Claims (23)

  1. Zapfhahn für Flüssigkeiten im wesentlichen gebildet aus einem Montagekörper (1) im Spundloch eines Behälters und zur Ausgabe der Flüssigkeit, einer Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) einer Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3), versehen mit einem Stellorgan (4) und angeordnet in dem Teil des Körpers (1) gegenüberliegend zur Montage im Spundloch und mit einem Betätigungsmittel (5) des Stellorgans (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagekörper (1) im Spundloch eines Behälters und zur Ausgabe der Flüssigkeit aus zwei Materialien durch gemeinsames Spritzgiessen oder gemeinsame Formung in ein einteiliges Formstück gebildet ist, das das Betätigungsmittel (5) des Stellorgans (4) der Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) durch Federwirkung integriert, mittels einer elastischen verformbaren Membran, die aus einem weichen Material mit remanentem Federeffekt gebildet ist, wobei der Rest des Körpers (1) aus starrem Material gebildet ist.
  2. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussklappe oder-membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) in Form eines Kolbens ausgebildet ist, dessen Kopf (2') durch die Form mit der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) zusammenwirkt und durch eine Kompressionsfeder (2") gespannt ist, wobei der Kolben mit einer Kolbenstange ausgerüstet ist, die das Stellorgan (4) bildet und in einem Montagebügel (2'") im Körper (1), über der Auslassöffnung (3), geführt ist.
  3. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kompressionsfeder (2") sich direkt auf die Hinterseite des Kolbens stützt, der die Verschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) bildet, die Kolbenstange, die das Stellorgan (4) bildet, umgibt oder sich beiderseits der Stange erstreckt und an ihrem anderen Ende am Montagebügel (2"') im Körper (1), über der Auslassöffnung (3), festgelegt ist.
  4. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kompressionsfeder (2") aus einem Paar elastischer Blätter gebildet ist, das jedes mit einem Ende am Ende der Kolbenstange festgelegt ist, die das Stellorgan (4) bildet, und mit seinem anderen Ende am Montagebügel (2''') im Körper (1), wobei die Anordnung von Stellorgan (4) - Klappe oder Membran (2) - Bügel (2''') in einem einzigen Formstück ausgeführt ist, wobei die elastischen Blätter, die die Kompensationsfeder (2") bilden, die Führung der Kolbenstange ausführen.
  5. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagebügel (2'") der Verschlussklappe oder - membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) im Körper (1), über der Auslassöffnung (3), in Betriebsposition mittels der Ränder der freien Enden seiner Seiten mit den im Körper (1) vorgesehenen parallelen Führungsschienen (6), beiderseits der Auslassöffnung (3), zusammenwirkt.
  6. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellorgan (4), das die Kolbenstange bildet, die die Klappe oder Membran (2) ausbildet, einen freien im Bügel (2"') angeordneten Endteil darstellt, der das Ende des Bügels gegenüberliegend zur Auslassöffnung (3) des Körpers (1) durchquert und mit einer Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) mit dem entsprechenden Ende des Betätigungsmittels (5) versehen ist, das in den Körper (1) eintritt.
  7. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) in Form eines Durchtritts vorliegt, der vom Ende entsprechender Form des Betätigungsmittels (5) durchquert ist.
  8. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) von zwei parallelen Nuten gebildet ist, die in Bezug auf die Achse des Stellorgans (4), im Bereich seines freien Endes, geneigt sind und mit dem entsprechenden Ende in Gabelform des Betätigungselements (5) zusammenwirken.
  9. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 6 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (5) des Stellorgans (4) der Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) durch einen Bedienhebel (5') ausgebildet ist, der sich im Körper (1) parallel zu seiner Längsachse erstreckt, und mit einem Ende im Inneren des Körpers (1), mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) des entsprechenden Endes des Stellorgans (4) zusammenwirkt, und durch einen Stellknopf (5"), der die elastische verformbare Membran bildet, die aus einem weichen Material mit remanenter Federwirkung ausgeführt ist, gemeinsam gespritzt oder gemeinsam geformt mit dem Körper (1) und mit dem Bedienhebel (5'), und festgelegt einerseits dicht mit dem Ende des Körpers (1) gegenüberliegend zur Montage im Spundloch des Behälters und andererseits mit dem Ende des Bedienhebels (5') gegenüberliegend zur Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3).
