  2. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les évidements dans le profil creux (5) sont configurés comme des alésages (23,24), dont le diamètre est supérieur au diamètre des broches de liaison (16, 17).
  3. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le diamètre des alésages (23,24) réalisés dans le profil creux (5) correspond à la zone d'ajustement maximale du battant, respectivement du châssis de battant par rapport au dormant.
  4. Dispositif de montage selon une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les broches de liaison sont configurées comme des vis (16,17) et la pièce de remplissage (25) présente des alésages taraudés (26,27), dans lesquels les vis (16,17) peuvent être vissées à travers les évidements (23,24) du côté du profil creux.
  5. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel des évidements de réception (12,13) sont réalisés dans la charnière (2), dans lesquels des têtes de vis 14,15) des vis (16,17) s'emboítent complémentairement.
  6. Dispositif de montage selon une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les goupilles de retenue (20,21) sont configurées comme des vis et les contre-alésages (28,29) du côté de la pièce de remplissage sont configurés comme des alésages taraudés.
  7. Dispositif de montage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le profil creux (5) est configuré comme un profil en aluminium (5).
  8. Dispositif de montage selon une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la pièce de remplissage (25) est réalisée en aluminium.
  9.   10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les évidements (23,24) du côté du profil creux sont forés à un diamètre, qui correspond à la zone d'ajustement maximale du battant, respectivement du châssis de battant par rapport au dormant.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel la charnière (2) et la pièce de remplissage (25) sont vissées au travers des évidements (23,24) réalisés dans le profil creux (5).
  12. Procédé selon une des revendications 9 à 11, dans lequel les goupilles de retenue (20,21) sont vissées dans les contre-alésages (28,29) du côté de la pièce de remplissage.
