.
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, 9 et 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le clapet ou la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide est doublé par un deuxième clapet ou membrane (12) d'obturation étanche d'un orifice (13) d'entrée d'air, ce clapet ou membrane (12) étant manoeuvré par l'intermédiaire du moyen (5) d'actionnement de l'organe (4) de commande dudit clapet ou de ladite membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide.
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la constitution du deuxième clapet ou membrane (12) d'obturation étanche d'un orifice (13) d'entrée d'air est identique à celle du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide, la section de l'ouverture de l'orifice (13) étant, de préférence, inférieure à celle de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide.
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, 9, 11 à 13, 14 et 15, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des éléments constitutifs du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation de l'orifice (3) de distribution de liquide sont réalisés par moulage d'un seul tenant.
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 14 et 15, caractérisé en ce que les clapets ou membranes (2 et 12), respectivement d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide et d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (13) d'entrée d'air sont réalisés sous forme d'une pièce de moulage unique.
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la tige de manoeuvre (5') constituant le moyen (5) d'actionnement de l'organe (4) de commande du clapet ou de la membrane (2) d'obturation étanche de l'orifice (3) de distribution du liquide est reliée à l'extrémité correspondante du corps (1) par l'intermédiaire de ponts flexibles (18) réalisés dans la même matière que ladite tige (5') et que le corps (1) et surmoulés par la matière souple constitutive de la membrane formant le bouton de commande (5"), au cours du comoulage ou de la bi-injection de l'ensemble.
- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu, en outre, d'un dispositif d'inviolabilité destructible (14), solidarisé avec le corps (1) et se présentant sous forme d'une collerette arrachable entourant la partie du moyen d'actionnement (5) et, éventuellement, la butée (11) en saillie sur le corps (1).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'inviolabilité destructible (14) est complété par un opercule déchirable et thermoscellable (15) fermant ledit dispositif d'inviolabilité (14) au-dessus du moyen d'actionnement (5) et, éventuellement, de la butée (11), cet opercule (15) étant pourvu d'un timbre de fiscalisation et pouvant recouvrir simultanément le ou les orifices de distribution du liquide et d'entrée d'air (3 et 13).

- Robinet, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (1) de montage dans la bonde d'un récipient et de distribution du liquide est relié à une partie de base (16), formant goulot et destinée à la liaison avec un conteneur, par une liaison initiale par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen physique destructible (17), la partie du corps (1) reliée à la partie de base (16) formant goulot étant emboítable et verrouillable en position d'emboítement définitif dans ladite partie de base (16) formant goulot après destruction du moyen physique (17).
- Robinet, suivant la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que le moyen physique destructible (17) est sous forme d'une bande fragilisée constituée dans la même matière que celle constitutive de la partie de base (16) et du corps (1).
