Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- Injektor für ein Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Druckübersetzer (19), der einen ersten in einer ersten Führungsbohrung (5) geführten ersten Kolben (9) und einen in einer zweiten Führungsbohrung (7) geführten zweiten Kolben (11) aufweist, wobei der erste Kolben (9) und der zweite Kolben (11) einen mindestens unter einem Versorgungsdruck p 2 stehenden Druckraum (17) begrenzen, und mit einem Leckölrücklauf, wobei der erste Kolben (9) von einem Aktor (21) betätigt wird und der zweite Kolben (11) mindestens mittelbar das Stellglied (15) eines Steuerventils betätigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Führungsbohrung (7) mit dem Leckölrücklauf (25) hydraulisch in Verbindung steht, und dass der Druck p 1 im Leckölrücklauf (25) geringer als der Versorgungsdruck p 2 ist.
- Injektor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Führungsbohrung (5), der erste Kolben (9) und das Gehäuse (1, 3) gegen die Umgebung abgedichtet sind.
- Injektor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Führungsbohrung (5), der ersten Kolben (9) und das Gehäuse (1, 3) mit einem Faltenbalg (33) gegen die Umgebung abgedichtet sind.
- Injektor nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Versorgungsdruck im Druckraum (17) durch eine in den von Gehäuse (1, 3), Faltenbalg (33) und erstem Kolben gebildeten Raum (34) mündende Versorgungsleitung (31) bereitgestellt wird.
- Injektor nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Versorgungsleitung (31) ein Druckhalteventil (37) angeordnet ist.
- Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckhalteventil (37) den Druck p 2 in der Versorgungsleitung (31) auf 50 bar begrenzt.
- Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten Führungsbohrung (7) eine Ausnehmung (29) vorhanden ist, die mit dem Leckölrücklauf (25) in Verbindung steht.
- Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Kolben (11) das Stellglied (15) des Steuerventils über einen Stößel (13) betätigt.
- Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassseite des Steuerventils in den Leckölrücklauf (25) mündet.
- Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktor ein Piezo-Aktor (21) ist.
- Injektor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1, 3), das Steuerventil und der Aktor (21) in einem Haltekörper (35) montiert sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe, mit einem Hochdruck-Kraftstoffspeicher und mit mindestens einem Injektor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
