Claims (6)
- Presswerkzeug zum Festpressen von hülsenförmigen Fittings (32a) auf zwei Rohrenden zum Zwecke der Verbindung beider Rohre, mit einer Hubzylinder-Vorrichtung mit einem gabelförmigen Anschlussteil (7), einer in diesem Anschlussteil (7) mittels eines Befestigungsbolzens (50) auswechselbar befestigbaren Presszange (51) und einem Antriebsmotor zur Betätigung einer Kolbenstange (6) als Betätigungsorgan zum Bewegen mindestens einer Pressbacke (51a, 51b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anwesenheitssensor (52) für die Presszange (51) vorgesehen ist, der ein Signal zur Verfügung stellt, mittels dem, bei einer fehlenden oder fehlerhaft eingesetzten Presszange (51), die Einleitung eines Pressvorganges (44) verhinderbar ist, beziehungsweise ein eingeleiteter Pressvorgang (44) abbrechbar ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anwesenheitssensor (52) ein berührungslos messender - vorzugsweise ein induktiv messender - ist und die Anwesenheit der Presszange (51) erfassbar macht.
- Verfahren unter Verwendung eines Presswerkzeuges nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei über die Kolbenstange (6) und eine Übertragungsvorrichtung die Klemmbewegung mindestens einer Pressbacke (51a, 51b) ermöglicht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach einem Initialisierungsschritt (42), in dem Selbst-, Start- und/oder Servicetests durchgeführt werden, in einem wiederholbaren zweiten Schritt, bevor ein Pressvorgang (44) auslösbar gemacht wird, eine Presszangen-Anwesenheitskontrolle (45) durchgeführt wird und bei fehlender oder fehlerhaft eingeführter Presszange (51) ein Hinweissignal (45a) ausgelöst und - gegebenenfalls nach einer Wiederholung der Presszangen-Anwesenheitskontrolle (45) - der Pressvorgang (44) nicht eingeleitet wird, beziehungsweise der eingeleitete Pressvorgang (44) nach einer Verzögerungszeit das Presswerkzeug abgeschaltet wird, sofern zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Presszange (51) noch immer nicht korrekt eingeführt ist.
- Pressverfahren zum Festpressen von hülsenförmigen Fittings (32a), unter Verwendung eines Presswerkzeuges nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Kolbenstange (6) über eine Übertragungsvorrichtung die Klemmbewegung mindestens einer Pressbacke (51a, 51b) betätigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach einem Initialisierungsschritt (42), in dem Selbst- ,Start- und Servicetests durchgeführt werden, in einem wiederholbaren zweiten Schritt, bevor ein Pressvorgang (44) auslösbar gemacht wird, eine Presszangen-Anwesenheitskontrolle (45) durchgeführt wird und bei korrekt eingeführter Presszange (51) nach einer kurzen Verzögerungszeit eine Zuordnungs-Erfassung (46) durchgeführt wird, um der eingesetzten Presszange (51) einen Kolbenpositions-Bereichswert zuzuordnen, sowie als weiterer Kontrollschritt vor der Freigabe der Auslösbarkeit eines Pressvorganges (44) eine Verriegelungskontrolle (47) durchgeführt wird, um bei einem nicht gesicherten Befestigungsbolzen (50) zumindest ein Warnsignal (47a) auszulösen, und danach den Pressvorgang (44) einzuleiten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presszangen-Anwesenheitskontrolle (45) in einem berührungslosen, insbesondere induktiven, Messschritt eine eingesetzte Presszange (51) erfasst und dass die Verriegelungskontrolle (47) - vorzugsweise mit einer Magnetfeldmessung mittels eines Hallsensors - den Befestigungsbolzen (50) in seiner gesicherten Lage erkennt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei nicht gesichertem Befestigungsbolzen (50) - gegebenenfalls nach Wiederholung des Schritts der Verriegelungskontrolle (47) - die Fortsetzung des Pressvorganges (44) um eine bestimmte Verzögerungszeit hinausgeschoben wird, sofern der Befestigungsbolzen (50) zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch immer nicht ordnungsgemäss verriegelt ist.