  10. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Bedienhebels (5') Keilform aufweist und mit einer entsprechenden geneigten Wand der Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) des entsprechenden Endes des Stellorgans (4) zusammenwirkt.
  11. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellknopf (5") des Betätigungsmittels (5) des Stellorgans (4) der Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) mit einer auf dem Bedienhebel (5') angebrachten Rückstellfeder (5''') gespannt und, auf der Seite gegenüberliegend zum Stellknopf (5"), einteilig mit dem Montagebügel (2"') der Verschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) im Körper (1) ist.
  12. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kompressionsfeder (2") in Form eines gewölbten Blattes ausgebildet ist, mit einem Ende am oberen Ende des Bügels (2"') festgelegt ist, elastisch verformbar ist und sich mit ihrem freien Ende auf das Ende der Kolbenstange stützt, die das Stellorgan (4) der Klappe oder Membran (2) bildet.
  13. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des Blatttes, das sich auf das Ende der Kolbenstange stützt, die das Stellorgan (4) bildet, mit diesem Ende einteilig ausgebildet ist, derart, dass die Anordnung der Elemente, die die Klappe oder Membran (2) ausbilden, durch Formung in einem Stück ausgeführt werden können.
  14. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, 9 und 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) durch eine zweite Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (12) einer Lufteinlassöffnung (13) unterstützt ist, wobei diese Klappe oder Membran (12) mittels des Betätigungsmittels (5) des Stellorgans (4) der Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) bedient wird.
  15. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (12) einer Lufteinlassöffnung (13) zu der Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) identisch ist, wobei der Öffnungsquerschnitt der Öffnung (13), bevorzugt, kleiner ist als der der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3).
  16. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, 9, 11 bis 13, 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung der Elemente der Verschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) durch Formung in einem Stück ausgeführt sind.
  17. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen oder Membranen (2 und 12) zum Dichtungsverschluss der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) bzw. zum Dichtungsverschluss der Lufteinlassöffnung (13) in Form eines einteiligen Formstückes ausgeführt sind.
  18. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bedienhebel (5'), der das Betätigungsmittel (5) des Stellorgans (4) der Dichtungsverschlussklappe oder -membran (2) der Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung (3) ausbildet, am entsprechenden Ende des Körpers (1) mittels flexibler Stege (18) festgelegt ist, die aus demselben Material wie der Hebel (5') und der Körper (1) ausgeführt und durch das weiche Material, das die den Stellknopf (5") bildende Membran ausbildet, im Laufe der gemeinsamen Formung oder des gemeinsamen Spritzgiessens der Anordnung ausgeformt sind.
  19. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausserdem eine zerstörbare Versiegelungsvorrichtung (14), einteilig mit dem Körper (1), vorgesehen ist und sich in Form eines abreissbaren Kragens darstellt, der den Teil des Betätigungsmittels (5) umgibt, und eventuell den am Körper (1) auskragenden Anschlag (11).
  20. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zerstörbare Versiegelungsvorrichtung (14) durch ein zerreissbares und heissversiegelbares Innenteil (15) vervollständigt ist, das die Versiegelungsvorrichtung (14) über dem Betätigungsmittel (5) schliesst, und eventuell den Anschlag (11), wobei das Innenteil (15) mit einer Steuermarke versehen ist und gleichzeitig die eine oder mehrere Flüssigkeitsauslassöffnung und Lufteinlassöffnung (3 und 13) bedecken kann.
  21. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zerreissbare Innenteil (15) in einem Stück mit der zerstörbaren Versiegelungsvorrichtung (14), in einem identischen Material oder in einem anderen Material ausgeführt ist.
  22. Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagekörper (1) im Spundloch eines Behälters und zur Ausgabe einer Flüssigkeit an einem Basisteil (16) festgelegt ist, das einen Hals bildet und zur Verbindung mit einem Container bestimmt ist, durch eine ursprüngliche Verbindung mittels eines zerstörbaren physikalischen Mittels (17), wobei der am den Hals bildenden Basisteil (16) festgelegte Teil des Körpers (1) nach Zerstörung des physikalischen Mittels (17) einsetzbar und in definitiver Einsetzposition im den Hals bildenden Basisteil (16) verriegelbar ist.
  23. Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zerstörbare physikalische Mittel (17) in Form eines zerbrechlichen Bandes vorliegt, das aus demselben Material ausgebildet ist wie das, aus dem das Basisteil (16) des Körpers (1) ausgebildet ist.
