Claims (10)
- Stopfmaschine (1) mit einem gleisverfahrbaren, auf Schienenfahrwerken (3) abgestützten und ein Stopfaggregat (10) sowie ein Gleishebe-Richtaggregat (11) aufweisenden Maschinenrahmen (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Stopfaggregat (10) eine durch Antriebe (14) höhen- und querverstellbare, durch eine Absaugleitung (17) mit einer Saugeinrichtung (18) verbundene Schotterabsaugdüse (15) zugeordnet ist und ein Schotterpflug (27) sowie eine Entladeschurre (26) zum Abwurf von Schotter (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entladeschurre (26) zwischen Schotterabsaugdüse (15) und Schotterpflug (27) positioniert ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entladeschurre (26) ein Abwurfende (24) eines in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden und zum Teil unterhalb von Schottersilos (20) angeordneten Förderbandes (22) zugeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vom oberhalb der Entladeschurre (26) gelegenen Abwurfende (24) distanziertes zweites Förderbandende (33) oberhalb eines normal zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Querförderbandes (32) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des Querförderbandes (32) eine zweite Entladeschurre (28) vorgesehen ist, in deren Aufnahmeöffnung (29) eine Entladeöffnung (21) der Absaugleitung (17) mündet.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Schottersilos (20) in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Schottersilo (20) eine verschließbare Entladeöffnung (21) der Absaugleitung (17) zum Befüllen zugeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schottersilo (20) eine verschließbare und oberhalb des Förderbandes (22) angeordnete Auslaßöffnung (23) aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schotterabsaugdüse (15), die Entladeschurre (26) und der Schotterpflug (27) bezüglich der Arbeitsrichtung der Stopfmaschine (1) hinter dem Stopfaggregat (10) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quer- und höhenverstellbar am Maschinenrahmen (2) gelagerte Schotterabsaugdüse (15) mit einer Düsenaufhängung (34) verbunden ist, die um eine normal zur Maschinenlängsrichtung und horizontal verlaufende Schwenkachse (36) verschwenkbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schotterabsaugdüse (15) zusätzlich zur Schwenkachse (36) auf einer weiteren, normal zur Maschinenlängsrichtung und horizontal verlaufenden Achse (37) gelagert und durch einen Antrieb (35) verschwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
